Abstract

The focus in this article is the development of a hydroponic vegetable business. The hydroponic system is well known by the public, in addition to the relatively easy system and application of this system, the grower does not interact with the soil, the hydroponic system is also one of the implementations of the agricultural intensification system. Because the planting rack can be made with a multilevel system, so that with a small area, it can produce quite a lot of plants. The problem faced by hydroponic farmers is the marketing system. Often hydroponic farmers with home scales still have difficulty in marketing their products, the problems are more or less as follows; 1) The operational cost of hydroponic plants is relatively expensive, this affects the selling price. While the general public at the vegetable craftsman only knows conventional vegetables, where the operational costs are relatively cheap and are sold at low prices. So often hydroponic vegetable products cannot compete in price. 2) The market for hydroponic vegetables is in supermarkets, but hydroponic farmers on a home scale with small and relatively unstable production capacity find it difficult to enter supermarkets. These two things are the basis of this writing, which is expected to be a reference for hydroponic farmers in order to optimize existing market opportunities.

Abstract

One of the important factors in a business is human resources. The quality of qualified human resources is able to make small industries successful. For the glorious economy of a small industry, it can be a better economy for a country. Therefore, small and medium enterprises need to be developed, one of which is in terms of human resources. Phenomena that occur in general in a small industry related to human resources include the lack of mastery of information technology. The use of the right technology has a relationship with the development of UMKM that have good competitiveness in the industrial era 4.0. This phenomenon is also experienced in one of the home industry in the South Tambun area which is used as a partner. From the results of the observations made, there are problems experienced by partners, including the distribution of limited production and marketing that is carried out conventionally by relying on word to mouth techniques. The stages of this service activity start from counseling, mentoring and mentoring. The briefing of the material presented was the process of managing the marketplace using Tokopedia and the process of designing logos and labels using Canva. From the evaluation of activities, it showed a percentage of pre-test values of 37% and post-test scores of 93. Then for evaluation related to the implementation of activities regarding enthusiasm and satisfaction of activities reached 92%.

Abstract

Muara Gembong district is often the attention of the surrounding community, especially the people of Jakarta and Bekasi. Its location directly facing the sea makes this sub-district often visited by various parties for travel or for other activities such as mangrove planting. There is one small problem but it is often considered as a very important thing related to the pattern of life of the community and also supporting infrastructure to lift tourism potential. One of the important is the availability of infrastructure that can be used by residents for bathing, washing and toilet purposes. Likewise for tourists, because it requires the infrastructure available. The results of discussions, interviews and field observations get there are three points that are quite ahagia ative to be able to overcome existing problems. Through the construction of MCK / Toilet infrastructure for the community and tourists are expected to have an impact related to efforts to lift the potential of tourism in muara gembong subdistrict. MCK / toilet development program also has an impact on the formation of healthy lifestyle patterns, and minimize environmental pollution whose source comes from human wastewater. The benefits of the program require continuous action from the community. Such as in the form of a cleanliness management system and its care.

Abstract

Bottled mineral water has become a daily necessity for Indonesians for its practicality. The raw material used in mineral water packaging is plastic because the price is cheaper, and the characteristics of it are strong and lightweight when compared to other polymers. However, the plastic waste produced is difficult to be decomposed by microorganisms in the soil, causing environmental pollution. There have been many researches on the production of environmentally friendly plastic packaging. One of the raw materials used is alginate because it contains ester compounds which are the required for making biodegradable plastics. The alginate compound contained in seaweed is a polysaccharide obtained from the extraction of brown seaweed such as Sargassum sp which is found in Indonesian waters. Gel formation can be done by diffusion with the spherification method. This method is the simplest technique, where the gel is formed by diffusion of calcium ions into the alginate solution. The results showed that sodium alginate derived from seaweed can be used as a raw material in the production of mineral water packaging that can be consumed by using the spherification techniques. The packaging product which is shaped like a bubble is safe for consumption and is biodegradable

Abstract

Gastrodiplomasi, sebagai konsep diplomasi yang mengandalkan kuliner sebagai alat untuk mempererat hubungan antarbangsa, telah mendapatkan perhatian yang semakin besar dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Dalam era globalisasi yang serba cepat ini, makanan bukan hanya berfungsi sebagai bagian dari budaya, tetapi juga sebagai sarana komunikasi internasional yang efektif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran gastrodiplomasi dalam memperkuat hubungan antarbangsa dengan menggunakan kajian literatur yang berfokus pada praktik-praktik yang telah diterapkan oleh berbagai negara. Melalui studi kasus negara-negara seperti Thailand, Korea Selatan, dan Jepang, tulisan ini menyoroti bagaimana kuliner digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk meningkatkan pemahaman budaya, menarik perhatian internasional, dan memperluas pengaruh politik dan ekonomi. Selain itu, kajian ini juga membahas tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam implementasi gastrodiplomasi di tengah perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan pergeseran dinamika global. Dengan demikian, artikel ini memberikan pandangan komprehensif tentang bagaimana gastrodiplomasi dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam membangun soft power dan memperkokoh hubungan internasional di era globalisasi.

Abstract

Quality control for rejected/defective products at PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation must be improved to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation is a company operating in the cosmetics industry. One of the departments in the company, the semi-solid plant, faces challenges where there are a significant number of rejected/defective products, leading to a high reprocessing rate performed by employees to meet the company's specifications for net product weight. The research to be conducted will utilize the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method for quality control and process documentation. This will enable further improvement steps to be taken to maintain process quality. This research indicates significant improvements in quality control processes aimed at enhancing customer and consumer satisfaction while reducing lead time in the production process. This is demonstrated by a Cp value of 0.76 and a Cpk value of 0.55, which align with the company's specification standards.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the influence of Motivation on tourists' Visiting Decisions on Onrust Island, find out the influence of Perceptions on Tourists' Visiting Decisions on Onrust Island and find out the influence of Motivation and Perceptions on tourists' Visiting Decisions on Onrust Island. This research method approach uses quantitative techniques with statistical data to be analyzed through data collection techniques through sample techniques and purposive sampling by involving existing tourists on the island of Onrust. From the sampling data carried out, an analysis was carried out using SPSS. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially, the variables of motivation (X1) and perception (X2) had a significant positive effect on visiting decisions (Y). And based on the results of determination, an R2 value of 0.683 was obtained, which means that motivation and perception influenced the decision to visit by 68.3%.
