Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang tata cara dan etika pembuatan berita serta publikasi di media social, serta memberikan pengetahuan tentang faktor-faktor penghambat pemuatan berita dan publikasi di media sosial. Sebagaimana diketahiu bahwa berita merupakan sebuah sajian informasi tentang suatu kejadian yang sedang berlangsung saat ini maupun telah berlangsung di masa lampau. Berita dapat dikatakan menarik atau memiliki nilai berita apabila ditulis berdasarkan fakta dan peristiwa yang telah terjadi. Dalam penulisan sebuah berita harus mengandung unsur 5W + 1 H, seperti What = apa yang terjadi, Where = dimana peristiwa itu terjadi, When = kapan peristiwa itu terjadi, Who = siapa yang terlibat, Why = kenapa peristiwa itu bisa terjadi, How = bagaimana peristiwa itu terjadi. Unsur kalimat tersebut tidak hanya digunakan pada berita yang ada di media cetak saja tapi juga di media elektronik. Demikian halnya dengan jurnalisme warga yang pada saat ini marak tersajikan di media sosial perlu memperhatikan kode etik jurnalistik, jika tidak ingin terjerat hukum. Namun di sisi lain kepercayaan publik terhadap jurnalisme warga meningkat dan kondisi ini cukup mengkhawatirkan. Mengingat tidak semua yang di posting itu adalah benar, bahkan seringkali hoaks bertebaran di media sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) I Kota Bekasi dengan mengambil tema Memberikan Pelatihan Pembuatan dan Publikasi Berita. Hasil dari kegiatan abdimas ini adalah para peserta memahami dasar-dasar jurnalistik dan kode etik, selanjutnya sebagian besar peserta peserta mampu membuat berita dan para peserta memahami cara publikasi yang benar untuk berita yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Perubahan sistem pemasaran dari tradisional menjadi digital marketing untuk menghadapi era 5.0 memaksakan pihak UMKM untuk melakukan perubahan dalam sistem pemasaran produknya melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan hal tersebut masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami digital marketing. Untuk itu, kegiatan abdimas ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya digital marketing bagi pemasaran usahanya dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Metode kegiatan abdimas yakni ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan secara langsung kepada pelaku UMKM. Peserta abdimas yakni para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Teluk Pucung, Bekasi Utara sebanyak 20 orang dengan kriteria belum mengetahui sistem digital marketing untuk pemasaran. Hasil dari abdimas yakni peserta mendapatkan tambahan ilmu dan pengetahuan mengenai digital marketing mulai dari pengertian, jenis, dan pemanfaatannya bagi pemasaran produk UMKM dan peserta dapat membuat konten dan caption sebagai pendukung postingan gambar/foto/video produk dalam akun Instagram yang memiliki sifat persuasif.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research. This study aims to determine: (1) Professional Training effect on the Career Selection as an Auditor. (2) Labour Market Considerations effect on the Career Selection as an Auditor. (3) Choice Financial Awards on Career Selections effect on Auditor. (4) The Influence of Personality on Career Selection as an Auditor. The sampling technique is purposive sampling which is one of the techniques in the non-probability sampling group. The data collection method used in this study used the questionnaire method. Prerequisite tests on the data can use the data quality test and the classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t statistic test (Partial), F test (Simultaneous), and coefficient of determination test (R2). After processing the data, the results showed that: (1) Professional Training had an effect on Career Selection as an Auditor, (2) Labour Market Considerations had an effect on Career Selection as an Auditor, (3) Financial Awards had no effect on Career as an Auditor. (4) Personality has an effect on Career Selection as an Auditor

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Work-Life Balance and Work Stress on the Performance of Generation Z Employees (Study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University Class of 2020). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of survey method. The number of samples used in this study uses the calculation of the slovin formula as many as 100 respondents. The data processing tool used in this study is using SPSS software version 27. The results in this study show that the work-life balance variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance, the work stress variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The results in this study show that the variables of work life balance and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The Influence of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Garden Textile Store Employees in Jakarta. This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Garden Textile Store in Jakarta. The object of this research is the Garden Textile Store, Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. The sampling technique in this research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all 40 employees of the Garden Textile Store in Jakarta. Based on the research results, it shows that the financial compensation variable has a partially significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Garden Textile Store, Jakarta, the job satisfaction variable has a partially significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Garden Textile Store, Jakarta. The research results also show that the variables of financial compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Garden Textile Store in Jakarta

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee discipline at the Babelan District office. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method through a questionnaire made through a questionnaire/questionnaire with the criteria of all employees of the Babelan District office totaling 52 employees. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Leadership style affects employee work discipline at the Babelan sub-district office, motivation affects employee work discipline at the Babelan sub-district office and Leadership style and motivation simultaneously or jointly affect employee work discipline at the Babelan sub-district office

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Corintek Inti Sejahtera Bekasi City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique through a questionnaire created via Google Form with the criteria of all 84 employees PT. Corintek Inti Sejahtera Bekasi City. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this study show that (1) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the PT. Corintek Inti Sejahtera Bekasi City, (2) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the PT. Corintek Inti Sejahtera Bekasi City and (3) Work Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance at the PT. Corintek Inti Sejahtera Bekasi City.

Abstract

The SEO strategy for news content is characterized by employing mass media around an issue and then creating it frequently by writing as much as possible. Current event keywords are constantly incorporated into news content. Finally, the news will appear near the top of search engine results. Writing adapts to culture, particularly by observing text dynamics. Remember to evaluate editorial efforts in order to maintain journalistic quality. Data gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. According to the findings of this study, all four media surveyed believe that SEO is a method of increasing traffic so that advertisements can develop. Doing SEO and then showing politically on the top page of Google search also puts other leading media's excellent reputation at danger. Publishers also develop regional content and implement target page view policies to ensure that the editorial staff adheres to the SEO algorithm. Surprisingly, there are limits on how SEO publishers may provide great information.

On this occasion the researcher get information about how problems in employee performance in form of initial interviews with several employees who work at PT Mitra Industrial Chrome Technology. Industrial Chrome Technology. Based on the results of initial interviews with several employees who work at PT Mitra Industrial Chrome Teknologi Tanggerang that there are production employees who make mistakes in making parts.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Persero East Bekasi Branch Office. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this research was 50 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using SPSS Versi 25. The results of this research show that (1) There is no correlation between Work Discipline and Employee Performance; (2) There is a correlation between work motivation and employee performance; (3) There is a correlation between Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance.
