Abstract

The limited knowledge of marketing faced by the "Anugerah Makmur" farmer group in Cibuerium Hamlet, Pongang Village, Kec. Serangpanjang, Kab, Subang in cultivation "Oyster Mushrooms cause excess production of Oyster Mushrooms can not be marketed to the fullest. Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang tata cara dan etika pembuatan berita serta publikasi di media social, serta memberikan pengetahuan tentang faktor-faktor penghambat pemuatan berita dan publikasi di media sosial. Sebagaimana diketahiu bahwa berita merupakan sebuah sajian informasi tentang suatu kejadian yang sedang berlangsung saat ini maupun telah berlangsung di masa lampau. Berita dapat dikatakan menarik atau memiliki nilai berita apabila ditulis berdasarkan fakta dan peristiwa yang telah terjadi. Dalam penulisan sebuah berita harus mengandung unsur 5W + 1 H, seperti What = apa yang terjadi, Where = dimana peristiwa itu terjadi, When = kapan peristiwa itu terjadi, Who = siapa yang terlibat, Why = kenapa peristiwa itu bisa terjadi, How = bagaimana peristiwa itu terjadi. Unsur kalimat tersebut tidak hanya digunakan pada berita yang ada di media cetak saja tapi juga di media elektronik. Demikian halnya dengan jurnalisme warga yang pada saat ini marak tersajikan di media sosial perlu memperhatikan kode etik jurnalistik, jika tidak ingin terjerat hukum. Namun di sisi lain kepercayaan publik terhadap jurnalisme warga meningkat dan kondisi ini cukup mengkhawatirkan. Mengingat tidak semua yang di posting itu adalah benar, bahkan seringkali hoaks bertebaran di media sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) I Kota Bekasi dengan mengambil tema Memberikan Pelatihan Pembuatan dan Publikasi Berita. Hasil dari kegiatan abdimas ini adalah para peserta memahami dasar-dasar jurnalistik dan kode etik, selanjutnya sebagian besar peserta peserta mampu membuat berita dan para peserta memahami cara publikasi yang benar untuk berita yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Surya Paloh's political maneuver in Gatra Magazine and Tempo discussed the Surya Paloh maneuver problem that was framed by Gatra and Tempo Magazine. Media and journalists need to be independent and objective in reporting news. However, receiving the latest news about getting the same news but containing several versions of the news. Certain media reported an event with one particular aspect or side of the news. Meanwhile, the media are preaching a different side of the news. The diversity of this version of the news shows that behind the greatness of the journalists in promoting independent and objective aspects, there are still other sides besides interests, ideology, politics, economics, society, culture, religion, and others. In other words, there is still a background of good or weak journalists in reporting something that cannot be separated from the news. Based on this background, it is interesting to discuss the Construction Reality of Surya Paloh's Political Maneuver in Gatra and Tempo Magazine. By using qualitative and descriptive methods, and using Robert N Entman's framing analysis method to analyze data, the results of this study will be valid and interesting.

Abstract

Ketika Joko Widodo mengumumkan K.H Ma’ruf Amin menjadi pendampingnya sebagai calon wakil presiden pada pilpres 2019, muncul pertanyaan apakah pemimpin berusia lanjut, tradisional, dan lowprofile mampu menjawab dinamika politik yang sedang terjadi di Indonesia. Ternyata personal branding Ma’ruf Amin menjadi alasan bagi Joko Widodo untuk memilihnya. Diskusi brand ditawarkan oleh Lilleker dan Jackson serta Busby dan Cronshaw. Lilleker dan Jackson menyoroti tantangan yang ditimbulkan personal branding bagi partai-partai tradisional, sedangkan Busby dan Cronshaw mengeksplorasi kemungkinan yang terbuka untuk bentuk-bentuk baru mobilisasi politik dan branding partisipasi. Salah satu unsur penting dalam komunikasi politik adalah aktor politik. Di antara langkah aktor politik adalah personal branding. Dengan demikian, menjadi penting menguak komunikasi politik identitas Ma’ruf Amin pada kontestasi demokrasi Pilpres 2019. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian fundamental literature riview, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mampu tidaknya komunikasi politik identitas Ma’ruf Amin menarik simpati di hadapan branding partisipasi politik 212 pada pemilihan presiden dan wakil presiden 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, personal branding Ma’ruf Amin sebagai tokoh Islam ternyata belum mampu menarik simpati di hadapan branding partisipasi politik 212 yang berbasis Islam.

