Abstract

Waste management that conventionally performed  has brought a heavy burden on the government because it must provide many sufficient supporting infrastructure, as is also the case in the city of Mataram. Availability of infrastructure that used to transport waste from the source to get to the final disposal (landfill) is not sufficient so that they obtained a pile of trash on the roadside. On the other hand, a good waste management can produce useful products that have a selling value is to transform organic waste into compost or charcoal briquettes and inorganic waste into handicrafts. In this activity, fielded the devotion trying to empower communities in the Environment Monjok and Karang Sukun to manage waste household  by  establishing  a  bank  of  waste  that  can accommodate  household  waste produced by its citizens and turning it into useful products (compost / charcoal and craft) or sell  to  waste  bank  holding  established  the Environment  Agency  (BLH)  Mataram.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Ini Dilaksanakan Untuk Memberikan Kontribusi Bekal Life Skill Kepada Peserta Didik Menjadi Lebih Siap Mandiri Serta Menjadi Insan Yang Produktif. Kegiatan Ini dalam bentuk pelaksanaan Program Pelatihan Seni Grafis Bagi Remaja Desa Jati Sesela Lombok Barat dalam mendukung Program Kewirausahaan. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Remaja Desa Jati Sesela Lombok Barat yang berjumlah 20 Orang. Pelatihan yang diberikan oleh Tim PKM adalah seni grafis dalam bentuk Cendramata. Pada pelatihan cukil peserta diberikan gambar-gambar ciri khas bentuk dan ornamen Lombok seperti motif cicak, cidomo/dokar, presean gendang belek dan sketsa sirkuit mandalika dan arsitektur lumbung akan di cetak di media tas kanvas/totobag. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta didik hingga 100% terkait kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi Corel Draw Dalam membuat desain seni grais dan desain gantungan kunci dan pin. para peserta juga bisa mengoperasikan mesin press untuk mencetak gantungan kunci dan pin, selain itu peserta didik mampu menghasilkan karya yang berupa gantungan kunci dan pin. Hasil cendramata tersebut dapat dimiliki oleh peserta pelatihan seni grafis sebagai kenang-kenangan dalam mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu peserta didik untuk menjadi lebih siap mandiri serta menjadi insan yang produktif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu (1) tahap perencanaan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan, dan (3) tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa produk dan karya ilmiah yang akan di publikasi ke dalam jurnal ilmiah sehingga tidak hanya pelaksana pengabdian masyarakat yang dapat memanfaatkan hasil tersebut melainkan masyarakat lainnya.

Abstract

This research examines how a sign works so that it impresses a meaning on the object of the Dilan 1990 movie poster. Posters are a tool for publication media or communication media which is a work of graphic art consisting of a combination of image and writing compositions on large or small paper. and has a very vital function in the marketing of film works. Dilan 1990 is an Indonesian drama genre film produced by Falcon Pictures and Max Pictures fronted by Fajar Bustomi as director and Pidi Baiq as director and story writer Dilan. The data were obtained through a literature review process and then dissected using Saussure's semiotic theory, supported by Darmaprawira's color theory, and Horby's poster theory. The results of the study show that the use of illustrations of the two main characters with the properties of an old motorbike, the title headline, and the subheadline that contains information, in general, can describe the story that will be shown in the film.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is implemented in universities provides opportunities for students to study outside their study programs and campuses. This program encourages autonomous and flexible learning, so that students can achieve learning outcomes more innovatively. To achieve the expected goals both learning process and learning outcomes assessment that run optimally are required. Therefore, this study aimed to describe the implementation of : 1) learning process for craft and graphic arts for MBKM participants; 2) assessment of learning outcomes for craft and graphic arts for MBKM participants. This research used qualitative descriptive method. The participants of this study were all students who programmed MBKM in fine arts study program of FBMB Mandalika University of Education in the academic year 2024/2025. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. It is found that the steps of learning process, are a) pre learning activities; b) learning activity or process of creating craft art and graphic art; c) finishing work of art. The aspects to be assessed in graphic art assessment, namely: a) technique; b) material; c) design; d) function and e) aesthetics. The aspects to be assessed in craft art assessment namely a) idea; b) technique/media; c) creativity. The implication of learning process and assessment are the students’ art work combined aesthetic and functional elements in everyday objects.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to describe: 1) the effect of fully online learning to the mathematical reasoning abilities of students; 2) the response of the students to the application of fully online learning. The research was a mixed-method using quantitative and qualitative methods with one group pretest-posttest design. There were 32 students of class XI MIA MA NW Wanasaba, Wanasaba Sub-District, East Lombok Regency as the sample. Instrument of this research was the mathematical reasoning abilities essay test consists of 10 questions on learning materials of limit function, observation and interviews. The quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistics with paired sampel t-test. The results of this research showed that: 1) according to the results of data analysis, it was discovered the value of Sig. (2-tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05, it means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, this indicated that there was a difference between the pretest and posttest average. Based on the descriptive statistics, the average of pretest score was 71.03 higher than the posttest score was 59.97. It can be concluded that the fully online learning was no more effective to the mathematical reasoning abilities of students. 2) there were 16% of the students gave a positive response to the application of fully online learning, 84% of the others prefer the blended learning and students gave a less positive response to the application of fully online learning and it was considered less helpful in practicing the mathematical reasoning abilities of students.
