This article aims to examine the regulation of criminal acts of corruption in the management of State funds based on Law No. 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law No. 20 of 2001, analyzing the judge's considerations in District Court Decision Number 49/Pid.Sus-TPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst which is in line with the KUHAP and Law no. 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law no. 20 of 2001, as well as evaluating the verdict given by the judge in District Court Decision Number 49/Pid.Sus-TPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst by Law no. 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law no. 20 of 2001. The focus of the problem is the regulation of criminal acts of corruption in the State budget based on Law No. 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law No. 20 of 2001, the judge's considerations in District Court Decision Number 49/Pid.Sus-TPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst which are in line with the KUHAP and Law no. 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law no. 20 of 2001, as well as the verdict handed down by the judge in District Court Decision Number 49/Pid.Sus-TPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst by Law no. 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law no. 20 of 2001. This research uses criminal theory and prosecution theory. Data was collected through library search techniques and analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study concluded that the Panel thought that the Defendant was legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act of corruption by Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001.

Adolescence is a period of growth and development, both physically, mentally, and activity so that the need for food containing nutrients becomes quite large. The increase in nutritional needs in adolescence is related to the growth spurt, where nutrients that enter the body are used to increase body weight and height accompanied by an increase in the number and size of body cell tissue. Adolescents are one of the largest components in Indonesia. Therefore, adolescents must be able to make achievements in all fields so that they become the next generation of a quality nation. Symptoms of anemia are fatigue, dizziness, fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, tingling, and feeling nauseous. Reduced amounts of hemoglobin in the blood in adolescents can have an impact on decreasing work productivity or reducing the ability to concentrate well so that it will reduce learning achievement. One of the causes of failure of studies in school is anemia. This situation arises because adolescents generally pay less attention to the quality of food. Most teenagers choose food based on taste considerations, not on nutritional considerations. Community service has been carried out on 36 female students at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu. On Thursday, July 27, 2023, at Mushollah SMA 1 Kota Bengkulu at 08.00 WIB. The media used are leaflets, powerpoints, laptops, and projectors. The result obtained is that the students can absorb well the information conveyed and are very enthusiastic about participating in this health counseling activity.

This research aims to analyse the application of the principle of freedom of contract in standard agreements in Indonesia, particularly in the context of Article 1338 of the Civil Code, which guarantees legal certainty and justice for the parties. The focus of this research is to identify the gap between freedom of contract and the potential injustice arising in standard agreements, especially against parties who have a weaker bargaining position. The method used is normative juridical research with a literature study approach. The results show that the principle of freedom of contract is often limited in standard agreements due to the dominance of the stronger party, which results in inequality in rights and obligations between parties. The conclusion of this research confirms the need for clearer regulations to maintain the balance of rights in standard agreements in order to protect weak parties and prevent exploitation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mengatasi perilaku kenakalan siswa kelas VIII di MTs Miftahul Huda Kedungtuban. Fokus utama penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi strategi pedagogis berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman dalam membina karakter siswa dan mengarahkan mereka pada perilaku positif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber untuk meningkatkan validitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memainkan peran sentral dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku siswa melalui pengintegrasian nilai-nilai agama, moral, dan pendidikan karakter dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, keberhasilan intervensi guru PAI juga ditentukan oleh kolaborasi aktif antara sekolah, lingkungan sosial, dan keluarga. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendidikan agama Islam sebagai fondasi dalam pembinaan moral remaja serta kontribusi signifikan guru PAI dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan bernuansa religius.

The purpose of this study was to describe and increase in student learning outcomes in social studies learning by using the Co-op Co-op Cooperative Learning an Methode in the fifth grade of elementary school. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. The research subject was 29 grade V students consisting of 16 men and 13woman. The research procedure consistend of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The result of the study showed and increase in aspects: a) RPP cycle I with an average of 71,42% and cycle II 92,85%, b) implementation on the aspect of the teacher cycle I with an average of 77,27% and the second cycle 95,45%, while for the implemenetation of aspect of the students of the first cycle with an average 74,99% and cycle II 93,18%, c) learning outcomes in the first cycle with an average of 71,76 and cycle II 86,18. The conclusions from the result of the research conducted are using the Co-op Co-opCooperative Learning anMethode improve student learning outcomes in social stundent learning in class V SDN 17 Bungo Pasang City of Padang
