Abstract

As technology and digital applications increase in volume and complexity, organization is facing greater security risks in cyberspace more than ever before. However, organizational cybersecurity requires more than just the latest technology. All the technology available to secure systems will not keep an organization secure if the people in the organization make bad or unexpected decisions that open up the system to attackers. To secure an organization, all employees of the organization must act positively to reduce company risks from cyberattacks. All leaders have a main responsibility to understand and align with the entire organization with cybersecurity objectives. Leaders need to keep continue to invest in security technologies and also need practical solutions for dealing with the human error of cybersecurity. The conceptual paper presented in this paper describes cybersecurity culture, external influencing factors, and organizational mechanisms, the elements that contribute to each employee of the organization that having protection behaviour from cyberattacks.

Abstract

Background research of this study aims to determine the role of information literacy (IL) on the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Innovation Performance at the Manufacturing Company. This research is considered important because the trend is growing rapidly so that it requires companies to innovate in order to survive in the face of various challenges in the future. Based on previous research, innovation grows because of the entrepreneurial spirit such as Risk Taking, Innovativeness and Proactiveness. The company should have Information Literacy (IL) in order to have a correct understanding of what is happening in society. This research can also be a reference for Manufacturing Company so that they can see opportunities from the role of Information Literacy and develop an entrepreneurial spirit in every employee who works so that they can produce Innovation Performance. The method / theory of this study used PLS SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The author collects data from 150 respondents. The results of the study indicate that the entrepreneurial orientation of employees consisting of innovativeness, proactiveness and risk taking can help companies produce innovation performance. However, information literacy has not played a significant role as a moderator between intrapreneurial orientation and innovation performance. The conclusion of the research is that entrepreneurial orientation produces quality human resources because it can be a source of innovation.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information and communication has a direct impact on the business of the Indonesian people. SMEs are one of the pillars in the economic sector in Indonesia. However, logistics has always been an obstacle to business growth in the SME sector. In Indonesia, logistics costs are still high compared to GDP, which is the background of problems that can be solved by implementing logistics 4.0. This literature will provide input for SME entrepreneurs, who will carry out digital transformation in the logistics sector of their business. The inputs that will be given include the importance of digital transformation in the logistics sector and the benefits that will be provided as a result of digital transformation. By using the digital maturity model for logistics 4.0 concept as a research method, an SME will be able to find its current state and also be able to determine strategies that will help SMEs go to their intended future state. Various analyzes will be carried out to determine the state of the SME business, so that appropriate digital transformation can be carried out regarding the SME logistics current state.

Abstract

Today’s businesses must innovate to survive in record time to keep up with constant technology advancements and continual customer demand. And organization initially attempts to develop innovation from the inside by leveraging their employees. This study provides insight on effects that influence the entrepreneurial attitude toward the innovation performance in the context of searching for new business through internal corporate new business venturing programs. There are 71 participants of an internal business venture program in manufacturing company responded in regard to their intrapreneur attitude and Corporate Entrepreneurship Climate toward their innovation performance. This model analyzed using Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the result that only internal locus of control and market orientation are two attitudes that significantly relates to innovation performance, and these attitudes are compelled by management support and organization boundary.

Abstract

The advance of technology development today brings an innovation in the financial industries all across the world, including in Indonesia. The financial technology continues to emerge from the sector of payment, investment and loans online or as we are familiar with the term P2P Lending platform. But, the growth of this business had a challenge when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit the country in the early 2020. The P2P lending platform experienced the first highest default rate due the difficulties of the SME’s as its major customers’ in repaying their loans. The objective of this research is to analyze the determinants of effectiveness repayment application on P2P platform in Indonesia. There were 133 respondents who were borrowers of the P2P lending platform was used as a sample. The data collection was further processed statistically using Structural Equation Method (SEM). The study showed that the repayment decision had significantly influenced perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk and information quality. Information quality itself had the highest influenced among others.

Abstract

As a highly regulated sectors, banks should be able to manage various risks by implementing Good Corporate Governance through detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Currently, financial sectors in Indonesia are dominated by Millennial’s workforce whom prefer digital way of communication rather than conventional reading. Thus, one multinational bank in Indonesia implements Video Learning SOPs to accommodate Millennials. The purpose of this study is to understand the adoption of Video Learning SOPs in financial sector using UTAUT. The study is quantitative research with availability sampling. 1077 respondents gathered using online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial-Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Perceived interactivity was included as additional factors and the moderation of Age also analyzed. The results showed that there was significant relation between Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Perceived Interactivity with Behavioral Intention to use Video Learning SOPs whereas Perceived Interactivity and Performance Expectancy also significantly impact it. It also revealed that there was positive but insignificant moderating effect of Age on the Behavioral Intention to use Video Learning SOPs. This research is among the first that reveals significant factors that impacting the adoption of Video Learning SOPs in a highly regulated industry.
