Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has brought fundamental changes in educational approaches. Digitalization has altered how we access, manage, and deliver information in academic settings. This research aims to examine innovative strategies in managing human resources in the digitalization era of education. The research method employed is a qualitative literature review utilizing data from Google Scholar spanning from 2017 to 2023. The research process begins with the identification of relevant keywords. The study findings indicate that in the continually evolving era of educational digitalization, innovative strategies in managing human resources are crucial for educational institutions to remain relevant and competitive. Educational institutions need to adopt an adaptive and proactive approach in managing human resources. This involves recognizing the paradigm shifts in learning and teaching and ensuring that staff possess the necessary skills and expertise in information and communication technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the personality ethics of teachers in the perspective of Islamic education philosophy. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data sources are quoted from credible pages such as Google Scholar and SINTA. Then the data were analyzed and checked for validity through data triangulation. The results of this study concluded that as an educator, it is very necessary to understand the personality that becomes his character. The personality of the educator will become the competence of an educator in building and educating the personality of students through exemplary and authority that emanates from the character and personality of the educator. Thus, educators are not only responsible for educating cognitive and psychomotor competence, but educators are also responsible for shaping the affective of students through exemplary personality. Educators are a reflection and role model in behaving for students.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase teachers' understanding of creating and producing scientific work through Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was carried out for 68 teachers throughout Indonesia. The implementation of this training is carried out online using the zoom meeting application and WhatsApp group. The details of the training materials are Basic Concepts, Procedures for implementing (CAR), and selection of Models, Strategies, and learning methods. The teachers seemed very enthusiastic even though the training was conducted using an online system. This can be seen from the active teachers asking questions during the question and answer session and telling stories about their experiences so far. It can be seen from the training that teachers have understood the implementation of (CAR) concerning (CAR) reports that have been made by the participants or teachers. It can be concluded that this training positively impacts teachers who can identify the basic concepts and procedures for implementing PTK and choosing learning models, strategies and methods.

Abstract

This activity is a community service activity with the theme of strengthening literacy and numeracy learning. Literacy and numeracy are important skills that must be mastered to improve competitiveness and human resources (HR). Literacy and numeracy learning aims to make students familiar with literacy and numeracy. Literacy and numeracy skills include several concepts and strategies such as problem solving processes, examining information shown in making a decision, conveying ideas innovatively and creatively, as well as giving reasons, analyzing, solving, and formulating a problem. Literacy and numeracy are general and basic competencies, both of which are chosen because of the basic abilities or competencies needed by students, in this case strengthening literacy and numeracy-based learning is a competency that must be developed effectively. The method of implementing this community service is delivered through a webinar which is conducted online using the zoom meeting platform. In the webinar, the speakers explained about the definition, objectives, strategies, criteria and levels of competence in strengthening literacy and numeracy learning. More than 200 participants attended the webinar. As a follow-up to the webinar for teachers, students, and the general public to understand more about the material presented, and it is necessary to conduct offline workshops so that participants can find out more details and clarity about literacy and numeracy both at school and in the environment as well as examples and their direct application assisted by resource persons or a team of experts.
