Abstract

Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sampang merupakan salah satu unsur pelaksana pemerintah daerah, yang dipimpin oleh seorang kepala dinas yang berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada bupati melalui sekretaris daerah. Dinas pendidikan mempunyai tugas melaksanakan urusan pemerintah daerah di bidang pendidikan dan perpustakaan. Salah satu di bidang pendidikan yaitu pelaksanaan sertifikasi guru, di mana salah satu aset yang dimiliki oleh dinas kabupaten Sampang adalah data guru yang sangat banyak sehingga pihak dinas kesulitan untuk menentukan siapa saja yang layak di sertifikasi, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu metode mining yaitu metode pengelompokan dalam menentukan kelompok mana yang layak di sertifikasi dan kebijakan apa yang akan diambil untuk kelompok yang belum masuk atau layak di sertifikasi. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan membuat aplikasi analisis data guru untuk pengajuan sertifikasi menggunakan metode single linkage untuk menentukan siapa saja yang masuk pada kelompok yang layak di sertifikasi dan siapa saja yang belum layak di sertifikasi serta kebijakan apa yang akan diambil oleh pemerintah atau dinas kabupaten Sampang untuk guru-guru yang belum bisa atau layak di sertifikasi. Kata kunci: Data mining, Klaster (Cluster), Manhattan Distance, dan Minimum Link (Single Linkage)

Abstract

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) are wireless networks with many sensor nodes covering a relatively large area. One of the weaknesses of WSN is the use of relatively high energy consumption, which affects the quality of network services. Although the WSN network routing using the DV-Hop algorithm is widely used because of its simplicity, improvements need to be made to improve energy efficiency so that the network lifetime is more optimal. This article proposes an enhanced DV-Hop algorithm compared to other algorithms to improve network energy efficiency and quality of service. There are three approaches to improving the DV-Hop algorithm. First, the selection of the CH node is based on the distance to the Base Station so that the selected CH node does not have a long distance from the base station. Second, the selection of CH nodes must have a number of neighbouring nodes above the average of other sensor nodes. Finally, each selected CH node calculates the minimum distance to the previously selected CH node to ensure that the selected CH nodes are not adjacent to each other. The proposed approach obtains better total data packets sent to the base station, energy efficiency, and network age using Matlab simulation software by comparing the enhanced DV-Hop algorithm with the original DV-Hop algorithm and three other routing algorithms.

Abstract

Permintaan global terhadap pertanian yang efisien dan berkelanjutan telah mendorong adopsi teknologi Jaringan Sensor Nirkabel (Wireless Sensor Networks/WSN) dan Internet of Things (IoT). Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan sistematis terhadap protokol routing dalam WSN untuk aplikasi pertanian cerdas berbasis IoT. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah PRISMA, dengan menganalisis 33 artikel dari basis data terkemuka seperti IEEE Xplore dan Scopus. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa protokol seperti LEACH dan variannya, termasuk pendekatan berbasis heuristik, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi energi hingga 40%. Integrasi WSN dan IoT juga memungkinkan otomatisasi irigasi dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data real-time, yang berkontribusi pada pengurangan konsumsi air hingga 30%. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan konektivitas dan isu keamanan data masih menjadi hambatan signifikan. Tinjauan ini menegaskan potensi besar pemanfaatan WSN dan IoT dalam merevolusi praktik pertanian tradisional, serta perlunya penelitian lanjutan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan infrastruktur dan daya komputasi di lingkungan pertanian.

Abstract

To support the goals of sustainable development in education (SDGs), it is inseparable from the 21st-century learning framework. 21st-century learning has provided a framework known as 4C, one of which is critical thinking skills (CTS) and creativity. The critical thinking and creativity skills of high school students are still relatively low so they need to be improved. The purpose of this study is to create a suitable learning module (valid, practical, and effective) to support sustainable education. The method used in this study is the development method of Klein and Richey with a one-group pretest-posttest design type, the sample in this study was 180 high school students from various districts in Madura. The research instruments were validation sheets, implementation sheets, and pretest-posttest sheets. The results of this study indicate that the physics learning module integrated with artificial intteligence is proven valid with a validity level reaching 95% in the very valid category. Practically where the implementation of the learning module with this module reaches 95% is well implemented. The effectiveness of the module, with the N-gain analysis results, reached a score of 0.77, categorized as high. This result is reinforced by the results of the effect size test with a score of 0.57, which has a very positive effect on achieving learning objectives. Therefore, this module is suitable for improving CTS and scientific creativity so that it can achieve the SDGs
