Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk pengetahui pelaksanaan disiplin, kendala pelaksanaan disiplin dan upaya mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan disiplin kerja karyawan di KPS Ophir Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif bersifat desktiptif. Informan berjumlah 5 orang. Teknik analisis data berupa reduksi, penyajian dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 1) Pelaksanaan disiplin kerja karyawan belum efektif sehingga masih terdapat karyawan yang melanggar peraturan kerja karena keadilan belum diterapkan secara adil, pengawasan melekat dan penerapan sanksi hukuman masih jarang dilakukan dan masih rendahnya ketegasan pimpinan. 2) Kendala dalam pelaksanaan disiplin kerja karyawan berasal dari pimpinan (minimnya pengawasan dan masih lemahnya dalam pemberian sanksi) kedala dari karyawan (rendahnya kemauan karyawan untuk mematuhi peraturan yang belaku). Upaya mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan disiplin kerja karyawan yaitu meningkatkan ketegasan pimpinan dalam menjalan aturan dan penerapan sanksi hukuman kepada karyawan melanggar peraturan.

Abstract

This study aims to see how effective the use of Instagram Story as an innovative way to help students learn English vocabulary in class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Samarinda. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach and used a pre-experiment design, specifically one-group pre-test and post-test. The study participants consisted of 20 students who took the vocabulary test before and after the treatment. The test was in the form of multiple choice questions which aimed to measure how well they understood the vocabulary. In three meetings, students were taught to use Instagram Story features such as pictures, quizzes, and charades to learn English vocabulary. The results showed that the students' average score increased from 7.15 in the pre-test to 9.35 in the post-test. The paired t-test analysis showed a t-count of -5.311 with a significance of less than 0.001, which means there was a highly significant difference before and after the treatment. These findings prove that Instagram Stories serve as an effective learning medium that significantly improves students' English vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan pribadi (personal finance management) merupakan kemampuan penting bagi Generasi Z dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parental income, peer, self-control, dan financial literacy terhadap personal finance management mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FEB UNY). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa FEB UNY angkatan 2022–2023, dan telah diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling dengan beberapa kriteria tertentu, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel parental income, self-control, dan financial literacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap personal finance management, sedangkan variabel peer tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Namun secara simultan, keempat variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap personal finance management mahasiswa FEB UNY. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya faktor internal dan lingkungan keluarga dalam membentuk perilaku keuangan generasi muda.

Abstract

Cimahi City Government initiated “jemput bola” public service for citizen with disability. “Jemput bola” public service is an act of recording electronic citizen identity card (e-KTP) for citizen with disabilty, elderly, and acute sickness by going directly to the their houses. This study aimed to determine the implementation of population administration services through “jemput bola” public service for citizen with disability at the Population and Civil Registration Office of the Cimahi City along with the obstacles that occured during the process. The research method used was qualitative research. Sources of data in this study were interview, direct observation, and document study. The results of this study indicated that in carrying out ball “jemput bola” public service for citizen with disability, there were some obstacles, i.e.: the absence of Standard Operating Procedures, internet network quality, character of citizen with disability, and access toward citizen’s house location. To overcome the main obstacles, researchers created a Standard Operating Procedure document as guidance for “jemput bola” public service for citizen with disability. For internet network problem, officers could prepare a specific internet network system that was worked in the targeted area and also brought up a backup network. For obstacle related to mood disturbance of citizen with disability, officers needed special training to handle challenging situation so they could serve them in a more appropriate way. For obstacle related to access toward citizen’s house location, officers could bring recording equipment to citizen’s house. This research could benefit Cimahi City Office of Population and Civil Registration to improve the quality of “jemput bola” public service for citizen with disability and also as reference for similar research.
