Abstract

Based on the background, showed up some formula problems related to how Indonesia manages peradah on publication of information through websites www.peradah.org. General objectives of the study is aimed to know anything that got in the becomes strategy the form of a strengthening the existence of an organization that started as actions have been held by by perhimpunan pemuda hindu ( peradah ) indonesia and he damaged figure out how to peradah indonesia manage the broad range of areas of publications information and on the website www.peradah.org. Was used in the study a method of dekskriptif qualitative with the nature of research as well as desktiptif qualitative adopts a qualitative approach to to explain a strategy of the form of a strengthening of the jeddah based organization the existences of Indonesian hindu youth association through the publication of at the website www.peradah.org. A theory that used in this research is a theory corporate information about.The research was conducted in graha synergy peradah Indonesia. The process of collecting the data in this research through many different phases that is, observation, interviews and documentation. The result of research that www.peradah.org website not just as a source of information but is also capable of opening access to extensively in tissue to limited human resources and the operational cost of. So that openness and the needs of information have been accommodated through of websites which managed entirely by peradah Indonesia.

Abstract

Penyalahgunan narkoba di zaman kini merupakan ancaman yang sangat serius, bahkan pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah menetapkan bahwa penyalahgunaan narkoba menjadi bahaya laten, setara dengan bahaya paham komunis, teroris dan korupsi. Narkoba telah merambah kesegala lapisan masyarakat tanpa memilih, jenis kelamin, profesi, status ekonomi, status sosial, pendidikan, sampai kepada wakil rakyat yang terhormat, bahkan penegak hukumpun menjadi sasaran narkoba. Di dalam ajaran agama Hindu penyalahgunaan narkoba merupakan perbuatan Mada yang termasuk di dalam pemahaman Sad Ripu, yaitu enam sifat buruk yang melekat pada setiap diri manusia yang harus dikendalikan. Sebagai rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana Pola Komunikasi Orangtua dan Anak dalam memberikan pemahaman Sad Ripu serta Bagaimana Pola Komunikasi Orangtua dan Anak terkait penyalahgunaan narkoba pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Analisis Transaksional Erick Berne. Adapun sebagai hasil penelitian ini adalah Pola komunikasi memiliki keterkaitan dengan pemahaman Sad Ripu orang tua dan anak dalam mengaplikasikan pemahaman Sad Ripu terkait dengan penyalahgunaan narkoba.

Abstract

Early childhood education forms the foundation of child development through play and parental support. Parental engagement, especially in the form of academic expectations, is essential for children's school readiness and optimal development. This study aims to examine the effect of parental engagement on the classroom learning process of early childhood students at Tunas Bangsa Early Childhood Education, Tanjung Sari II, Palembang. This quantitative research used questionnaires distributed to 24 respondents, with hypothesis testing conducted through a t-test. The results showed that parental engagement in early childhood learning was relatively high, with a mean score of 32.71 and a standard deviation of 3.56. Several indicators, such as parental participation and interaction, were categorized as very high, although aspects of creativity and learning stimulation still require improvement. The regression t-test analysis indicated a significant effect, with a significance value of 0.000 and a regression coefficient of 0.512. The R Square value of 0.537 indicates that parental engagement explains 53.7% of the variance in learning outcomes. Conclusion: Parents have a strong influence in supporting early childhood learning in the classroom.

Abstract

The lack of attention to writing skills in managing English learning at junior high schools has become a significant concern, even though these skills are crucial in supporting students’ academic competence. This research aims to analyze the management of writing instruction at Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta Junior High School, Karawang, and to identify innovative solutions to overcome students’ difficulties and improve the quality of their writing skills. This study applied a qualitative case study approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted through condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that English learning management at Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta Junior High School is implemented systematically through planning, organizing, evaluation, and problem-solving. In the planning stage, teachers prepare annual programs, semester programs, and detailed lesson plans to support the enhancement of students’ writing skills. The organizing stage includes determining objectives, selecting methods, and designing relevant learning materials. The implementation stage applies the discovery learning model with a scientific approach to foster students’ active involvement in exploring and discovering writing concepts. The evaluation stage assesses attitudes, knowledge, and writing performance. Several challenges are identified, including limited vocabulary, grammatical weaknesses, and inadequate facilities. The solutions suggested include increasing reading activities, providing continuous writing practice, and giving constructive feedback. Conclusion: English learning management is systematically carried out through planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation to enhance students’ writing skills in an active, creative, and optimal manner.
