Abstract

The rapid evolution of modern JavaScript frameworks has significantly enhanced the development of interactive and responsive Single-Page Applications (SPAs). This study compares three prominent JavaScript frameworks—Angular, React, and Vue.Js—focusing on their application in SPA development. The research methodology involves a literature review, a comparative analysis of the critical features of each framework, and a practical implementation to assess their performance, usability, and flexibility. The findings reveal that each framework exhibits distinct advantages and limitations that affect their suitability for different project requirements. Angular is characterized by its extensive built-in features and robust architecture, React by its high flexibility and superior performance, and Vue.js by its user-friendly approach and development efficiency. These results offer valuable insights for developers in selecting the most appropriate framework for their specific project needs, ultimately contributing to more efficient and effective web development.

Abstract

Teknologi saat ini sangat pesat perkembangannya dan menuntut seluruh aspek yang ada untuk bisa beradaptasi atas kemajuan teknologi, termasuk para guru agar dapat menggunakan teknologi dengan baik dan harus selalu berkembang. Begitu juga dengan pembuatan bahan ajar. Kalau sebelumnya bahan ajar hanya ditulis, sekarang bahan ajar sudah berbasis digital. Para guru seringkali kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan untuk membuat bahan ajar berbasis digital. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diadakan program pelatihan yang dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan mengikuti perkembangan tuntutan zaman saat ini agar g ru selalu update atas perkembangan teknologi. Adapun tema pelatihan yang diadakan oleh Tim PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) Politeknik LP3I Pekanbaru adalah “Pelatihan Pembuatan Bahan Ajar Digital Menggunakan Book Creator Bagi Guru-Guru SD Negeri 182 Pekanbaru”. Kegiatan ini diberikan kepada guru-guru SD Negeri 182 Pekanbaru dengan tujuan meningkatkan kreativitas dalam membuat bahan ajar digital supaya dapat diserap dengan cepat oleh siswa-siswi SD. Guru-guru diberikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan keahliannya dalam membuat bahan ajar yang lebih menarik dan efektif untuk ditgunakan didalam kelas maupun di luar kelas. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini dan partisipasi aktif dari para guru senior maupun guru junior dalam mempraktekkan pembuatan bahan ajar digital diharapkan dapat menciptakan materi ajar yang ditampilkan dengan menarik bagi siswa-siswinya.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed educational institutions, presenting opportunities to enhance campus energy management and security. This research investigates the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve energy efficiency and security systems in a university campus setting. The study employed a qualitative research method using a case study approach, which included interviews, observations, and document analysis conducted over six months. Data analysis followed a thematic approach to identify patterns in energy consumption, security threats, and system performance. The results demonstrated that integrating IoT and AI reduced energy consumption by 20% through automated controls and predictive analytics, while security incidents decreased by 30% with improved response times by 40%. The study confirms previous theoretical energy conservation and security enhancement models while highlighting practical challenges such as sensor connectivity issues and staff training. This research contributes to the field by demonstrating the synergistic potential of combining IoT and AI for holistic campus management. Future research should explore integrating renewable energy sources with IoT technologies to enhance environmental sustainability while maintaining campus security. The findings offer valuable insights for educational institutions adopting smart campus technologies for improved operational efficiency and safety.

