Abstract

Abstrak Koperasi Syari’ah merupakan suatu lembaga keuangan yang menggunakan prinsip syari’ah. Koperasi Syari’ah sendiri memiliki beberapa produk penghimpun dana dan penyalur dana. Salah satu produk penghimpun dana yang ditawarkan Koperasi Syari’ah untuk para anggotanya adalah Simpanan Mudharabah. Simpanan Mudharabah merupakan simpanan anggota yang akan dikelola/dialokasikan oleh pihak koperasi dengan menggunakan akad mudharabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara langsung dengan direktur dan karyawan KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri. Serta menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan perhitungan bagi hasil simpanan mudharabah di KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri anggota/pemilik modal menyerahkan dananya kepada pihak koperasi/pengelola untuk dialokasikan/dikelola dari pengalokasian dana tersebut maka pihak anggota dan koperasi akan mendapatkan keuntungan dan dari keuntungan tersebut akan dihitung bagi hasil untuk kedua belah pihak. Analisis syari’ah terhadap perhitungan bagi hasil simpanan mudharabah yaitu sudah sesuai dengan rukun mudharabah. Jenis mudharabah yang digunakan adalah mudharabah mutlaqah.

Abstract

Community Service was carried out by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Sharia and Economics, UIT Lirboyo Kediri, and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Malang, and students of the Sharia Banking Study Program, Faculty of Sharia and Economics, UIT Lirboyo Kediri, which was carried out in Joho Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency. Targeting UMKM actors. The main objective of this activity is to improve skills in the economic field, especially digital marketing and packaging of UMKM products. This mentoring activity was carried out through a workshop that was held for several days, targeting UMKM actors of approximately 24 participants. The workshop material consisted of literature about digital marketing, including marketing strategies that study how to promote products through digital media to reach consumers quickly, precisely, personally, and relevantly. Material on product packaging includes processes related to designing and manufacturing containers or wrappers to protect a product. The obstacles faced in this mentoring include the lack of education about digital marketing, product packaging, and internet networks, and they only rely on offline sales, so product sales are not yet widespread. It is expected that with this assistance, the ability of MSME actors in digital marketing and product packaging strategies will increase.

Abstract

Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is one of the largest companies in Indonesia in the food industry with its business units engaged in food management. The rapid development of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur's business activities certainly requires investors and creditors as a source of funding. Both need to analyze the company's financial statements as a reference source of company financial health information. Based on the financial reports of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the period 2018 to 2022 there has been an increase in fluctuations even though in 2020 to 2021 Indonesia was hit by the covid 19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with data sources of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur's financial reports as of December 31 of the year 2018 to 2022. The first result, the assessment of the financial performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur based on analysis of liquidity ratios using the current ratio, obtained that the value of the current ratio from 2018 to 2022 experienced fluctuating conditions but was still in the very good category, namely above number 1. Second, the results solvency ratio analysis using the Debt to Asset ratio (DAR), it was found that the DAR values ​​from 2018 to 2022 were in the very good category, namely proficient under number 1. Third, profitability ratio analysis using the Return of Equity (ROE) ratio, it was found that the ROE value from 2018 to 2022 experiencing fluctuating conditions but still in the efficient category.

Abstract

Zydnaa education as a creative economy actor is creating a creative work whose results can be useful for the community, especially in the world of education. This study aims to analyze the strategies that have been carried out by Zydnaa Education in developing its products in the current digital era so that they can survive even in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak that hit Indonesia. Research on creative economic development strategies is carried out using a qualitative approach with a case study technique. The data used in this research consists of primary data (owner) and secondary data (literature). The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling. From the research results, it was found that the strategies implemented by zydnaa education consist of internal factors (strengths and opportunities) and external (weaknesses and threats). Whereas suggestions from researchers for educational zydnaa related to strategies that will be taken in the future include collaborating with formal or non-formal educational institutions to distribute their products as learning tools that are of interest to children, making simple financial reports regularly both monthly and annually, and adding a positive image of the business because it will appear to be implementing professional business practices.

Abstract

Ekonomi digital saat ini terus berkembang di dunia tak terkecuali di Indonesia, hal ini ditandai dari meningkatnya pengguna internet. Awal tahun 2021 pengguna internet di Indonesia mencapai 202,6 juta jiwa meningkat 15,5 persen atau 27 juta jiwa jika dibandingkan pada Januari 2020. Terlebih saat pandemi covid-19 telah merubah mekanisme pelayanan jasa dan perilaku konsumen. Para pelaku usaha perlu berinovasi agar bagaimana bisa menyelaraskan kebiasaan baru para konsumen dari model jual beli konvensional menjadi e-commerce. Asosiasi Ecommerce Indonesia mencatat bahwa hingga Maret 2021 jumlah UMKM yang tergabung dalam berbagai marketplace telah mencapai kisaran 4,8 juta. Angka tersebut mengalami kenaikan dari akhir 2020 sebesar 3,8 juta. Namun ternyata kemajuan digitalisasi tak hanya mendatangkan keuntungan bagi pelaku usaha yang mampu berkembang dalam mengikuti kemajuan teknologi, namun juga menjadikan ketimpangan bagi yang tidak mampu mengikuti perkembangan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka dan hasil olah pikir peneliti. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Beberapa manfaat yang bisa kita peroleh dari digitalisasi bagi perkembangan perekonomian Indonesia diantanya pangsa pasar luas, transaksi lebih mudah, produksi meningkat, pembayaran lebih sederhana, dan promosi lebih variatif. Sedangkan sisi mudharat diantaranya kurangnya serapan tenaga kerja, rentan terjadi penipuan, dan plagiarisme. Selain itu sektor yang potensial berkembang di era digitalisai diantanya sektor keuangan, sektor pertanian, dan sektor kebudayaan, pariwisata, dan ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

MSMEs which are an important pillar of economic development to be able to make a greater contribution to the economy should be able to develop their business with the help of Artificial Intelligence / AI, but the current conditions in the field are still many MSME players who have not adopted AI for product development and promotion due to lack of HR knowledge. From these problems, the researcher aims to examine the role of AI in the development of MSMEs with a focus on analyzing the role of AI in supporting several economic activities in MSMEs. Through an analytical descriptive approach, this research will explore how MSME players in various sectors use AI to improve efficiency, optimize decision making. The result of this research is that AI is currently having a big impact on the MSME sector, MSME players can gain deep insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and integrate effective and efficient business strategies. With AI they can innovate products and the media for promoting MSME products are also increasingly diverse through websites and e-commerce.
