Abstract

The implementation of Geographic Information System (GIS) has great potential to enhance the management of delivery routes for goods by providing a streamlined and efficient system. GIS allows real-time route visualization, accurate distance calculation, and route optimization using advanced algorithms such as Dijkstra's Algorithm. These capabilities help reduce delivery time, transportation costs, and operational inefficiencies. Despite these benefits, many logistics companies have not maximized the utilization of GIS technology. This leads to longer delivery times, higher transportation costs and centralized management. This study aims to design and implement a GIS-based system for managing delivery routes, focusing on route optimization, real-time monitoring, and centralized data management. The system integrates web and Android platforms, providing real-time tracking through GPS to ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods. The findings are expected to benefit researchers by contributing to the understanding of GIS applications and Dijkstra's Algorithm in logistics. For companies, the implementation of this system could optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, it provides a valuable reference for future research and development in the logistics sector

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve students' speaking skills through Puppet Craft Media. This research was conducted with the aim of overcoming the problems encountered in the classroom, namely: students are not interested in speaking English. For data collection, the writer chose a speaking test, a checklist for observation, and a questionnaire. The writer and collaborator applied it to find out the improvement of students speaking ability by introducing themselves in English in each cycle. Through a questionnaire, researchers can find out whether Puppet Craft media can overcome problems in speaking English or not. Research requires 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were 23 students in first grade at SMPN 1 JULI in the 2021/2022 academic year. In the first cycle, the average percentage value obtained is 65.2% and this is classified as the average student agreeing to use Puppet Craft as a medium to improve speaking in English. In the second cycle, the average value of the percentage of students increased, namely the average value of the percentage obtained by students was 71.9%. After analyzing the students' scores, the writer concludes that the students' speaking ability has improved using Puppet Craft as a Media.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kantor Kementerian Kabupaten Donggala Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan informan yang dipilih sebanyak empat orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Pengumpulan data, Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data,Verifikasi,Kesimpulan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan agustus-september tahun 2022. Untuk mengukur pengembangan karir dengan indikator : motif , karakter, konsep diri, pengetahuan, keterampilan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan peneliti maka disimpulkan sebagai berikut Kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara Kementerian Agama di Kabupaten Donggala dilihat dari faktor motif (motive) belum baik, Kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara Kabupaten Donggala dilihat dari segi ciri-ciri (traits) sudah berjalan dengan baik, Kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara Kabupaten Donggala dilihat dari faktor konsep diri sudah berjalan dengan baik ,Kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Donggala Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dilihat dari pengetahuan belum berjalan dengan baik. Kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Donggala Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dilihat dari segiketerampilan sudah berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

The existence of God and religion has always been a debate throughout the history of mankind giving birth to various different views, one of which is Agnostic. The existence of agnostics in Indonesia is a phenomenon that is quite unique to trace even though the number of agnostics cannot be ascertained, because every Indonesian citizen is required to embrace one of the six official religions. Therefore, the urgency to understand the concept of Godhood from an Agnostic perspective is very important. This research aims to analyze and explain the concept of agnostic divinity according to STIBA Ar Raayah Sukabumi students, understand how the attitude and implications of STIBA Ar Raayah Sukabumi students towards the concept of agnostic divinity by applying a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. Data were collected using questionnaire techniques and in-depth interviews. The results of the study showed that the respondents' understanding of the concept of Agnostic divinity was quite good, this was evidenced by their answers, the majority of which were in accordance with the definitions of experts. The attitude of the respondents towards the concept of Agnostic divinity is that the majority of respondents are negative about the concept of Agnostic divinity so that it has a positive impact on the spiritual power that they believe that God exists and must be worshipped. Meanwhile, the implications of the concept of Agnostic divinity in the lives of respondents have a great impact on their increasing steadfastness and belief that encourages them to carry out the obligations of a Muslim every day.

Abstract

Genus Chirixalus is a group of small tree frogs within the family Rhacophoridae, distributed across Asia, including northeastern India, southern China, mainland Southeast Asia, and islands such as Sumatra and Java in Indonesia. Ongoing taxonomic research continues to uncover new species within this genus. With the assistance of citizen science, the discovery of new species and the documentation of species’ geographic distribution have been greatly supported, expanding our knowledge of biodiversity and conservation processes. In our study, we recorded the tree frog genus Chirixalus from Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. Based on our examination of morphological traits and call characteristics, these specimens resemble Chirixalus trilaksonoi. This finding represents the first record extending the known distribution range of Chirixalus trilaksonoi into Central Java. Variation in dorsal morphology and vocal characteristics is the most notable difference observed in this study. This finding can assist field researchers, and citizen scientists particularly those working in taxonomy. Further research and intensive surveys are needed to evaluate its conservation status and enhance our understanding of its taxonomic classification.