Abstract

Purpose: The ability in planning communication, organizing messages, implementing and supervising members of the Village Community Empowerment Agency (BPD) is needed so that they are able to build synergies with the community and village heads for village development in Subang Regency. Method: To improve this ability, communication management training activities were carried out. The method was carried out through lectures and discussions. Results: The results obtained were an increase in positive understanding related to communication management carried out in community empowerment and the satisfaction with the material presented. This is indicated by 92.3%, that the material presented provides benefits and new understanding in community empowerment. Conclusions: Through this training activity, members of the Village Community Empowerment Agency (BPD) are able to improve their abilities in planning communication and organizing messages in carrying out their duties as BPD members in the implementation and supervision of village development.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan yang dilakukan dalam bentuk UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah), apabila dikelola dengan baik dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen yang modern dapat memberi nilai tambah ekonomi dan membuka lapangan kerja baru. Oleh karena itu, perlu pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan wirausaha masyarakat. Melalui metode pelatihan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi dan simulasi pada masyarakat dan unit UMKM Desa Ponggang, didapatkan hasil adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam kewirausahaan dan manajemen komunikasi pemasaran melalui platform digital e-commerce. Saran dalam kegiatan ini adalah perlunya pendampingan sebagai upaya monitoring terhadap keberhasilan program pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract

Cultural tourism has an important influence on the development of the tourism industry. The travel experience stories of bloggers written through blogs contributed to the initial introduction and impact of other travel planning tours. It can also be used as a reference by tourism agents. However, the travel experience stories of these bloggers have not been structured as themes and memorable experiences. Whereas the core product of the tourism business is a memorable experience. In the perspective of narrative paradigm theory (NPT), a story or narrative is successful as a human communication capable of forming meaning, if it has coherence and truth. . Therefore, this study aims to reveal the narrative structure told by bloggers. So that the meaning and theme of the cultural tourism experience can be understood as a memorable experience. This study uses a qualitative approach with narrative paradigm theory (NPT). The research data as the unit of analysis was collected from the narrative stories of bloggers published on weblogs. Meanwhile, the principle of the grounded theory approach is aimed at uncovering the narrative themes of bloggers. The results of the study explain the narrative of bloggers in cultural tourism that is told through blog pages as narrative rationales because there is coherence and truth so that they form meaning as a positive, enjoyable, and satisfying experience. The category of cultural tourism that bloggers often visit is the category of cultural heritage, such as museums, temple sites, and old buildings, as well as local or traditional villages. The results of this study also found that a series of blogger narratives formed the theme of memorable experiences through cultural tourism, such as spirituality, intellectual national identity, and local uniqueness. Overall this research reveals, the rational structure of the narrative in the blogger's narrative explains the meaning of an impressive experience in cultural tourism as a positive, pleasant, and memorable view that tourists remember after visiting a destination that is categorized as cultural tourism, retold in the form of a story.

Abstract

The spread of hoaxes is associated with individuals or groups who secretly plan to achieve certain goals. The spread of hoaxes in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic becomes interesting when hoaxes become a medium for carrying out political movements. The purpose of this study is to uncover hoaxes as an Islamic identity political movement as a means of raising opinions and support. Framing analysis is an approach to analyze hoaxes as a political movement. The results of the study found that China was described as a source of problems from the cause of Covid-19, carrying out Islamic law as an antidote in overcoming Covid-19. This research has implications for mapping the identity politics movement through hoaxes.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide knowledge and understanding through Marketing Communication Management training for Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Telagasari Village, Serangpanjang, Subang. The Covid-19 pandemic condition requires creativity and innovation in marketing MSME products. Methods Lectures, discussions, exercises and presentation of the results of the training for MSME managers in the village. The results of the service stated that the communication strategy required training and knowledge about the media and market opportunities for MSME products. Management planning and knowledge of competitors in improving product quality is supported by direct cash assistance (BLT) for MSME. Marketing communication strategy for MSME products in Tegalasari Village is needed, to consider several things related to marketing communication requiring training and business credit, to increase production and empower natural resources owned by continuous training and coaching. Increasing the number of MSMEs and production quality through HR training and product quality training.