Abstract

The integration of deep learning into cloud-based healthcare systems has opened new frontiers in medical image analysis, enabling faster, more accurate, and accessible diagnostics. However, the high computational demands of conventional deep learning models pose significant challenges for deployment in cloud environments, especially in latency-sensitive and resource-limited settings. This study aims to optimize deep learning algorithms to enhance their efficiency and scalability for medical image detection within cloud computing infrastructures. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving algorithmic optimization techniques such as pruning, quantization, transfer learning, and federated learning. The models were tested using benchmark medical image datasets and deployed in a simulated cloud environment to evaluate performance metrics such as accuracy, inference time, resource usage, and privacy compliance. Results showed that optimized models, particularly EfficientNet with pruning and quantization, achieved high diagnostic accuracy (up to 91.7%) while significantly reducing computational overhead. Federated learning proved effective in maintaining data privacy with minimal loss in accuracy. The findings suggest that lightweight, secure, and fast deep learning models can be realistically integrated into cloud-based healthcare applications. This study contributes a framework for efficient and scalable AI deployment in clinical settings, particularly in underserved or remote areas.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang vulnerability assessment pada website portal Manajemen Informatika Politeknik LP3I dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan atau kerentanan pada website yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan serangan cyber. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengujian pada berbagai aspek yang mempengaruhi keamanan website seperti identifikasi platform dan aplikasi, analisis risiko, identifikasi serangan yang mungkin terjadi, dan pengujian teknis. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak yang berwenang dalam meningkatkan keamanan website dan mencegah serangan yang merugikan pengguna dan institusi. Dalam era digital seperti sekarang, kesadaran akan pentingnya keamanan siber sangatlah penting, khususnya pada website yang berisi informasi sensitif seperti website portal universitas. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan keamanan siber dan membantu dalam pengembangan sistem keamanan yang lebih baik di masa depan, sehingga website portal Manajemen Informatika Politeknik LP3I dapat tetap aman dan terhindar dari serangan cyber yang dapat merugikan institusi maupun pengguna.

Abstract

Kesulitan belajar yang dialami oleh siswa sekolah dasar merupakan tantangan signifikan yang mempengaruhi proses pendidikan. Calon guru seringkali kurang memiliki pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang memadai dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi kesulitan belajar tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan program pendampingan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi calon guru. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi calon guru dalam mengoptimalkan strategi pembelajaran guna mengatasi kesulitan belajar pada anak sekolah dasar. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah Community-Based Research (CBR), yang melibatkan calon guru, guru senior, orang tua, dan siswa dalam seluruh proses. Pendampingan dilakukan melalui diskusi kelompok terfokus, workshop, dan mentoring berkelanjutan. Calon guru diberikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang adaptif dan efektif dalam situasi nyata di kelas. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kompetensi calon guru, terutama dalam mengidentifikasi kesulitan belajar dan merancang strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu siswa. Partisipasi aktif dari komunitas sekolah memperkuat hubungan antara sekolah dan rumah, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif. Strategi pembelajaran interaktif dan berbasis teknologi yang dikembangkan juga berhasil meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan calon guru dengan kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dan mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa. Namun, keberlanjutan program dan adaptasi dalam berbagai konteks tetap menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of information technology (IT) in higher education and its role in enhancing teaching and learning effectiveness amid accelerated digital transformation. Although IT is widely promoted as a catalyst for improving instructional quality, empirical evidence shows that its impact remains inconsistent across institutional and pedagogical contexts. Accordingly, this research aims to analyze how and under what conditions IT implementation contributes to effective teaching and learning in higher education. The study employs a mixed-methods explanatory design, combining quantitative survey data from lecturers and undergraduate students with qualitative interviews involving academic staff and institutional managers. Quantitative data were analyzed using inferential statistical techniques to identify relationships between IT integration, pedagogical practices, and learning effectiveness, while qualitative data were thematically analyzed to explain underlying mechanisms and contextual factors. The findings reveal that IT implementation significantly enhances learning effectiveness only when it is pedagogically integrated, supported by lecturers’ digital pedagogical competence, and reinforced by coherent institutional support systems. Conversely, technology adoption that is superficial or infrastructure-driven yields limited educational benefits. The study concludes that IT functions as a mediating infrastructure rather than an autonomous driver of educational quality. Its primary contribution lies in advancing a conditional and systemic model of technology-enhanced learning that integrates pedagogical, human, and organizational dimensions, thereby offering theoretically grounded and empirically informed insights for higher education policy, practice, and future research.
