Abstract

This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the physical education learning process, especially in the learning of floor gymnastics for wheeling activities, where many of the students did not dare to do wheeling activities. This research method is a research with a qualitative approach with a case study method to be able to understand the factors that influence the courage of the students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar Raudhah in wheeling activities in physical education learning. The results of the research on factors that affect the courage of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ar Raudhah students in wheeling activities in physical education learning are dependent on the way the teacher delivers the material, the methods used in teaching and learning activities, facilities and infrastructure, direct practice and encouragement from students and encouragement from outside

Abstract

                                                      ABSTRACT            Purpose of the study: To find out how the description of transformational leadership style, educational background, influential work experience and performance of the Malang city environmental department office staff. To find out how the transformational leadership style, educational background and work experience together influence the performance of the Malang city environmental department office.            By using a sample of Malang city environmental department office employees, the results of this study show the variables of transformational leadership style, educational background and work experience together affect the performance of Malang city office environment department employees. Transformational leadership style influences the performance of Malang city environment office staff. The educational background does not affect the performance of the Malang city environmental department office staff. Work experience has no effect on the performance of Malang city environmental service office employees. The leader of the Malang city environmental office, must pay attention to the transformational leadership style, to improve the performance of the Malang city environmental department office employee.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Educational Background and Work Experience on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keistimewaan kitab Shahih Bukhari melalui kajian metodologi yang diterapkan oleh Imam Bukhari dalam mengumpulkan dan menyusun hadis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan metode analisis pustaka, yang berfokus pada sumber-sumber literatur primer dan sekunder tentang metode hadis yang diterapkan Imam Bukhari. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa metode Imam Bukhari sangat ketat dan sistematis, meliputi seleksi sanad yang sahih, pemeriksaan karakter perawi, serta ketepatan matan hadis, sehingga menjadikan Shahih Bukhari sebagai salah satu karya paling otoritatif dalam literatur hadis. Kriteria ketat yang diterapkan Imam Bukhari ini berperan penting dalam memastikan keaslian dan keabsahan hadis, sekaligus memperkuat posisi Shahih Bukhari sebagai referensi utama dalam kajian Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand the validity of the use of water mixed with antiseptic from the perspective of taharah fiqh according to the views of the Hanafi and Syafii schools. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type (non-statistical) using the library research method (literature review) which focuses on the study of manuscripts and texts, using the descriptive method of comparative study analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in views between the Hanafi and Syafii schools on the validity of the use of water mixed with antiseptic for taharah. First, the Hanafi school views water mixed with antiseptic liquid as holy and purifying. While the Syafii school views water mixed with antiseptic liquid as holy but not purifying. Second, the Hanafi school of thought and the Syafii school of thought differ regarding changes in the nature of water to the standard of whether the water is still purifying or not. In the view of the Hanafi school of thought, changing one of the properties of water does not eliminate the standard of purification, whereas in the Syafii school of thought changing one of the properties is enough to make the water lose its standard of purification. Third, both schools of thought agree that if a sacred object and water are mixed and the sacred object becomes dominant then the standard for purifying it will disappear. The arguments used by the two schools of thought all come from the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah and the opinions of the ulama, but the cause of differences of opinion is the interpretation and understanding of these arguments.

Abstract

The steaming process is one of the stages a make parboiled rice process that produces brown rice. Brown rice is one of the foods widely consumed because it is healthy. This study aims to determine the analysis of the The steaming process is one of the stages of the parboiled rice process that produces brown rice. Brown rice is one of the foods widely consumed because it is healthy. This study aims to determine the analysis of the physical, chemical, and sensory properties of parboiled rice quality resulting from steaming treatment in Central Aceh Regency. The research method used is descriptive with steaming treatment at 90°C with steaming time treatment of 20 minutes, 25 minutes, and 30 minutes. Based on the results of physical tests, the physical quality of the rice head is 62.5% in the steaming treatment at 90°C with 30 minutes including medium rice quality 3 based on SNI Rice 6128: 2015. The higher the percentage of head rice yield, a lower on percentage of broken rice and rice grits. Based on the results of chemical tests, brown rice has nutritional content such as fat content, protein content, and high carbohydrate content than brown rice processed without steaming treatment. Based on the sensory test of parboiled rice by panelists, overall, the color, texture, taste, and aroma were assessed, namely steaming at a temperature of 90°C for 30 minutes with a liking category of 6.49. The effect of temperature and time during steaming on parboiled rice can affect quality and sensory.
