Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the evaluation of tax policy of Group C Minerals in Donggala Regency is. The type of research used was qualitative method. This type of research used descriptive approach, research that aims to describe complex social realities in society, is very suitable for understanding and describing social phenomena that occur in society. Data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data used in this research was primary data by conducting in-depth direct interviews with employees who are competent in this matter and secondary data retrieval obtained from documents in the Regional Revenue Agency of Donggala Regency. Data analysis in this research used three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this research indicate that the evaluation of tax policy of Group C minerals has not been maximized and has not been effective because there are still problems with evaluation criteria such as effevtiveness, efficiency and adequacy: Effectiveness has not been archieved because the awareness of the texpayer does not carry out the obligation to pay taxes on time , then efficiency has not shown the expected results, this can be seen from the realization that is not in accordance with the target while the adequacy has not shown maximum results, existing infrastructure in the Regional Revenue Office of Central Sulawesi Province is still very limited, this is burdensome to the collection officials because the conditions of the vast and far-reaching regions are not enough to maximize levies. In addition, weak resources, especially the resources of the implementing  apparatus, are directly responsible and carry out the task of finding and identifying potential as sources of regional financial revenue (tax objects).

Abstract

Exploring the rental practices of camping equipment within the framework of Sharia economic law is an area that has not been extensively researched. This study aims to describe the rental practices of camping equipment at the Handy Talky and Tent Rental Outlet in Palu and to assess their compliance with the principles of Sharia business contracts. The research methodology employed is empirical, utilizing interviews and direct observation as the primary data collection techniques. This approach seeks to understand the application of law in real social interactions. The study reveals that the rental process of camping equipment at the Handy Talky and Tent Rental Outlet in Palu involves several stages, from equipment selection to the return of the items. This practice reflects the application of Sharia business contract principles such as al-Hurriyah (freedom to contract), al-Musawah (equality), al-‘Adalah (justice), al-Ridhaiyyah (mutual consent), Ash-shidiq (honesty), and al-Kitabah (written documentation). Although these principles are generally adhered to, there is a weakness in the detailed written documentation. Conversations on social media and borrower records do not cover all the essential aspects of the agreements. The study suggests that to enhance compliance with Sharia business contract principles, more comprehensive and formal written contracts are needed. This research provides valuable insights for the development of policies and business practices that are more aligned with Sharia economic law.

Abstract

ABSTRACTHuman resources play an important role in determining the progress of a government or private institution. This quantitative research aims to determine the effect of work ethic, organizational culture and workload on employee performance at the Jatiuwung District office, the study was conducted on 60 employees, data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously work ethic, organizational culture and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the value of F count F table (21,266 2,77) and a significance of 0.000. The ability of work ethic, organizational culture and workload variables is able to explain employee performance by 53,3%, the remaining 46,7% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model. With the value of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2,882 + 0,112 + 0,259 + 0,578.Keywords: employee performance; work ethic; organizational culture; workload.ABSTRAKSumber daya manusia memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan maju mundurnya suatu instansi pemerintah maupun swasta.Penelitian ini bersipat kuantitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja, budaya organisasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Jatiuwung, penelitian dilakukan terhadap 60 orang pegawai, analisa data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan etos kerja, budaya organisasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung F tabel (21,266 2,77) dan signifikansi 0,000. Kemampuan variabel etos kerja, budaya organisasi dan beban kerja mampu menjelaskan kinerja pegawai sebesar 53,3% sisanya 46,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian. Dengan nilai persamaan regresi linier berganda Y=2,882+0,112+0,259+0,578.Kata kunci: kinerja pegawai; etos kerja; budaya organisasi; beban kerja.

Abstract

The effectiveness of educational programs in schools is significantly affected by the condition of educational facilities also infrastructure. Dealing with infrastructure needs involves outlining also examining the processes related to planning, organizing, mobilizing, monitoring, supporting, as well as identifying factors that hinder infrastructure management to improve educational quality at SMP Nurul Yaqin. Qualitative research methods were employed for data gathering, which included observation, interviews, documentation, also triangulation. Data analysis consisted of collecting, reducing, presenting, also deriving conclusions. The findings of the study highlighted planning strategies such as annual meetings, program evaluation, work program reviews, program activity implementation, also parental program socialization. Elements of organization included considerations of organizational structure, staffing, job descriptions, responsibilities, communication, also coordination. Mobilization efforts covered procurement, inventory management, maintenance, selection, also reporting. Supervision entailed evaluation, oversight, also follow-up actions. Factors that supported the endeavor included effective design, staff placement, organized record-keeping, also the involvement of school supervisors. Conversely, inhibiting factors comprised the level of commitment of human resources, financial limitations, complex regulations, also inadequate opportunities for employee skill development.

