Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's interactive model with a POAC managerial approach to evaluate the effectiveness of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring in the implementation of sustainable practices in the hotel environment. The results of the study show that the implementation of green practices is carried out through energy and water efficiency, the use of environmentally friendly materials, grouped waste management, the provision of food based on local and organic ingredients, and donation activities that support the welfare of the surrounding community.
