Abstract

This research aims to determine which sub-districts that becomes the centers of economic growth in Bengkulu City, and how big is the interaction between the growth of the center sub-district economic and the sub-districts in the surrounding area. This research uses secondary data in 2021 sourced from BPS Bengkulu Province, BPS of Bengkulu city, along with journals and literature related to this research. The data analysis method that is used in this study is Scalogram Analysis by combining the Centrality Index and weighting techniques and Gravity Analysis. Scalogram analysis is used to determine the centers of economic growth in each sub-district based on the availability of public service facilities such as government facilities, economic facilities, and social facilities. Gravity analysis is used to find out how much interaction is between the sub-districts economic growth and the surrounding sub-districts (hinterland) by using the variable of population and the distance between the two regions. Based on the results of the research from the Scalogram Analysis and the centrality index that has been carried out, that the growth center in Bengkulu City is based on 30 service facilities, which is Bengkulu city with the highest total service facilities and centrality index. Based on the results of gravity analysis using population and distance variables of the central district of Central Bengkulu has the strongest interaction with Singaran Pati District as the surrounding area (hinterland).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs Zainul Hasan Lendang Nangka tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VIII dan guru yang mengajar di kelas VIII MTs Zainul Hasan Lendang Nangka tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi dengan instrument kuisioner untuk kompetensi kepribadian guru dan motivasi belajar siswa. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Dari hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang telah disebar didapatkan niliai thitung sebesar -0,676 < 1,708 (ttabel untuk df = 25) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,515 > 0,05 sehingga disimpulakn tidak ada pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs Zainul Hasan Lendang Nangka tahun ajaran 2020/2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is pesantren-based counseling (da’wah bil-irsyad) for strengthening in increasing the resilience of mental health and psychological well-being of new female santri in child-friendly pesantren. The research method used was action research with a service-learning approach. The results showed the decline in mental health and psychological well-being of new santriwati due to the lack of assistance to improve mental health and psychological well-being with a counseling approach that is extracted from the values of pesantren local wisdom.  The decline in mental health and psychological well-being has an impact on self-growth, less able to manage a new environment, less direction in life, less positive relationships with others, disappointment with oneself, and less autonomy. The actions taken are counseling assistance in the form of studying pesantren local wisdom, training, and making pesantren-based mental health and psychological well-being modules. This research is very useful for new female students and managers of child-friendly pesantren programs as well as the development of mental health and Islamic counseling courses. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the professional competence of Islamic jurisprudence teachers alumni of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI) UIN North Sumatra at MTsN Medan City. The method used in this study is descriptive, qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques, through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with triangulation and member crosscheck. The results of this study indicate that UIN SU alumni fiqh teachers at MTsN Medan City have high professional competence, marked by teacher certification, mastery of knowledge, and commitment to the profession. They actively develop skills through continuing education and training to adapt to technological developments and learner needs. The use of innovative educational technology is also their hallmark in creating effective and interactive learning. The main supporting factor for the development of professional competence of fiqh teachers is the support of the madrasah principal in granting training permits. In addition, they actively participate in the Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP) to share experiences, teaching strategies, and the latest curriculum developments.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to instill moderate religious values (wasathiyah) of mutual respect and to create religious harmony and character building (ahlaqul karimah) for students at the Ar- Rahmani Foundation, Ciputat District, South Tangerang. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used is a case study that aims to capture events, facts, data, and incidents regarding curriculum management at the school. The data sources and respondents of the study are the religious division of the Ar-Rahmani Foundation as key informants (main sources) and all teachers of the Ar-Rahmani Foundation, Ciputat, South Tangerang City. The data collection techniques and procedures are carried out by means of in-depth interviews, observations or observations of researchers in field activities, and document analysis related to the object of this research. The research results can be concluded that there are three steps in realizing religious moderation at the Ar-Rahmani Foundation: 1) the curriculum refers to the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs and Rabitah Maahid Islamiyah (RMI), 2) students are taught tolerance in different understandings, 3) humanistic values or ukhuwah are highly respected (ahlakul karimah). The need to strengthen religious moderation is to form a moderate, non-exclusive religious understanding and respect for diversity in order to create a harmonious life.
