Abstract

The Open Educational Resource (OER) is a source of digital learning materials that can be accessed, used, and distributed by everyone and is copyright licensed. This study aims to conduct a systematic library review in investigating the impact of Open Educational Resource (OER) implementation on student learning outcomes, the impact of OER on costs for students and learning challenges using OER. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This paper presents a publication review paper (2015-2020) or the last 5 years on OER. The article search process uses search techniques using the keywords OER (Open Educational Resource), Open Educational, and MOOCs (Massive Open Online Course) on those from reputable article databases. The selected article is then sorted by the inclusion criteria process and the findings are synthesized to answer the problem formulation. The findings suggest that the effectiveness of OER learning and conventional textbooks has no significant differences, both of which have the same learning outcomes. In terms of costs, OER has an impact on saving students’ money. The challenge of learning in the future is the need for intensive support for teachers so that there is no longer a gap in teacher understanding related to OER. The role of librarians is required to collaborate in developing, modifying, and distributing OER, as well as in advocating to support the appropriate use of OER between teachers, students, and institutions. Research has implications as a strong foundation in designing and implementation strategies related to OER in education.

Abstract

Mapsin adalah Mari Belajar Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan merupakan media pembelajaran mata pelajaran di bidang pengolahan hasil perikanan. Media pembelajaran sangat berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran supaya proses pembelajaran dapat berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar, agar siswa tidak merasa bosan, pembelajaran lebih menarik. Salah Satu media pembelajaran berbasis Android merupakan inovasi di bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pemahaman konsep peserta didik di bidang pengolahan hasil perikanan baik itu pengetahuan maupun keterampilan. Media Pembelajaran ini didesain supaya dapat dipahami oleh peserta didik dengan adanya media pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode DBR (Design-Based Research) yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan teori dan praktik baru yang menghasilkan proses pembelajaran yang alami. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi media pembelajaran MAP-SIN berbasis Android-Based yang telah dilakukan pengujian kepada 15 mahasiswa melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan memperhatikan aspek pengujian usability dan functionality aplikasi untuk menghasilkan produk yang mudah digunakan serta fungsi yang berjalan sesuai konsep.

Abstract

The dynamic Industry 4.0 requires a workforce that meets industry standards. The quality of education, particularly in vocational high schools, significantly influences the quality of human resources. Vocational high schools are dedicated to preparing students to directly apply their learning in the working world. The aim of this research is to analyze production oriented learning using the teaching factory approach in motivating the production of 'siomay' at SMK 1 Warunggunung. This study employs a quantitative descriptive method and is validated through expert validation using the validity test based on Aiken's V index. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation as supporting evidence. The research findings indicate that, based on the 7 indicators of the teaching factory from the Directorate of Vocational High School Development, the teaching factory approach at SMK 1 Warunggunung falls short of these 7 indicators. The analysis of the teaching factory approach toward student motivation yields an average score of 133.04 and an interval of 109, falling into the high category. This is depicted through descriptive statistical results, revealing that only a portion of students have low learning motivation and there is a need for focused guidance.  Keywords: Business World Industrial World, Industry 4.0, Learning Motivation, Teaching Factory,

Abstract

Ekowista mangrove Rainbow bridge is located in Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. Ecotourism has the potential that needs development with a development strategy, a development strategy is needed with many problems that are seen directly. With this, researchers in research on the Development of Mangrove Forest Edu-Ecotourism, Rainbow Bridge, Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District, Banten. Researchers have 2 objectives, namely Analyzing the suitability of mangrove ecotourism land, Rainbow Bridge, Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District, Recommending mangrove ecotourism development strategies as education-based and sustainable ecotourism. The method used in this study is Qualitative with Descriptive Qualitative research design and the instruments used are Observation, Interview, and Document Study. Data collection using primary data taken directly at the research location and secondary data obtained from journals, books and local governments. Further rare SWOT analysis is carried out with data that has been found through observation, interviews and document studies. The development that is the result of this research is in the form of adding and improving ecotourism supporting facilities and infrastructure, cooperation between managers, the government and the surrounding community in the development of love bridges, adding mangrove trees with more types, increasing the Tourism Compatibility Index and maintaining existing facilities.

Abstract

Menganalisis pengaruh antara penghargaan yang dibeikan oleh perusahaan dan dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan adalah tujuan utama dari dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang hanya terfokus pada pegawai minimarket di wilayah Jonggol, Kabupaten Bogor. Juga, metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuatitatif dengan regresi linier sederhana. Data diambil dengan menggunakan metode survei yang dilakukan ke tiga puluh orang karyawan minimarket di wilayah Jonggol, Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penghargaan berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan minimarket.

Abstract

Testing an application serves to check whether an application / program is running with what is desired or whether there are still errors / errors that need to be corrected so that the program created into a quality program. Software testing method consists of two types, namely Blackbox testing and Whitebox Testing where many are used in the time of the testers to check the program is appropriate or not with what they want. Testing this time the software that will be tested using the Blackbox testing method, this time testing only has the purpose to check the program being tested whether it is in accordance with the benefits that the manufacturer wants to the program without the tester having to know what program code is used in the application. Testing the Blackbox method is really a variety of one is Equivalence Partitions. which is utilized by us in the testing process this time. This technique is a trial in which the tester inputs data on all pages in the cashier application process, each page in the form of input will be tested and classified based on its function whether it is valid or not. What is desired in this test is the creation of the quality of the software produced in accordance with the benefits expected by the creator, and can also provide benefits to buyers who will use it.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi informasi yang pesat memberikan dampak signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam hal pelayanan kependudukan di tingkat kelurahan. Penyelenggaraan pelayanan kependudukan yang efektif menjadi krusial untuk memastikan integritas data penduduk, mempermudah akses informasi, serta memberikan kemudahan dalam mendapatkan dokumen administrasi oleh karena itu penulis membuat aplikasi E-Service kependudukan berbasis Android di Kelurahan Cigadung. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan administrasi penduduk dengan menggantikan sistem konvensional. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mempermudah akses dan pengelolaan data kependudukan secara online, serta efisien dan mudah digunakan oleh masyarakat dilakukan melalui analisis kebutuhan yang mendalam, perancangan antarmuka yang user-friendly, pengembangan dengan Android Studio, implementasi fitur penting, uji coba menyeluruh, dan evaluasi untuk memastikan kinerja optimal. Aplikasi ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh Kelurahan Cigadung karena meningkatkan Efisiensi Proses Administrasi yang dilakukan sebelumnya secara manual.
