This research is motivated by the phenomenon of frequent acts of bullying in educational environments. Bullying is the aggressive and negative behavior of a person or group of people repeatedly with the aim of hurting the victim both physically and psychologically. As a result, many victims of bullying experience psychological disorders, for that they need to rise up with the support of their peers. This study aims to (1) describe the social support of peers for students who are victims of bullying, (2) describe the resilience of students who are victims of bullying, (3) examine the relationship between social support of peers and the resilience of students who are victims of bullying. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational approach. The subjects of this study amounted to 24 students. The samples were drawn using saturated sample techniques. Data were analyzed using the Spearman rho correlation formula. The results of this study found (1) peer social support was in the high category with an average score of 131.21 (72.9%) (2) the resilience of students who were victims of bullying was in the high category with an average score of 162.79 (72.35%) (3) there is a significant positive relationship between peer social support and the resilience of students who are victims of bullying with a correlation coefficient of 0.692 and a significance value of 0.000. So, these results indicate that the higher the peer social support, the higher the resilience, and vice versa.

Telur ayam ras merupakan salah satu komoditas pangan strategis yang berperan penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan protein hewani di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem agribisnis pada komoditi telur ayam ras, dengan fokus pada lima subsistem utama: sarana dan prasarana, produksi, pengolahan, pemasaran, dan penunjang. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber sekunder seperti jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan publikasi terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan agribisnis telur ayam ras sangat bergantung pada optimalisasi dan integrasi setiap subsistem. Subsistem sarana dan prasarana menentukan ketersediaan input produksi, sementara subsistem produksi fokus pada efisiensi budidaya ayam petelur. Subsistem pengolahan memiliki peran dalam menjaga kualitas produk, sedangkan subsistem pemasaran berperan penting dalam distribusi produk ke konsumen akhir. Subsistem penunjang mendukung keseluruhan sistem dengan menyediakan layanan, teknologi, dan kebijakan yang mendukung. Kesimpulannya, optimalisasi setiap subsistem agribisnis diperlukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing komoditi telur ayam ras. Inovasi dalam teknologi dan strategi pengelolaan merupakan kunci dalam menjawab tantangan dan meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi serta kualitas produk.

As time goes by, investment has become essential for the people of Indonesia. Gold is among the most popular instruments of the various investment instruments. Approximately 46% of Indonesians choose gold as the best investment method. This percentage is the highest compared to other investments, such as mutual funds (32%) and bank deposits (30%). PT EAY, a subsidiary of PT ANTAM Tbk, aims to enter and become a leading player in the retail business of gold, jewelry and domestic microbes. Scenario planning is needed to be able to find out the various uncertainties in the business environment. This study aims to identify the uncertainty factors affecting the gold retail industry and PT EAY over the next five years. This research is qualitative, with seven predetermined profile respondents from each category of stakeholders. The data used is primary data that has been collected through interviews and analyzed. The results of the interviews and analysis show that the most significant factor in the gold retail industry is influenced by two critical uncertainties: economic growth and technology. This study provides conclusions regarding scenarios to overcome future uncertainties and how to implement them. In order to be successful in the gold retail industry, companies must be able to create products that have advantages compared to other competitors and have an effective marketing strategy to expand the target market

The UNRAM 2024 KKN-PMD student group focuses on collaborating with the Senggigi Village community in efforts to deal with organic and inorganic waste. Efforts that can be made to handle vegetable waste and plastic waste can be used as compost and various crafts using the ecobrick method. The main aim of this service is to reduce the amount of waste accumulated and develop the local ecosystem by making various crafts using ecobricks and making compost. Apart from that, the aim is to increase awareness among the community and improve environmental cleanliness in Senggigi Village. The approach is implemented through education and practice. From this activity, it was found that the community, especially teenagers, gained awareness of being able to manage waste by recycling waste into useful products.

