A strong teaching ethos is the foundation of all interactions and teaching that impact the younger generation in this linear era. This research highlights the important role of teacher ethos in supporting quality and sustainable education. Factors that shape the ethos of teaching include integrity, respect, commitment, and willingness to continue learning. When teachers adopt these values, they become role models who motivate students and create an inclusive, safe, and inspiring learning environment. The importance of continuous education and training for teachers to improve their skills and insights cannot be ignored in today's lilenial world. Teachers must remain relevant to developments in education and continue to develop as professionals. The development of teacher ethos has been successfully implemented, such as handling cases of academic violations with ethics and honesty, as well as teacher collaboration in improving student learning outcomes. This article aims to discuss teacher professionalism in developing the quality of education in the millennial era. This research is a field research study, in which the preparation of data is carried out in the field to make observations of phenomena in a natural state. Data collection techniques use field observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis method is to use stages starting from data refining, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Test the validity of data through credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and comformability tests. The results of the data analysis show that teacher professionalism is an effort made to improve the level or degree of a teacher's profession concerning teacher abilities, both mastery of teaching material or mastery of teaching methodology, as well as teacher professional attitudes regarding teacher motivation and commitment in carrying out duties as teachers. Teachers must develop their profession in accordance with the quality of education in this millennial era which provides flexibility for teachers to be able to freely choose, create, use, and develop their learning

This study aims to find out the Role of PAI Teachers in Improving Student Congregational Prayer Discipline. This study uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques using field observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the analysis show that PAI teachers have a very strategic role in efforts to improve the discipline of congregational prayer among students. Through a comprehensive understanding, good example, and intensive mentoring, PAI teachers can be the driving force for the formation of a strong attitude of discipline and commitment to students to perform congregational prayers. The importance of continuous education and training for teachers to improve their skills and insights cannot be ignored in today's linear series. PAI teachers must remain relevant to developments in the world of education and continue to develop as professionals. PAI teachers have a very strategic role in efforts to improve the discipline of congregational prayer among students. Through a comprehensive understanding, good example, and intensive mentoring, PAI teachers can be effective agents of change in shaping the disciplined and religious character of students

The purpose of this research is to find the relevance of the personality competence of educators with students' interest in learning. The method used in this study is the library method, where the researcher collects data based on library sources relevant to the research. The study results are that the personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers is an essential part of the learning process for students because the educator's personality is all the attitudes and actions of a teacher who shows good traits and personalities that can affect the achievement of learning objectives. As for the personal competence of teachers in the learning process, among others; Be pious and have faith in Allah SWT, believe in yourself, be wise and tolerant, be open and democratic, be patient in carrying out the teaching profession, develop yourself for professional progress, understand the purpose of education, be able to establish relationships between humans, understand your strengths and weaknesses, Be creative and innovative in the workplace. So, a good personality possessed by educators will also have a good impact on increasing student interest in learning, in other words, the better the personality competence of PAI teachers, the better interest in student learning will be.

Al-Quran motivates students to understand and observe their environment in learning, so the purpose of this study is to find and prove the concept of learning motivation according to the perspective of Al-Quran. The approach in this research is a descriptive-interpretative qualitative approach. The type of research used is library research. While the data obtained is a descriptive narrative of motivation in learning the Koran perspective. The Quranic perspective is related to the principles of learning motivation, including the principles: 1. Keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar disekolah tidak lepas dari seorang siswa itu sendiri. Banyak faktor yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi siswa dalam belajar PAI, salah satunya penggunaan metode yang tepat agar mencapai sebuah tujuan pembelajaran. Metode tanya jawab menjadi salah satu metode yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam proses belajar, terkadang para siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami dan memotivasi diri mereka sendiri untuk belajar PAI dengan serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI melalui metode tanya jawab, Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar PAI melalui metode tanya jawab dan peranan motivasi siswa dalam belajar PAI melalui metode tanya jawab di SMAN 6 Tangerang. Untuk mendapatkan data-data dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan Metode deskriptif kualitataif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitin ini yaitu pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI melalui metode tanya jawab di SMAN 6 Tangerang adalah cukup baik. motivasi siswa berperan penting dalam belajar PAI melalui metode tanya jawab. Metode tanya jawab dapat membantu meningkatkan motivasi siswa, meningkatkan pemahaman materi, meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi, meningkatkan kemandirian, dan meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa. Namum, terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dapat menghambat proses tersebut. Seperti faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses menuju suatu tujuan pembelajaran. Maka peneliti simpulkan bahwa peran motivasi siswa dalam belajar PAI melalui metode tanya dapat dikatakan baik, karena dengan penggunaan metode tanya jawab dapat membuat siswa banyak berinteraksi dan mengasah kemampuan serta kepercayaan diri maupun keberanian siswa, yang dapat menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar.

The study entitled "The Influence of Learning Islamic Religious Education on the Practice of Ramadhan Fasting for Class VIII Students of SMPN 176 Jakarta", discusses the effect of learning Islamic Religious Education, which is the X variable, on the practice of Ramadhan Fasting for Class VIII students of SMPN 176, which is the Y variable. With a population of 216 and an error rate of 10% using the Slovin formula, the number of samples can be determined to be as many as 68. By using the descriptive method and by conducting several tests using the product moment formula, the results showed that there was an effect of learning Islamic religious education on the practice of Ramadan fasting for class VIII students of SMPN 176 Jakarta, because the positive tcount value was 148,843 greater than the ttable of 1,997, and the value of the correlation coefficient, which is classified as very good, is equal to 0.99 with an influence level of 1%. The remaining 99% is influenced by other factors. The results of this study indicate that learning PAI has a significant positive effect on the students' Ramadan fasting practices at SMPN 176 Cengkareng. Students who get good and quality PAI learning tend to be more active and committed to carrying out Ramadan fasting. Factors such as understanding religious concepts, moral values, and social support from PAI teachers have an important role in increasing students' fasting practices. This research provides practical implications for Islamic education institutions and teachers. It is hoped that this research can provide a better understanding of the importance of effective PAI learning in improving students' Ramadan fasting practices. Thus, steps can be taken to improve the quality of PAI learning and provide better support to students in carrying out the Ramadan fast.

Understanding the relationship between the Qur'an and science, not by looking at whether there are scientific theories or new discoveries contained in it, but by seeing whether the Qur'an or the spirit of its verses hinders the progress of science, and even the Koran encourages the progress of science. In the perspective of the Al-Qur'an, scientific signals and suggestions from the Al-Qur'an to humans to use their minds are the basis of science which must be considered, thought about, pondered, researched and developed for the sake of the greatness and welfare of mankind. The Qur'an as a source of knowledge provides the most essential basic seeds so that humans can develop into science and technology that is unlimited in variety and has unlimited directions for achievement. Apart from that, the Qur'an will guarantee the truth of the knowledge that comes from it, the truth of the direction of its development, because everything comes from the Sunnah of Allah, and the spirit of devotion and faith of humans as subjects who adhere to this understanding. carry it out.
