Abstract

Bathing a baby is a way to clean the body, maintain the cleanliness of the umbilicus, and the neonate is given a sense of comfort. The impact of improper bathing can result in misery such as accidents (falling and drowning), water entering the ears and nose, and the baby experiencing cold stress, because the mother cannot bathe her baby and can cause hypothermia. To determine the description of the knowledge of postpartum mothers about bathing newborns aged 0-7 days. This study is a descriptive study. The research sample consisted of 30 primiparous and multiparous postpartum mothers. This study used primary data obtained based on the results of a questionnaire with the Accidental Sampling Technique. From the results of the study, it was found that postpartum mothers had a low level of knowledge in bathing newborns aged 0-7 days as many as 18 people (60%), and a minority had sufficient knowledge of 12 people (40%). The level of knowledge of postpartum mothers about bathing newborns at the Bertha Mabar Hilir Pratama Clinic, Medan Deli District is Low. Suggestion: Postpartum mothers should also continue to seek information from social media or health workers about the proper and correct way to bathe a newborn baby.

Abstract

In early pregnancy, nausea occurs because the hormones estrogen and progesterone increase so that there is also an increase in HCG in the blood. Research Objective: To find out how the knowledge, attitude, gravity and education of pregnant women by drinking Ginger. Research Method: This research is descriptive. The sampling technique is accidental sampling with a total of 30 respondents. Research Results: The results show that 10 pregnant women (33.3%) have good knowledge, 15 pregnant women (50%) are in the good category of knowledge, and 5 pregnant women (16.7%) were in the poor category. In the attitude, the attitude of pregnant women who are positive is 20 people (66.7%) and negative attitudes are 10 people (33.3%). In the Gravida, pregnant women in the primiGravida category are 19 people (63.3%) and the multiGravida category are 11 people (36.7%). In the education of pregnant women, 21 people (70%) are in the high school category and 9 people (30%) in the higher education category. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it shows that pregnant women have sufficient knowledge in overcoming Emesis Gravidarum by consuming Ginger, the majority of pregnant women's attitudes are positive, the majority of pregnant women's Gravida is primiGravida and the majority of pregnant women's education is high school. It is expected that health workers will continue to increase education about Ginger so that Emesis Gravidarum can be reduced.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Abortus imminens suatu komplikasi yang terjadi pada awal kehamilan yang ditandai dengan adanya perdarahan dari uterus yang disertai dengan nyeri perut bagian bawah hingga ke pinggang sebelum usia kehamilan 20 minggu dimana  hasil konsepsi masih utuh didalam uterus. Setiap ibu hamil memerlukan pengawasan pada masa kehamilan agar dapat meminimalkan resiko pada ibu atau janin. Deteksi dini terjadinya abortus imminens  pada masa kehamilan yaitu dengan mengenali tanda dan gejala terjadinya abortus imminens seperti keluarnya flek dari kemaluan yang disertai dengan mulas ringan dibagian perut. Deteksi dini resiko kehamilan merupakan upaya untuk menemukan sedini mungkin adanya kelainan, komplikasi dan penyulit yang terjadi selama masa kehamilan sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya kesakitan dan kematian ibu dan janin Metode : Desain pengambilan sampel yaitu Total Sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh jumlah populasi yang akan diteliti. Akan dilakukan pada tanggal 26 maret- 28 april 2021 sebanyak 20 orang.Hasil : Hasil penelitian yang menunjukan baik terdapat 4 (20%), cukup terdapat 5 orang (45%) dan kurang 11orang (55%). Kesimpulan : Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masih ada ibu hamil yang belum mengetahui tanda dan gejala abortus imminens di Praktek Bidan Mandiri disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman ibu hamil tentang kebutuhan nutrisi, aktivitas serta keteraturan ibu dalam melakukan kunjungan Antenatal Care (ANC). Kata kunci : Abortus Imminens, Deteksi Dini, Ibu Hamil
