Abstract

In this pandemic condition, a teacher must develop the application of learning competence methods so that students do not feel awkward in receiving subject matter, while on the other hand specifically in the context of history subjects, both in pandemic conditions or not, history teachers have difficulty in attracting or motivating students to feel interested in historical subjects, even though they have used learning methods that have been conceptualized carefully. Therefore, this pandemic condition should stimulate history teachers to create creative learning so that students have the motivation to learn history. This study aims to find out how the use of animated video media increases students' motivation to learn history at SMA Isen Mulang Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, and the technical analysis of the data used in this study is to systematically compile the data obtained from interviews, field notes, and documentation, by organizing the data into categories, describing them into units, arranging into patterns, determine which ones are important and which ones will be studied, and make conclusions so that they are easier to understand.

Abstract

Technological advances have made most people take advantage of its sophisticated features. One of them is creating a media brand image of MSME products. Research develops social media as a means of branding. The object of this research is MSMEs Jawet Sama Arep in Gohong Village, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan. MSMEs Jawet Sama Arep is a local community group that produces rattan woven. This study uses a research and development approach. Data collection techniques are collected by collecting observations, gathering information, product design, product design validation, design improvements, product testing, and product publication. The study results show that the number of products produced since 2008-2019 has relatively increased and decreased in different years, given the opportunities for the relatively rapid development of digital technology. Business actors at Jawet Sama Arep MSMEs develop promotional designs using social media on Facebook, Instagram, Line, Youtube, Whatsapp, Telegram, Twitter. Research with the development of brand image through social media can help realize the goals of MSMEs as independent businesses. It is concluded that the achievement of brand image in the components of corporate image, user image, and product image by utilizing social media can be achieved well, compared to before using social media. Abstract

ABSTRACT Elementaryschooleducationisaneffortmadetoeducateandproduce a nationlifethatisdevout,lovingandproudofthenationandstate,skilled,creative,ethicalandpoliteandabletosolveitsenvironmentalproblems.LearningactivitiesatSDNTewangDarayurequirelearningassistancetomotivateandshapestudentcharacterandbeabletoovercomeexistingproblems,suchasteaching and learningactivitiesthathavenotbeencarried out properly,andstudentsatSDNTewangDarayulackethicsandmannerstowardsteachersinschools. Keywords: learning, motivation, student character ABSTRAK Pendidikan sekolah dasar merupakan suatu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencerdaskan dan mencetak kehidupan bangsa yang bertaqwa, cinta dan bangga terhadap bangsa dan negara, terampil, kreatif, berbudi pekerti dan santun serta mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan lingkungannya. Aktivitas pembelajaran di SDN Tewang Darayu memerlukan adanya pendampingan belajar guna memotivasi dan membentuk karakter siswa dan mampu mengatasi masalah yang ada, seperti aktivitas belajar-mengajar yang belum terlaksana dengan baik, serta siswa-siswi di SDN Tewang Darayu kurang memiliki budi pekerti dan tata krama terhadap guru-guru di sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR). Tahapan yang dilakukan dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan karakter siswa. Secara umum, kegiatan ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik sehingga memberikan manfaat yang baik siswa-siswi SDN Tewang Darayu untuk menggapai cita-citanya di masa mendatang. Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of entrepreneurship education in building an entrepreneurial spirit at SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education at SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya has been implemented through various programs and activities that support the development of students' entrepreneurial skills and mentality. The program includes entrepreneurship training, student business projects, and cooperation with various external parties such as the industrial world and local businesses. Obstacles faced in implementation include limited resources, lack of support from parents, and lack of awareness among students about the importance of entrepreneurship. Nevertheless, efforts to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education continue to be carried out through increasing teacher capacity, curriculum development, and improving supporting facilities. This study concludes that entrepreneurship education plays an important role in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit among students, but requires more comprehensive support from various parties to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

Conflict management plays a role in handling and resolving conflicts in organizations. Conflict management contains several types and models of resolution according to the type of conflict that occurs. The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the strategy of SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya in responding to and resolving conflict problems between leaders, employees and students, the types of conflicts that occur and the challenges in resolving them. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews. Data analysis techniques include collection, reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that conflicts originating from student behavior require a comprehensive approach involving counseling guidance, parental involvement, and career guidance in order to overcome underlying problems effectively.
