Abstract

This study aims to analyze academic assessment and teacher development in dealing with slow learner grade II elementary school students. A slow learner is one type of child with special needs, or what is called a disability, has different learning needs in general and tends to experience learning barriers. Therefore, teachers need to require appropriate assessments, therefore the selected assessments are academic assessments and developmental assessments. This research is a qualitative research with case study method design. Data collection techniques in this study are by means of interviews, documentation and observation. The validity of the data used in this study is using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Source triangulation means that researchers obtain data from different sources using the same technique. While technical triangulation, the data obtained in the field will be compared and checked from interviews, documentation and observations conducted at State Elementary School Bojong 1 Pinang, Tangerang City. The data sources used are documents and interviews with teachers at State Elementary School Bojong 1 Pinang, Tangerang City, with research results obtained during observations from class teacher resource persons for students who have special needs before registering first conduct a psychological check to check the IQ of the students who register whether it is in accordance with the provisions of the school, then a statement from the special supervisor teacher for the process of knowing in addition to psychology, it is also based on statements from homeroom teachers who are in the classroom seen from the learning outcomes of students. Because State Elementary School Bojong 1 Pinang has just been established by the government in 2022 in January.

Abstract

The focus of research on this research problem is to find out creativity in using learning media in Indonesian language subjects for class IV SDN Kebon Cau I Tangerang Regency. This study aims to increase the creativity of teachers in the learning process through the use of learning media in Indonesian language subjects. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. In collecting data researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research that focused on teacher creativity at SDN Kebon Cau I Tangerang Regency were quite creative but not yet optimal, the teacher's methods paid little attention to strategies in teaching. In the use of learning media. Whereas teachers use media there are obstacles in making their own media an obstacle with finances and also time. So that the media that is often used by homeroom teachers of class IV B more often utilizes blackboard media, internet media, and teacher thematic books, as well as student thematic books, so that students become bored or bored during the learning process, this has an impact on decreasing student scores

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep ekonomi dan keterampilan berpikir kritis di tingkat sekolah menengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yang melibatkan identifikasi, evaluasi dan sintesis hasil penelitian terkait yang relevan. Proses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dilakukan melalui pencarian sistematis pada database Google Scholar tahun 2020 - 2025, dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Project-Based Learning (PjBL) secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep ekonomi melalui pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan berbasis masalah nyata. Selain itu, metode ini efektif untuk mendorong keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, seperti: analisis, evaluasi dan pemecahan masalah. Faktor-faktor pendukung keberhasilan implementasi Project-Based Learning (PjBL) meliputi: peran guru sebagai fasilitator, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dan kolaborasi antar siswa. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam hal pengelolaan waktu, ketergantungan pada metode tradisional seperti: ceramah, kurangnya keterkaitan materi dengan aplikasi praktis, serta kapasitas pendidik yang terbatas dalam menerapkan model inovatif. Desain pembelajaran yang kurang optimal mengurangi kreativitas siswa, dan pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi institusi memperburuk tantangan belajar. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi para pendidik dan pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran inovatif untuk mendukung pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21.
