Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out determine the effect of halal labeling on purchasing decisions at Ms Glow Jonggol and to determine the effect of Ms Glow product quality on purchasing decisions at Ms Glow Jonggol, then to determine the effect of halal labeling and Ms Glow product quality on purchasing decisions at Ms Glow Jonggol. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were Ms Glow Jonggol consumers. The sample in this study amounted to 71 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires and data processing techniques used are multiple linear regression processed using SPSS version 22. The results showed that Halal label has a partial effect on purchasing decisions at Ms Glow Jonggol, this can be seen from the value of t count> t table (3.205> 1.667) and sig < 5% (0.002 < 0.05. Product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions at Ms Glow Jonggol, this can be seen from the value of t count> t table (5.783> 1.667) and sig < 5% (0.000 < 0.05). Halal labeling and product quality simultaneously affect purchasing decisions at Ms Glow Jonggol, this can be seen from the value of F count 51.050> F table 3.13 and sig < 5% (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze sharia risk management strategies implemented by multinational companies in facing global challenges. In the context of international business, companies face various sharia risks that are more complex than local companies, including political, economic, legal and cultural sharia risks. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods on several leading multinational companies operating in various industrial sectors. The research results show that multinational companies tend to adopt a proactive approach in identifying, evaluating and managing sharia risks. Cultural factors and local regulations greatly influence the sharia risk management strategies implemented. Companies that successfully integrate a deep understanding of the local environment with global Sharia risk management practices show better performance in dealing with crisis situations. The conclusions of this research suggest that multinational companies need to continuously update and adapt their Sharia risk management strategies to remain resilient in a dynamic business environment

Abstract

This study assesses the adequacy of Model Risk Management (MRM) frameworks within Indonesian Islamic banking by utilizing Maqashid Shariah principles as a tool to align these frameworks more closely with global standards, specifically focusing on safeguarding life (Hifzh Al-Nafs) and property (Hifzh Al-Mal). Through a comparative literature review, this research examines the structure and effectiveness of MRM practices in Indonesia, referencing regulations such as POJK 65/2016 and SEOJK 25-SEOJK.03-2023, against those in developed financial markets such as the USA, UK, Europe, Japan, and UAE, with an emphasis on governance, lifecycle management, and internal audit processes. The findings suggest that Indonesia’s current MRM frameworks are somewhat rudimentary when contrasted with international norms. Key areas identified for enhancement include expanding the scope, enhancing governance structures, refining model lifecycle management, and strengthening internal audits and oversight mechanisms. By employing Maqashid Shariah principles as an analytical tool, this paper proposes enhancements to MRM frameworks that can significantly improve the stability and compliance of Islamic banks in Indonesia, promoting greater global competitiveness and adherence to Shariah principles. This approach not only integrates traditional MRM approaches with Islamic ethical standards but also provides a tailored framework for regulatory enhancements that support a stable, compliant, and ethical Islamic banking environment.

