Abstract

The importance of monitoring and checking children's health at the golden age of children in the age range of 0-5 in terms of the adequacy of nutritious food to produce a healthy, smart and productive generation of children. Through the Posyandu program, activities are carried out regularly every month to monitor height measurement, weight, immunization and vitamin administration to children. The key to the success of Posyandu is the existence of Posyandu cadres. There are approximately eight cadres at posyandu Mawar Grand Residence. As an effort to increase knowledge in posyandu cadres, the implementation team initiated training activities related to a comprehensive understanding of child growth and development which should be an important role in controlling child development at an early age. In addition, as an effort to increase understanding of technology for Posyandu cadres and as a solution to overcome problems related to unstructured data recording, a website-based Posyandu data recording application was made.

Abstract

The focus in this article is the development of a hydroponic vegetable business. The hydroponic system is well known by the public, in addition to the relatively easy system and application of this system, the grower does not interact with the soil, the hydroponic system is also one of the implementations of the agricultural intensification system. Because the planting rack can be made with a multilevel system, so that with a small area, it can produce quite a lot of plants. The problem faced by hydroponic farmers is the marketing system. Often hydroponic farmers with home scales still have difficulty in marketing their products, the problems are more or less as follows; 1) The operational cost of hydroponic plants is relatively expensive, this affects the selling price. While the general public at the vegetable craftsman only knows conventional vegetables, where the operational costs are relatively cheap and are sold at low prices. So often hydroponic vegetable products cannot compete in price. 2) The market for hydroponic vegetables is in supermarkets, but hydroponic farmers on a home scale with small and relatively unstable production capacity find it difficult to enter supermarkets. These two things are the basis of this writing, which is expected to be a reference for hydroponic farmers in order to optimize existing market opportunities.

Abstract

One of the important factors in a business is human resources. The quality of qualified human resources is able to make small industries successful. For the glorious economy of a small industry, it can be a better economy for a country. Therefore, small and medium enterprises need to be developed, one of which is in terms of human resources. Phenomena that occur in general in a small industry related to human resources include the lack of mastery of information technology. The use of the right technology has a relationship with the development of UMKM that have good competitiveness in the industrial era 4.0. This phenomenon is also experienced in one of the home industry in the South Tambun area which is used as a partner. From the results of the observations made, there are problems experienced by partners, including the distribution of limited production and marketing that is carried out conventionally by relying on word to mouth techniques. The stages of this service activity start from counseling, mentoring and mentoring. The briefing of the material presented was the process of managing the marketplace using Tokopedia and the process of designing logos and labels using Canva. From the evaluation of activities, it showed a percentage of pre-test values of 37% and post-test scores of 93. Then for evaluation related to the implementation of activities regarding enthusiasm and satisfaction of activities reached 92%.

Abstract

Muara Gembong district is often the attention of the surrounding community, especially the people of Jakarta and Bekasi. Its location directly facing the sea makes this sub-district often visited by various parties for travel or for other activities such as mangrove planting. There is one small problem but it is often considered as a very important thing related to the pattern of life of the community and also supporting infrastructure to lift tourism potential. One of the important is the availability of infrastructure that can be used by residents for bathing, washing and toilet purposes. Likewise for tourists, because it requires the infrastructure available. The results of discussions, interviews and field observations get there are three points that are quite ahagia ative to be able to overcome existing problems. Through the construction of MCK / Toilet infrastructure for the community and tourists are expected to have an impact related to efforts to lift the potential of tourism in muara gembong subdistrict. MCK / toilet development program also has an impact on the formation of healthy lifestyle patterns, and minimize environmental pollution whose source comes from human wastewater. The benefits of the program require continuous action from the community. Such as in the form of a cleanliness management system and its care.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan sektor tersier dimana preferensi wisatawan sangat ditentukan oleh tingkat kenyamanan. Salah satu hal yang dapat menarik pengunjung adalah bagaimana karyawan perhotelan menampilkan penampilan dengan baik, melalui penampilan diri yang profesional dan sesuai dengan standar industri, karyawan akan menyajikan diri mereka dengan percaya diri dan membangun kesan yang positif pada tamu dan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara self-consciousnes dengan self-presentation pada karyawan perhotelan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan perhotelan di Bekasi. Pengambilan sampling menggunakan teknik accidental sampling 104 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Pearson’s Product Moment, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner melalui google form, Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala self-consciousness yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi self-consciousness menurut Fenigstein, Scheir & Buss (1975), dan skala self-presentation yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi self-presentation menurut Yang & Bradford Brown (2016). Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara self-consciousness dengan self-presentation karyawan perhotelan di Bekasi dengan r sebesar 0,243 p value <0,013. Yang berarti semakin tinggi Self-presentation, maka akan semakin tinggi juga Self-consciousness, begitupun sebaliknya. Diharapkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya melakukan penelitian serupa tidak hanya pada karyawan perhotelan. Selain itu, peneliti selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk memperdalam faktor lainnya yang dinilai berhubungan dengan self-presentation untuk memperkaya kajian. Serta dapat memperluas jangkauan penelitian mulai dari lokasi, jumlah dan variasi subjek sehingga dapat melihat hasil secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This research aims to; find out whether there is a significant positive effect between raw material inventory control on the production process, find out whether there is a significant positive effect between production process planning on the production process, find out whether there is a significant positive effect between raw material inventory control on business competitiveness, find out whether there is an influence significant positive relationship between production process planning and business competitiveness and to determine whether there is a significant positive effect between the production process and business competitiveness. The research method used in this study was a survey method using descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach involving 32 business actors in the Mangrove-Based culinary field in Muara Gembong Regency. The results of the study show that Raw Material Inventory Control has a significant effect on Business Competitiveness. In direct and indirect testing it is known that Raw Material Inventory Control has a direct and significant effect on the Competitiveness of Mangrove-Based Culinary Businesses in Muara Gembong Regency. While the Production Planning Process has a significant effect on Business Competitiveness. This means that the better the Production Planning Process will be able to improve the competitive positioning of Mangrove-Based culinary businesses in Muara Gembong Regency.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the influence of Motivation on tourists' Visiting Decisions on Onrust Island, find out the influence of Perceptions on Tourists' Visiting Decisions on Onrust Island and find out the influence of Motivation and Perceptions on tourists' Visiting Decisions on Onrust Island. This research method approach uses quantitative techniques with statistical data to be analyzed through data collection techniques through sample techniques and purposive sampling by involving existing tourists on the island of Onrust. From the sampling data carried out, an analysis was carried out using SPSS. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially, the variables of motivation (X1) and perception (X2) had a significant positive effect on visiting decisions (Y). And based on the results of determination, an R2 value of 0.683 was obtained, which means that motivation and perception influenced the decision to visit by 68.3%.

Abstract

The covid-19 crisis has forced education sisytems to find alternative face-to-face instrunction. As a result online lectures have been used by teachers and students. There are many problems faced by students when taking online lectures that can have negative impact on the continuity of lectures. Students must be optimistic in dealing with problems that occur during lectures in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the level of students optimism during online lectures. This study involved 100 Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya college students. The result of this study indicate that the highest score of students optimism is at a high level with a value of 76%, and 24% of students are in the moderate category of optimism. The average level of students optimism is in the high category, meaning that students have confidence in facing all obstacle while undergoing online lectures.
