Abstract

Hipertensi adalah suatu peningkatan abnormal tekanan darah dalam pembuluh darah arteri secara terus-menerus lebih dari suatu periode yang terjadi akibat penyempitan arteri. Manfaat gerakan-gerakan dalam senam lansia yang diterapkan dapat meningkatkan komponen kebugaran kardio-respirasi, kekuatan dan ketahanan otot, kelenturan dan komposisi badan seimbang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh senam lansia terhadap tekanan darah pada lanjut usia dengan hipertensi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan One group pretest-posttest design. Intervensi senam lansia dilakukan selama 2 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali per minggu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lanjut usia dengan hipertensi, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 13 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik Univariat dengan menggunakan median dan Bivariat dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik mengalami penurunan yang signifikan (ρ value sistolik = 0,002 dan ρ value diastolik = 0,005). Hasil uji statistik penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan fisik senam lansia terhadap tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi ρ value < ɑ (0,005). Disarankan hendaknya Puskesmas Cigugur Tengah Kota Cimahi dapat menjadikan senam lansia sebagai salah satu program rutin di posbindu yang dilakukan untuk para lanjut usia

Abstract

ABSTRACT Title: Effects of Lateral Position on Hemodynamics in Patients Attached to Mechanical Ventilation: Literature Review Background: One of the nursing interventions in the management of patients with mechanical ventilation is a change in position. Several studies have shown there are hemodynamic changes in the lateral position. The right lateral position can increase vagal activity and decrease sympathetic activity in patients with heart failure while other studies suggest that the left lateral position can improve ventilation, this is because the anatomy of the heart is in the left position between the top and bottom of the lungs so that it creates pressure. the lungs are increased and the pressure at the apex is lower than at the basal part of the lungs, so it is necessary to do further investigation regarding the lateral position of the hemodynamics Method: This study aimed to determine the effect of lateral position on the hemodynamic status of mechanically ventilated patients. The research design used was a literature review design. The population in this study were journals related to lateral position and hemodynamic status attached to mechanical ventilation, obtained from reputable journals with national and international standards.ResultIt : There are 6 journals from 8 journals stating that there is an effect of lateral position on the hemodynamics of patients who are attached to mechanical ventilation which includes blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate but does not affect oxygen saturation..Conclusion : Lateral positions (left and right) can increase blood pressure and MAP, increase and decrease heart rate, increase respiratory rate but have no significant effect on oxygen saturation..

Abstract

Background: New students don't know much about campus. They seek relationships, develop themselves and become independent. The new atmosphere of lectures can make students experience academic stress, if students' high self-efficacy can manage academic stress. Objective: to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress in Regular Fitkes Unjani Undergraduate Nursing Students Level I. The research method used is a cross sectional design. Method: Using descriptive analysis (Univariate) and correlation test using Chi-Square. The overall population of Unjani Health Fitkes Regular Level I Undergraduate Nursing Students was 188 people, the sampling technique was proportionate stratified random sampling and simple random sampling totaling 66 respondents. The instruments used were the General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES) and the Student Academic Stress Scale (SASS). Results: it was found that the majority (57.6%) of respondents had high academic stress as many as 38 respondents and the majority (54.5%) of respondents had high self-efficacy as many as 36 respondents. There is a relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress for undergraduate nursing students at Level I Regular Fitkes Unjani (PValue = 0.034 <0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress for undergraduate nursing students at Level I Regular Fitkes Unjani. Suggestion: It is recommended that students pay more attention to their body condition if they are stressed and can manage stress, which can also increase self-efficacy and do as students do, read the RPS and understand everything about the major the student is taking.