Abstract

Pandangan terhadap pemulung sampah dapat dilihat dari berbagai sudut pandang, bila memandang pemulung sampah sebagai mitra dari sisi kacamata positif akan terlihat manfaat besar yang diraih dari kegiatan memulung, namun praktiknya masih rendahnya pendapatan para pemulung, sehingga diperlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada kelompok mitra dalam mengolah sampah, khususnya sampah plastik pembungkus jas-jus menjadi produk kerajinan tangan. Produk yang dapat dihasilkan dari kerajinan tangan pembungkus jas-jus adalah berupa Tas dengan berbagai model dan bentuk. Memberikan pengetahuan kepada kelompok mitra tentang kewirausahaan, seperti cara memulai suatu usaha, bagaimana memilih usaha yang tepat sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki, manajemen keuangan dasar, pembukuan, manajemen produksi, dan manajemen pemasaran. Selain memberikan pengetahuan tentang manajemen berwirausaha, Tim Pengabdian pada masyarakat juga berusaha menanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan dalam diri kelompok mitra, serta memotivasi mitra untuk mengubah hidup menjadi lebih maju dengan cara berwirausaha memanfaatkan potensi sampah yang ada disekitarnya

Abstract

Penelitian Interdisipliner pada Interaksi Manusia-Komputer telah menjadi topik yang sangat penting dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas di berbagai sektor, termasuk bisnis, pendidikan, dan teknologi. Dalam kajian ini, kami bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sistematis terhadap berbagai penelitian interdispliner yang telah dilakukan mengenai interaksi manusia-komputer. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan mengintegrasikan berbagai teori dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian interdisplinner tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif dalam pengumpulan data. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara, dengan total 100 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan lima kriteria: pemrakarsa, pemberi pengaruh, pengambil keputusan, pengguna, dan pengembang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi manusia-komputer memiliki dampak signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk peningkatan efisiensi, kenyamanan, dan kualitas dalam berbagai bidang. Namun, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi beberapa hambatan yang perlu diatasi, seperti masalah privasi dan keamanan.

Abstract

Maintaining optimal Employee Performance relies heavily on Work-life Balance and reasonable Workload. An unbalanced Workload can hinder productivity, while a healthy Work-life Balance can encourage more effective and efficient performance. To assess how Employee Performance at BPJS Kesehatan Palu Branch Office is affected by Workload and Work-life Balance. This research uses quantitative methodology, by collecting data from 30 respondents through questionnaires and Google forms and then analyzed using WarpPLS 7.0. The results revealed that Employee Performance is significantly affected by the balance between Work-life Balance and Workload. By examining the impact of Workload and Work-life Balance simultaneously in the public service sector, this study offers a new perspective.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Untuk menentukan kelimpahan jenis lumut epifit (bryophyta), di Kawasan Air Terjun Parapa Taman Nasional Lore Lindu Desa Tongoa Kecamatan Palolo Kabupaten Sigi dan membuat media pembelajaran dalam bentuk buku saku yang layak digunakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan plot sampling dengan ukuran 20 x 20 m dengan 8 plot sampling dilakukan dengan cara purposive atau penempatan plot sampling secara sengaja yang dianggap dapat mewakili lokasi penelitian. Pertimbangan penentuan lokasi pengambilan sampel berdasarkan pada tempat tumbuh lumut epifit yang ada dilokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di Kawasan Air Terjun Parapa Taman Nasional Lore Lindu Desa Tongoa Kecamatan Palolo Kabupaten Sigi didapatkan 13 jenis spesies tumbuhan lumut epifit (Bryophyta) terdiri dari delapan ordo yaitu Machantiales, Pottiales, Notothyladales, Bryales, Fissidentales, Hypnales, Leucodontales dan Hedwigiales.. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran berupa buku saku setelah melalui validasi oleh 3 tim ahli/dosen dan 20 siswa penguji didapatkan nilai rata-rata persentasi 82,5% atau dikategorikan layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran
