Abstract

COBIT 5 merupakan suatu saran untuk membantu organisasi dalam tata kelola teknologi informasi sehingga organisasi dapat mencapai visi dan misinya. COBIT 5 juga memungkinkan teknologi informasi untuk mengelola seluruh perusahaan, dan juga dapat bertanggung jawab terhadap bisnis end-to-end karena COBIT 5 bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh area fungsi teknologi informasi. Kasus Perusahaan Dagang merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan minuman. Perusahaan telah membantu penyediaan minuman untuk berbagai tempat hiburan dan restoran. Perusahaan tersebut menggunakan perangkat lunak untuk mencatat pembukuannya. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Accurate yang berguna untuk mencatat pembukuan perusahaan dan juga segala hal yang berhubungan dengan transaksi online para pelanggannya dan datanya tertata rapi dan tidak mudah hilang. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode yang mengikuti kerangka rumusan masalah penelitian yaitu studi pustaka, pertanyaan, data, analisis masalah, pemberian rekomendasi dan pembuatan. Metode ini digunakan sebagai acuan dalam menyusun perencanaan investasi TI dengan memetakan strategi perusahaan, tanggung jawab dan tanggung jawab organisasi serta memberikan rekomendasi terhadap rencana yang ada dengan mengukur tingkat kapabilitas yang ada di perusahaan. Penggunaan Software Accurate membantu organisasi dalam melakukan pencatatan terhadap seluruh aktivitas yang terjadi pada sistem, dan untuk menjamin keberlangsungan operasional software tersebut maka perlu dilakukan analisis kinerja software tersebut agar kinerja software tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, laporan yang tidak akurat, dan data yang hilang dari komputer.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) has become an essential element of human activity, including the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs aimed at community empowerment. One organization conducting such programs is Foundation XXX, a non-profit focused on education that routinely carries out CSR initiatives in partnership with various stakeholders. This study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of IT-based partnerships within the foundation’s CSR program. A qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews with stakeholders, field observations, document analysis, and a literature review. Findings indicate that using online communication platformsm such as Zoom and Google Meet, and digital monitoring systems enhances inter-party coordination, transparency in resource allocation, and community participation. IT also facilitates real-time progress tracking, enabling faster, data-driven decision-making. Nonetheless, challenges such as digital-literacy gaps, infrastructure limitations, and incomplete system integration still hinder optimal benefits. The research underscores the need for a comprehensive IT strategy encompassing literacy training, platform standardization, and a sustainable integration plan to maximize CSR impact. These findings are expected to guide similar organizations in designing IT-based CSR initiatives that are sustainable and results-oriented. Practical implications include formulating supportive policies and fostering multi-party collaboration to bridge technological gaps and ensure equitable benefits for all stakeholders within the organization

Abstract

The advancement of Information Technology (IT) has driven business processes to become more efficient and has contributed to improving service quality. However, PT XYZ, a company engaged in bus rental services, still relies on manual record-keeping in its operational activities, which may lead to data inaccuracies, document loss, and delays in generating transaction reports. This study aims to design and develop a web-based bus rental information system to improve the efficiency of booking processes, data management, and reporting. This research adopts a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and literature review. The system is developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model and is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results show that the developed system is able to facilitate the bus booking process, reduce recording errors, and support faster and more integrated transaction reporting. Therefore, the system can enhance operational effectiveness and improve service quality at PT XYZ.