Abstract

Background: Inadequate sleep and poor quality could interfere with the elderly health. The number of elderly people with sleep quality problems will be much larger, more serious, and more complex. One way to overcome sleep quality is non-pharmacological therapy, one of which using lavender aromatherapy. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of lavender aromatherapy to the sleep quality of elderly at a Nursing Home.Methods: This research used a quasy experiment with a purpossive sampling design. Sample 32 elderly was divided into 2 groups, intervention and control groups. Data obtained used a translate of PSQI questionnaire. The intervention groups was given the lavender aromatherapy for 5 days. Data analyzed for the univariate and bivariate used a Mann-Whitney test. Results: Score of sleep quality in the intervention group pretest was 9.13 and posttest was 4.69. The score were decrease approximately 4,44 point. Whereas in the control group pretest was 9.19 and posttest was 8.13. The bivariate analysis for pre and post test data in intervention group revealed that the p-value was 0.001 (<α=0.05).Conclusion: Lavender aromatherapy significantly effect the sleep quality of elderly in a nursing home

Abstract

Administrative Ethics as the Foundation of Good Governance in the Digital Era discusses the importance of administrative ethics in establishing good governance, particularly within the ever-evolving digital context. In the digital era, new challenges have emerged in public service delivery, including the need for greater transparency, accountability, and responsiveness. This study aims to identify how administrative ethics can serve as a pillar in realizing the principles of good governance. Employing a qualitative approach, this research analyzes various policies and administrative practices implemented across different government agencies. The findings indicate that the application of administrative ethics not only improves the quality of public services but also strengthens public trust in the government. However, several challenges remain, such as the digital divide and the need for ethics training among civil servants. This study recommends the development of more inclusive policies and ongoing training to enhance ethical awareness within the bureaucracy.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of ethics in public administration and how its application can contribute to social justice. In this case, administrative ethics includes moral norms that must be upheld by the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) when providing services to the community. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach involving ASNs as respondents from various government agencies. Data collection was conducted through a survey that examined variables such as personal values, motivation, religious beliefs, working conditions, organizational culture, and social pressure. The analysis was conducted to identify how these factors influence the practice of social piety among ASNs and its impact on the effectiveness of public services and public trust in the bureaucracy.Results: Findings show that social piety has a significant effect on the quality of public services. ASNs who have high ethical awareness tend to provide better and fairer services to the community. This study also revealed that support from a positive work environment and organizational culture can improve ethical practices in public administration.Implications: The findings of this study are expected to provide deeper insights into the importance of ethical practices in public administration and assist in the formulation of policies that support integrity and improve the quality of public services in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability of fourth grade elementary school students to understand the meaning of faith in the apostles of Allah through the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning method. The background of this study is the low understanding of students towards the concept of faith in the apostles of Allah, which is indicated by learning outcomes that have not met the minimum completion standards. The STAD method was chosen because it focuses on group cooperation and individual responsibility, so it is expected to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes. This study uses a classroom action approach (CAR) which is implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were fourth grade elementary school students with a total of 30 participants. Data collection techniques were carried out through evaluation tests, observations, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study showed that the application of the STAD method can improve students' understanding of the meaning of faith in the apostles of Allah. In cycle I, the percentage of student learning completion reached 70%, while in cycle II it increased to 90%. In addition, student activity and participation in the learning process also showed a significant increase. Thus, the STAD method has proven effective in improving students' ability to understand the meaning of faith in the apostles of Allah. It is recommended for educators to apply this method as an alternative to innovative and enjoyable learning, especially in Islamic Religious Education learning. In addition, it is expected that similar research can be conducted at different grade levels or broader materials to enrich the findings in the application of the STAD method.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' ability to recognize hijaiyah letters through the application of interactive game methods at SD Negeri No. 095231 Puli Buah. The background of this study is based on the low ability of students to recognize hijaiyah letters due to learning methods that tend to be monotonous and less involving fun activities. This study uses a Classroom Action Research approach which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were Muslim students in grades 1-6, with a total of 40 participants. Data were collected through hijaiyah letter recognition ability tests, observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The game methods used include letter card games, hijaiyah puzzles, and interactive letter guessing. The results showed that the application of interactive game methods significantly improved students' ability to recognize hijaiyah letters. The average student score increased from 55 in the pre-test to 85 in the post-test, with the percentage of learning completion reaching 85% at the end of the second cycle. In addition, observations showed that students became more enthusiastic and active in participating in the learning process. The students’ response to this method was very positive, where 90% of students stated that learning through games made it easier for them to memorize and understand the hijaiyah letters. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the interactive game method is an effective learning strategy to improve the ability to recognize the hijaiyah letters. This study is expected to be a reference for teachers in developing innovative and fun learning methods, especially in Islamic religious education learning in elementary schools.