Personal hygiene is an activity carried out by individuals to improve comfort, quality of life, and body health. This effort is carried out to ensure individual comfort and health by maintaining and taking care for personal hygiene. Personal hygiene includes maintaining the health of the body, such as hands and oral hygiene, which can be implemented through Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). Clean and healthy living behaviors play a crucial role in the prevention of various diseases, such as diarrhea, worms, dental caries, and other infectious diseases that can be transmitted through hands. Therefore, education about PHBS is very necessary so that this behavior can be applied and become a habit in daily life. However, there are still many bad habits in maintaining personal hygiene, especially hand and mouth hygiene among children and the people of Dukuh Jetis, Trimurti, Srandakan, Bantul. Based on these problems, the community engagement program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta focuses on increasing hand and oral hygiene awareness in Dukuh Jetis. The purpose of this program is to increase awareness of PHBS, especially hands and mouths in children and empower PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) mothers through homemade soap making training as an effort to increase access to hygiene in the household. The method used is counseling with active interaction to students of Al-Aysar IT Kindergarten and Elementary School which is carried out by demonstrating how to wash hands in 6 steps and how to brush teeth correctly. Meanwhile, the training on making homemade soap was carried out with an explanation of the material and continued with group practice using simple ingredients to make soap. The results of the community service program in PHBS counseling activities can be seen from the increase in the understanding rate of Kindergarten and Elementary School IT Al-Aysar Dukuh Jetis students who were tested before the program, namely the average pretest was 74.6 with the results tested after the program, namely the average posttest was 76.5. In the Homemade Soap Making Training activity, a pretest with an average result of 50.9 and a posttest with an average result of 78.6 was carried out. There was an increase in the understanding of counseling and training participants as seen from the results of the pretest and posttest conducted before and after the activity was carried out.

The farmer's interest in garlic planting is low because the yield is unsatisfied. One reason is the use of small cloves. Giving paclobutrazol is expected to increase the size of garlic cloves and bulbs. This research aims to determine the interaction between concentration and time of giving paclobutrazol, which produces the best size for cloves and bulbs. The research is a factorial, Completely Randomized Design. The first factor is the concentration of paclobutrazol:250 mg.L-1 and 500 mg.L-1 of water. The second factor is the time of applying paclobutrazol: 6 and 10, 8 and 12, 10 and 14 weeks after planting (w.a.p). Data were analyzed using variance, which will be continued with DNMRT at the 5% level. The results showed that giving paclobutrazol at 10 and 14 w.a.p resulted in the highest apparent stem diameter and yield, but even so, the weight of the largest and the smallest cloves was the lowest. Meanwhile, giving paclobutrazol at 6 and 10 w.a.p resulted in the highest weight of the largest cloves 1.95 g and the highest of the smallest cloves 0.55 g, even though the apparent stem diameter and yield were the lowest. Treatment of 250 mg.L-1 paclobutrazol resulted in the highest weight of the largest cloves 1.80 g.

Abstrak—Universitas X sedang menjalankan program pengembangan aplikasi pendidikan terintegrasi yang dikerjakan oleh PT XYZ sebagai salah satu sub-kontraktor. Program ini terdiri dari sub-proyek pembuatan 37 aplikasi, terdapat 10 tim yang salah satunya adalah tim 5 yang bertanggung jawab dalam pembuatan Aplikasi ERP. Pada Oktober 2021, program ini mengalami amandemen, perencanaan ulang seharusnya dimulai setelah amandemen tersebut, namun realisasinya perencanaan dimulai pada Desember 2021. Baseline untuk setiap sub-proyek belum tersedia, sehingga proyek ini mengalami keterlambatan dari tahap perencanaan. Berdasarkan identifikasi akar masalah, solusi permasalahan tersebut adalah dilakukan perancangan scope, schedule, dan quality baseline. Perancangan dilakukan menggunakan metode decomposition, critical path method (CPM), dan internal control. Rancangan scope baseline berupa project scope statement berisikan informasi proyek, work breakdown structure (WBS) yaitu uraian pekerjaan proyek terdiri dari 3 level, dan WBS dictionary yang berisi penjelasan setiap komponen WBS. Rancangan schedule baseline berupa gantt chart sebagai visualisasi jadwal dan network diagram yang didapatkan hasil perhitungan CPM yaitu jalur kritis dengan durasi terpanjang selama 105 minggu. Rancangan quality baseline berupa quality metrics yang di dalamnya terdapat 48 possible error dan critical success criteria untuk 17 dokumen dan quality checklist sebagai tools untuk mendukung pengecekan kesesuaian dokumen dengan metrics yang telah ditentukan.Kata Kunci — scope, schedule, quality, baseline, ERP
