Abstract

Advances in industrial technology 4.0 provide many changes in today's life. One example attached to the advancement of industrial technology 4.0 is the use of communication, transactions, even to the level of education using the acceleration of information technology. Some sectors have used advances in information technology such as the government sector, the industrial sector and even the world of education. This is because the greater the influence of the use of information technology to accelerate the transformation of each sector that uses it. But on the other hand, advances in information technology, apart from having a positive impact, also have a negative impact. As a real example of the positive impact, namely in the education sector, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of technology could be felt, as far as learning could be close to existing learning videos. However, one of the challenges is that advances in information technology also have a negative impact in the field of education, namely the dependence of students or students to spend more time playing online games (e-sports). So that it can affect the results of student learning achievement. Therefore, the research method that will be used is to use the classification of the influence of e-sports on student learning outcomes using the Nave Bayes algorithm which is optimized using particle swarm optimization. In its implementation, it was found that some students experienced decreased learning outcomes and some increased, of course this was influenced by several factors, both internal and external to the students themselves. The implementation of the algorithm used in this study obtained a sufficient level of classification with an AUC (area under classification) value of 0.792 and an accuracy value of 75.95%

Abstract

Development in all sectors is needed, especially by a country that is classified as a developing country like Indonesia. In carrying out development, each local government requires development planning with the aim that each development has an accurate impact and can evaluate what is being built. Regional development planning must also pay attention to the priorities of the development plan to be planned, so that regional development planning is in accordance with what is needed by the region. The purpose of this study is to create a website-based information system design regarding prioritizing regional development planning because the system currently running at BAPPEDA Ciamis district still uses a manual system and has not yet used a decision support system so that the process of determining regional development planning priorities experiences many obstacles, starting from the lack of data needed makes it difficult to determine regional development planning priorities. The method used in this study is the promethee method which includes the Decision Support System for ranking an object. The results of this study are the creation of a website-based information system design using a decision support system for calculating the promethee method. In addition, by using a website-based information system, requests for development plans proposed by the sub-district are more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Saat ini teknologi informasi mengalami perkembangan yang begitu pesat, mulai dari aspek ekonomi, sosial, budaya, seni, pendidikan, bahkan sampai dunia industri. Penerapan teknologi informasi dilihat dari aspek ekonomi diwujudkan dalam bentuk e-commerce. Perkembangan teknologi inipun disambut positif oleh penyedia jasa transportasi kereta api. Pada saat ini masih banyak orang melakukan pemesanan tiket kereta api secara langsung datang ke stasiun karena masih ada masyarakat yang belum memiliki smartphone dengan kapasitas yang memadai untuk instal aplikasi sehingga masyarakat memilih untuk menggunakan cara konvensional dalam pemesanan walaupun ada beberapa aplikasi pemesanan secara mobile namun masih ada masyarakat yang kurang memahami dalam penggunaannya. Hal ini menyebabkan masyarakat memilih untuk memesan di stasiun keberangkatan, adanya antrian ini pemesanan tiket dinilai kurang efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dibuatlah perancangan sistem informasi pemesanan tiket berbasis prototipe berbasis website. Tujuan pembuatan prototipe pemesanan tiket kereta api untuk mengurangi antrian yang sering terjadi di setiap stasiun, selain itu untuk mempermudah user dalam melakukan pemesanan menggunakan browser yang dimiliki oleh user tanpa harus menginstalasi aplikasi tambahan pada smart phone user. Abstract: Currently, information technology is experiencing rapid development, ranging from economic, social, cultural, artistic, educational, and even industrial aspects. The application of information technology seen from the economic aspect is realized in the form of e-commerce. The development of this technology is also welcomed by rail transportation service providers. At this time there are still many people who order train tickets directly to the station because there are still people who do not have a smartphone with sufficient capacity to install the application so that people choose to use the conventional way of ordering even though there are several mobile ordering applications, but there are still people who do not understand how to use it. This causes people to choose to order at the departure station, this queue booking tickets is considered less effective and efficient. Therefore, in this research, a prototype-based website-based ticket reservation information system was designed. The purpose of making a prototype for ordering train tickets is to reduce queues that often occur at each station, in addition to making it easier for users to place orders using a browser owned by the user without having to install additional applications on the user's smart phone.

Abstract

Donation data management is a complex challenge for amil zakat institutions in designing an effective marketing strategy for fundraising programs. In this study, the k-medoids algorithm was used to cluster the donation data with the aim of identifying patterns and characteristics of donors. The k-medoids algorithm was chosen because of its ability to handle unusual data and non-numeric attributes. Through clustering analysis, this study classifies donors based on attributes such as the number of donations, the frequency of donations, and the time interval for donating. And in determining the number of clusters in this study using the silhouette method to measure the quality of the resulting clustering. And getting the most optimal number of clusters is k = 3 with a silhouette score of 0.598782. The results of the study found that groups of donors had similar characteristics, such as donors who made high donations with regular frequency and donors who focused on donations for specific purposes. These findings can be used by charitable organizations in developing more effective fund management, marketing and targeting strategies
