Abstract

Pre and postnatal care, intensify breast milk, menstruation, vaginal discharge, body odor, women fertility, cosmetics, cervical cancer, and breast cancer are some of problems faced by women in the society. This study aims to analyze the used of medicinal plants by traditional healers in Masbangun village, North Kayong Regency that potentially could overcome these problems. The research was conducted with interviewing traditional healers who were selected by snowball sampling techniques. Interviews results obtained as much as 24 species of medicinal plants used in traditional medication to overcome women health problems and cosmetics. Zingiberaceae plants family, plants habitus herbs and trees (33.33% and 33.33%), plants roots and rhizomes (20.83% and 20.83%), with boiled processing method (45.83) and drunk administration method (66.67%) were the highest percentage mentioned by the traditional healers in this study to overcome woman health problems.

Abstract

The authority of a Notary is a distinct jurisdiction, grounded in Law Number 2 of 2014 Amendment to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary. The mortgage right, serving as collateral, is registered by the bank through a Notary/PPAT with the local National Land Agency. This process results in the issuance of a Deed of Mortgage Encumbrance (APHT) for the land used as collateral. Subsequent to the termination or deletion of the mortgage right, the note or mortgage right is electronically written off. The research problem is formulated as follows: What is the mechanism for electronic mortgage registration, and what is the legal certainty of electronic mortgage deeds? The electronic mortgage registration can be conducted either directly by the community or with the assistance of a Notary in their respective locations, facilitating the process for the community. The introduction of Electronic Mortgage Rights brings positive benefits to the community, banks/creditors, and PPAT, streamlining the mechanism for binding and registering mortgage rights, making it more efficient, faster, and cost-effective. Moreover, Regulation of the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN Number 5 2020 ensures legal certainty and protection for the public, particularly creditors. When executing a Roya Deed of Mortgage, the debtor must appear before a notary, ensuring legal certainty as authentic evidence of their actions, in accordance with Article 15 paragraph (1) of the Notary Position Law.

Abstract

Keywords: learning, motivation, student character ABSTRAK Pendidikan sekolah dasar merupakan suatu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencerdaskan dan mencetak kehidupan bangsa yang bertaqwa, cinta dan bangga terhadap bangsa dan negara, terampil, kreatif, berbudi pekerti dan santun serta mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan lingkungannya. Aktivitas pembelajaran di SDN Tewang Darayu memerlukan adanya pendampingan belajar guna memotivasi dan membentuk karakter siswa dan mampu mengatasi masalah yang ada, seperti aktivitas belajar-mengajar yang belum terlaksana dengan baik, serta siswa-siswi di SDN Tewang Darayu kurang memiliki budi pekerti dan tata krama terhadap guru-guru di sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR). Tahapan yang dilakukan dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan karakter siswa. Secara umum, kegiatan ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik sehingga memberikan manfaat yang baik siswa-siswi SDN Tewang Darayu untuk menggapai cita-citanya di masa mendatang. Abstract

Marriage is not only a personal or private matter, but has a social dimension that requires government involvement. According to Islamic law, marriage is an act of worship, so the protection of Muslims in carrying out worship through the implementation of marriage is contained in Article 28e paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution. Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage is a manifestation of the Indonesian state as a state of law The Marriage Law is contained in Article 2, namely, marriage is valid, if it is carried out according to the laws of each religion. In establishing legal policies in Indonesia, the government has made Islamic law part of national law through the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) In this case, Muslims in Indonesia use KHI as a legal basis in cases of marriage breakup, including the division of property in marriage. The legal research method used in this research is research normative juridical which is research conducted or aimed only at written regulations with the nature of descriptive analysis research which is a method that functions to describe or provide an overview of the object under study. The data source used is secondary data with analysis quantitative data The position of joint property in marriage according to fiqh is not regulated, because in the Qur'an, hadith or fiqh books there is no discussion of joint property. property. Abstract

Balita adalah masa yang disebut dengan periode emas yang merupakan masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang paling pesat pada otak anak. Pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita perlu dilakukan agar hambatan yang mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang seorang balita dapat diidentifikasi sedini mungkin. Sebagai salah satu pusat pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan balita, tenaga medis Posyandu masih mendokumentasikan segala aktivitas layanan kesehatan menggunakan buku catatan Posyandu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun sistem informasi perkembangan balita berbasis android menggunakan metode Z-Score. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi perkembangan balita berbasis android untuk memudahkan orang tua balita dalam memantau perkembangan balita dengan perhitungan nilai Z-Score yang sistematis serta dapat memudahkan kader posyandu dalam memantau tumbuh kembang balita.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi sistem perkawinan budaya Arab Islam di Kota Medan dan mengidentifikasi permasalahan serta kekurangannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan fokus pada pengamatan mendalam. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan analisis yang lebih mendalam terhadap suatu fenomena. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara dengan informan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teori pendukung dalam penelitian ini adalah teori perubahan sosial Karl Marx. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya perkawinan masyarakat Arab di Medan menunjukkan keterkaitan erat dengan identitas dan tradisi mereka. Penggunaan marga atau fam tidak hanya sebagai penanda keluarga, tetapi juga menunjukkan hubungan kekerabatan yang kuat diantara mereka. yang mengindikasikan sistem patrilineal. Kalangan Syarif dan Syarifah, keturunan langsung Rasulullah SAW, masih banyak ditemui, mempertahankan nasab atau garis keturunan, Hal ini menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa masyarakat Arab di Kota Medan menganut sistem perkawinan endogamy. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teori perubahan sosial Karl Marx telah terlaksana seiring waktu dan perkembangan zaman.
