Abstract

One of the efforts to support the availability of food, especially vegetables as a provider of healthy family nutrition during a pandemic, is to use yards for the cultivation of various types of plants. One of the activities that can be done is to carry out vegetable cultivation activities. The partner of this activity is South Tambun village RT 04. The location of the partner has a yard but is felt to be less than optimal related to its utilization. The condition of the yard so far has not contributed to the fulfillment or support of daily needs. Furthermore, the yard so far, in addition to not contributing added value to the fulfillment of daily needs, also does not provide comfort and beauty. If the yard is arranged and empowered, it is expected to add aesthetic value and contribute to the needs of the community, especially vegetables for daily consumption. So that the arrangement and utilization of the yard as one solution that can contribute to daily needs, especially vegetables. The implementation of activities starts from counseling, training, mentoring and evaluation. Training begins with spreading vegetable seeds, followed by care and harvesting. Evaluation of activities related to enthusiasm and satisfaction from service activities that have been carried out reaches 92%.

Abstract

One of the important factors in a business is human resources. The quality of qualified human resources is able to make small industries successful. For the glorious economy of a small industry, it can be a better economy for a country. Therefore, small and medium enterprises need to be developed, one of which is in terms of human resources. Phenomena that occur in general in a small industry related to human resources include the lack of mastery of information technology. The use of the right technology has a relationship with the development of UMKM that have good competitiveness in the industrial era 4.0. This phenomenon is also experienced in one of the home industry in the South Tambun area which is used as a partner. From the results of the observations made, there are problems experienced by partners, including the distribution of limited production and marketing that is carried out conventionally by relying on word to mouth techniques. The stages of this service activity start from counseling, mentoring and mentoring. The briefing of the material presented was the process of managing the marketplace using Tokopedia and the process of designing logos and labels using Canva. From the evaluation of activities, it showed a percentage of pre-test values of 37% and post-test scores of 93. Then for evaluation related to the implementation of activities regarding enthusiasm and satisfaction of activities reached 92%.

Abstract

The use of technology and the internet in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has the potential to improve product marketing strategies. E-commerce, as a product sales platform, is currently becoming popular and widely used. The number of e-commerce users continues to grow because of the ease of getting the desired product. Low interest in repurchasing needs to be considered in management's perspective to improve strategic planning and company services. The researchers point out that repurchase intentions are a much-studied topic in the current era of globalization. For this reason, this research will examine the influence of brand reputation and service quality on repurchase interest on the Shopee e-commerce platform. Data processing using SmartPLS software. The results of the validity and reliability tests for the indicators used showed validity and reliability and the results of the classical assumption test showed no multicollinearity in the variables. The results of the hypothesis test partially show that brand reputation does not have a significant influence on repurchase interest, while service quality has a significant influence on repurchase interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan pasar wisata religi di Bekasi sebagai refleksi jejak sosiologis masyarakat Betawi dalam konteks manajemen pengelolaan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa wisata religi berpotensi memperkuat identitas budaya Betawi sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Namun, pengelolaan masih menghadapi tantangan pada aspek koordinasi antar-stakeholder, promosi digital, dan infrastruktur. Model pentahelix dipandang efektif untuk memperkuat kolaborasi, pemberdayaan komunitas, serta pelestarian nilai sosio-religius. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis pada kajian pariwisata berbasis budaya dan praktis bagi pengembangan wisata religi berkelanjutan di Bekasi.
