Abstract

The development of the digital era in Indonesia has driven the implementation of e-government in governmental management and public services. The purpose of this article is to analyze the implementation of web-based information systems in public services in Tondowolio Village using three main indicators: support, capacity, and value. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on these three key indicators. The research subjects include village officials, website managers, and community members who use the website services, with informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and document studies and then analyzed using the Interactive Model Analysis, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study's findings indicate that the support of village government, the availability of technological infrastructure, and adequate human resources are key factors in the success of e-government. However, challenges remain in the areas of regulation, socialization, and public understanding of web-based services. The implementation of e-government in this village has brought significant benefits in improving the efficiency and transparency of public services, although further efforts are needed to optimize its use by the entire community.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of the Makassar Tourism Application Policy as a Promotional Media in the Makassar City Tourism Office. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of the research are that communication in the Makassar Tourism application at the Makassar City Tourism Office always prioritizes communication, the communication referred to here is socialization. Therefore, each field always holds activity meetings in each field so that employees can communicate directly with tourists who come from outside Sulawesi so they can implement a good and polite communication system towards tourists. Resources in the existing Makassar Tourism application. The Makassar City Tourism Office continues to strive to improve the human resources in the office, because Makassar City is a city that is famous for its tourist attractions that can attract tourists, culinary food, etc.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in efforts to prevent the practice of money politics in the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) in Sinjai Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach, this study was conducted for approximately two months at the Secretariat of the Sinjai Regency Election Supervisory Agency. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Sinjai Regency Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) has carried out its role and responsibilities well in the regional head election (Pilkada) process in Sinjai Regency. Based on the analysis of the four indicators, it was found that the Sinjai Regency Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) always strives to carry out its duties and promises to prevent the practice of money politics and ensure that the election process continues to run effectively. This study underlines the importance of utilizing technology in increasing effectiveness and accountability in preventing the practice of money politics in the election process in Sinjai Regency.