Abstract

UMKM is an abbreviation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This term refers to types of businesses that have a small or medium scale in terms of number of employees, turnover, and assets. In the digital era, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) face several obstacles that need to be overcome in order to survive and thrive in an increasingly competitive business environment. Some MSMEs may not have adequate access or knowledge about digital technology and the internet. This can make it difficult for them to adopt effective digital solutions to manage their business. The specific skills needed to take advantage of digital technologies, such as online marketing, e-commerce, web analytics, and social media management, are often lacking in MSME owners or their employees. One solution that can be put forward in overcoming this problem is to utilize digital e-commerce technology. This training is a series of activities designed to address these constraints, MSMEs need to adapt to digital changes by increasing digital literacy and leveraging existing resources to increase their reach and visibility in the online market. The method used in carrying out this activity is by holding socialization for Tegal Salam Feed UMKM in Cariu District, Bogor. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide understanding to Tegal Salam Feed MSME business actors about the importance of digital literacy in developing a business. The results of this community service activity are that Tegal Salam Feed MSME business actors can gain digital literacy and understanding by utilizing e-commerce media to develop their business.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) Arba Farm di Bogor guna memperkuat kapasitas bisnis mereka. Literasi keuangan syariah dianggap penting untuk membantu UMKM memahami prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang etis dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pendekatan partisipatif dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif. Pelatihan mencakup materi pengelolaan keuangan berbasis syariah, manajemen risiko, serta strategi peningkatan efisiensi dan daya saing bisnis. Pendampingan dilakukan secara langsung melalui konsultasi individual dan kelompok untuk memastikan pemahaman yang optimal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap konsep dan aplikasi keuangan syariah. Selain itu, peserta mampu menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam praktik pengelolaan keuangan mereka, seperti pencatatan transaksi, pengelolaan modal, dan penentuan harga produk yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai keislaman. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong pertumbuhan kapasitas bisnis UMKM, terbukti dari adanya peningkatan penjualan dan efisiensi operasional. Kesimpulannya, penguatan literasi keuangan syariah terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan kapasitas bisnis UMKM Arba Farm Bogor.

Abstract

Menganalisis pengaruh antara penghargaan yang dibeikan oleh perusahaan dan dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan adalah tujuan utama dari dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang hanya terfokus pada pegawai minimarket di wilayah Jonggol, Kabupaten Bogor. Juga, metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuatitatif dengan regresi linier sederhana. Data diambil dengan menggunakan metode survei yang dilakukan ke tiga puluh orang karyawan minimarket di wilayah Jonggol, Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penghargaan berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan minimarket.

Abstract

Business ethics is responsible for determining the moral standards and behavior expected of players in the business world. In the context of MSMEs, business ethics plays an important role in creating a fair and honest business environment that can increase consumer confidence in the products and services offered. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of sharia business ethics to the performance of MSME actors in the Trade Sector in Bogor Regency. The methods used are qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of this study are that Business Ethics has a very strong influence on MSME performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh integritas konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah di Perumahan Gardenia Bogor. Integritas konsumen menjadi faktor penting dalam menentukan perilaku etis dalam proses pembelian, khususnya dalam transaksi jangka panjang seperti kepemilikan rumah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 78 responden dari total populasi 335 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integritas konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,328 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,1. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,235 menunjukkan bahwa integritas konsumen menjelaskan 23,5% variabel keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan konsistensi dalam diri konsumen agar pengambilan keputusan pembelian dilakukan secara sadar, etis, dan sesuai prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baru dengan memfokuskan pada nilai internal konsumen, bukan hanya praktik etika perusahaan.

Abstract

Unilever is facing reputation challenges due to its association with conflict countries and its involvement in environmental pollution. This has led to a decrease in consumer interest. In order to address these issues and develop effective marketing strategies, a study was conducted using a quantitative approach, focusing on green marketing and Islamic advertising. The research included 68 respondents who completed questionnaires using Likert scales. The results, analyzed using the SPSS program, showed that both green marketing and Islamic advertising have a significant and positive impact on purchasing decisions, both individually and together. The study found that 60.6% of purchasing decisions can be attributed to green marketing and Islamic advertising, while the remaining 39.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. Furthermore, Islamic advertising was identified as the most influential variable on purchasing decisions for Unilever's fast-moving consumer goods products in the Bogor Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam menunjang keberhasilan operasaional perusahaan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh disiplin kerja dan etika kerja islam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT Xyz baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 62 orang responden yang ditentukkan menggunakan rumus slovin dari 160 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui data primer berupa kuisioner dan data sekunder berupa dokumen dari instansi terkait dan jurnal ilmiah. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh dua variabel dependen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan etika kerja islam memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan etika kerja islam merupakan dua aspek penting yang secara langsung mendukung kinerja karyawan. Kedua faktor ini menjadi perhatian utama dalam setiap organisasi, karena tingginya tingkat disiplin kerja dan penerapan etika kerja yang baik akan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan keseluruhan produktivitas perusahaan.
