<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of leader-member exchange on the innovative work behavior of Class IIA Purwokerto prison employees. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all Purwokerto prison employees, where a purposive sampling technique using the Krejcie and Morgan method was used to obtain a sample of 92 employees. The results of this research show that leader-member exchange significantly influences the innovative work behavior of Class IIA Purwokerto prison employees. The results of the determination test show that leader-member exchange as an independent variable has a 13% effect on innovative work behavior as a dependent variable for Class IIA Purwokerto prison employees. Researchers expect that future research can add other variables as mediators which might increase the indirect influence of leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior. <![CDATA[Public relations management plays a strategic role in building positive relationships between institutions and stakeholders, such as the community, media, and government. This research was conducted to understand how public relations management is implemented at Slawi Correctional Facility and how concrete steps in communication can affect the image of the institution. This article uses a descriptive qualitative approach in the research and discussion. The results show that the public relations team of Slawi Correctional Facility has made real efforts in designing and implementing public relations management strategies. The results show that Slawi Correctional Facility is committed to planning an effective communication strategy. They actively use various media channels, including mass media and social media, to communicate positive programs and information to the community. Obstacles such as the lack of adequate public relations infrastructure, lack of teamwork, and overlapping tasks are challenges faced. However, Slawi prison has shown initiative in overcoming these obstacles. Collaboration within the public relations team and good internal communication among team members are also important factors in the success of communication efforts. In addition, a data-driven approach is also used to measure community satisfaction with the programs and services provided by Lapas Slawi. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of public service motivation on employee job satisfaction at Kerobokan Class IIA Correctional Institution. This study uses quantitative research methods with purposive sampling techniques for as many as 43 employees. The data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, and 33 statements were used as indicators in the study. The data analysis technique carried out is through the normality test, simple linear regression test, significance test, and determination test which is processed using IBM SPSS software version 27. The results showed an influence of public service motivation on job satisfaction. The results of the determination test obtained by the public service motivation variable provide an influence of 58.3% on the job satisfaction variable, while other variables influence the remaining 41.7%. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between public service motivation and job satisfaction at Kerobokan Class IIA Correctional Institution. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction at Class IIB Correctional Institution Cilacap. This research uses quantitative and non-probability techniques by applying a saturated sampling of 61 people. The data collection technique was carried out using the distribution of questionnaires to respondents through Google Forms. There are 24 statement items that are used as indicators in the study. The data analysis technique used is through the normality test, simple linear regression test, significance test, and determination test processed using IBM SPSS software version 27. The results showed that there is an influence of workload on job satisfaction. The results of the determination test were obtained with an R Square value of 0.114 which indicates that the workload variable has an influence of 11.4% on the work satisfaction variable, while other variables influence the remaining 88.6%. <![CDATA[Petugas Pemasyarakatan perlu memperhatikan kesadaran akan Work-life Balance seiring banyaknya tuntutan dalam pekerjaan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk melihat tingkat Work-Life Balance pegawai di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan Teknik non-probability sampling sejumlah 94 responden. Terdapat 17 pernyataan indikator pada penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji analisis deskriptif dan uji normatif yang diolah menggunakan software IBM SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pegawai dapat menerima standar kerja Lembaga pemasyarakatan Kelas I Tangerang secara baik dilihat dari target pekerjaan yang terselesaikan dengan maksimal. Namun Jam kerja yang ditetapkan pada Lapas Kelas I Tangerang belum berdasarkan aturan khususnya jam kerja ASN. Hal ini disebabkan pengawasan dan pengendalian keamanan narapidana dan lingkungan lapas merupakan tanggung jawab penting dari sebuah lapas.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is to analyze whether there are problematic attributes in the health services provided by the Kotabumi Class IIA Penitentiary, which are the needs of its inmates, using the ServQual and Importance Performance Analysis methods. This research was then carried out using quantitative methods. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, where the respondents in question were samples taken from sick prisoners in December 2023 in the Class IIA Kotabumi Correctional Institution. In the research, the researchers used random sampling techniques. The population used was 142 respondents. Sampling was carried out using the Krejcie Morgan table. The findings show that the services provided by the Kotabumi Class IIA Penitentiary have not fully met the expectations of the prisoners in the prison. <![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine how influential the quality of electronic services is on public satisfaction among users of the 'smooth' application at the Class I Malang Correctional Facility. The researcher used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to a sample of 129 active users of the 'smooth' application at the Class I Malang Correctional Facility. The data analysis used in this study includes simple regression analysis, significance testing, and determination testing, preceded by validity, reliability, and normality tests. The research results indicate that there is a significant influence of electronic service quality on public satisfaction. The research further reveals that electronic service quality affects public satisfaction by 61.2%, with the remaining 38.8% influenced by other variables not covered in this study. <![CDATA[To assist public sector organizations in improving productivity, it is essential to ensure that their employees possess the appropriate qualifications and competencies, one way being to enhance each employee's competence. The objective of this writing is to determine the competence, performance, and the influence of competence on employee performance at the Class IIA Correctional Institution in Sumbawa Besar. This research was conducted using a quantitative research method. The results show that employees at the Class IIA Correctional Institution in Sumbawa Besar have a fairly good perception of their performance and work competencies. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe how the implementation of the social rehabilitation program at the Class IIA Narcotics Correctional Institution Bandar Lampung. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study are that the social rehabilitation program at the Class IIA Bandar Lampung Narcotics Penitentiary is running well, but there are still shortcomings in resource factors such as incomplete facilities and infrastructure and inappropriate officer competence. The limitation of this research is the lack of research time to fully examine social rehabilitation activities. Researchers suggest coordinating with the prison before conducting research so that the research subject is confirmed for further research. <![CDATA[The era of globalization has made social media the most widely used platform by the public. Therefore, Correctional Institutions must utilize it to increase Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). Theoretically, Social Media Sales Activities (APMS) can increase purchase intention by considering five factors: Entertainment, Interaction, Trendiness, Customization, and Advertisement. The research problem in this study is whether social media sales activities (APMS) influence the purchase intention of services and products created by inmates at the Class IIA Rantauprapat Correctional Institution. This study aims to determine the influence of social media sales activities (APMS) on the purchase intention of services and products created by inmates at the Class IIA Rantauprapat Correctional Institution. The conclusion drawn from this research is that there is a positive and significant relationship between Social Media Marketing Activities (APMS) and the Purchase Intention of services and products created by inmates at the Class IIA Rantauprapat Correctional Institution.
