Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gesture kolaboratif siswa selama menyelesaikan masalah secara kelompok ditinjau dari teori pemosisian siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SDN, Tikung, Lamongan. Subjek penelitian adalah sekelompok siswa yang terdiri dari lima siswa dengan posisi sebagai ahli, fasilitator dan pemula. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitan desktriptif-eksploratif. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan membagi siswa kelas VI secara heterogen menjadi tiga kelompok yang beranggotakan lima siswa. Selanjutnya subjek terpilih adalah satu kelompok dengan produksi gesture yang digunakan bervariasi. Teori pemosisian menunjukkan bagaimana siswa menentukan posisi mereka selama diskusi menyelesaikan masalah matematika. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa siswa pemula tidak banyak melakukan gesture kolaboratif. Siswa pemula hanya melakukan gesture kolaboratif berbentuk gesture bersama sebagai bagian dari apa yang mereka pahami dan sebagai keterlibatan mereka selama berinteraksi dalam kelompok. Sedangkan siswa ahli lebih banyak menggunakan gesture kolaboratif yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan ide maupun rencana selesaian yang ada di pikirkan mereka kepada rekannya baik itu fasilitator maupun pemula. Siswa ahli memainkan peranan penting dalam diskusi kelompok untuk menarik siswa lain terlibat aktif dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Gesture siswa fasilitator dalam bentuk alternatif dan pengalihan pada penyelesaian masalah secara kelompok digunakan bagi siswa ahli saat terjadi kesalahan pemahaman di awal penyelesaian masalah, sehingga rencana penyelesaian masalah dapat dilakukan dengan tepat.  Kata kunci: gesture, gesture kolaboratif, diskusi kelompok, pemosisian siswa Abstract: This study aims to describe students' collaborative gestures while solving problems in groups in terms of student positioning theory. The subjects of this research were the sixth grade students of SDN, Tikung, Lamongan. The research subjects were a group of students consisting of five students with positions as experts, facilitators and beginners. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive-explorative research type. Research subjects were determined by heterogeneously dividing class VI students into three groups of five students. Furthermore, the selected subject is a group with varied gesture productionPositioning theory shows how students determine their position during discussions to solve math problems. The results of the study showed that novice students did not make many collaborative gestures. Beginner students only make collaborative gestures in the form of joint gestures as part of what they understand and as their involvement while interacting in groups. Meanwhile, expert students use more collaborative gestures to express ideas and plans for completion that they have in mind to their colleagues, both facilitators and beginners. Expert students play an important role in group discussions to attract other students to be actively involved in solving problems. Facilitator student gestures in alternative forms and diversions to group problem solving are used for expert students when an misunderstanding occurs at the beginning of problem solving, so that problem solving plans can be carried out appropriately. Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah diperlukan oleh peserta didik dari mulai sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi untuk mengetahui keterampilan proses berpikirnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses berpikir aljabar mahasiswa berdasarkan representasional gesture dalam menyelesaikan masalah operational research. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan dua mahasiswa manajemen semester II Unisla yang dipilih berdasarkan penggunaan representasional gesture yang bervariasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi sumber dengan cara merekam aktivitas pemecahan masalah, mewawancarai dan mengamati hasil pekerjaan subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama proses menyelesaikan masalah operational research mahasiswa menggunakan representasional gesture. Gesture yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan masalah menggambarkan seberapa jauh proses penyelesaian masalah yang dapat dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Subjek S1 mampu menyelesaikan masalah operational research dalam proses berpikir aljabar hingga tahap indikator mendeskripsikan aturan, namun pemahaman konsep pada materi aljabar kurang dikuasainya. Sedangkan subjek S2 m ampu melalui semua indikator proses berpikir aljabar hingga indikator terakhir yaitu menggambarkan perubahan pada proses berpikir. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyoroti pentingnya komunikasi non verbal (gesture) sebagai bentuk pemahaman konsep dan identifikasi kesulitan yang dialami oleh mahasiswa agar pengajar dapat memberikan intervensi yang tepat. Problem solving skills are needed by students from elementary school to college to find out their thinking process skills. This study aims to describe the algebraic thinking process of students based on representational gestures in solving operational research problems. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study type of research. The subjects of this study were two second semester Management students of Unisla who were selected based on the use of varying representational gestures. Data collection techniques were carried out by triangulating sources by recording problem solving activities, interviewing and observing the results of the subject's work. The results showed that during the process of solving Operational Research problems, students used representational gestures. The gestures used in solving problems illustrate how far the problem solving process can be carried out by students. S1 subjects were able to solve operational research problems in the algebraic thinking process up to the indicator stage of describing rules, but their understanding of the concept of algebraic material was less mastered. While S2 subjects were able to go through all indicators of the algebraic thinking process up to the last indicator, namely describing changes in the thinking process. This study is expected to highlight the importance of non-verbal communication (gesture) as a form of understanding concepts and identifying difficulties experienced by students so that teachers can provide appropriate interventions.

Abstract

Garnier, a new product from PT. L'oreal Indonesia offers affordable prices and various variants with the latest innovations. However, political and religious controversies involving Israel often create negative perceptions of pro-Israel products. The focus of this research is the analysis of the influence of Brand Awareness and Religiosity on customer Purchasing Decisions of pro-Israel products on Garnier products at Abel Store. This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Awareness and Religiosity on Purchasing Decisions. This study used a sample of 105 respondents with the method of quantitative analysis and processed using Smart PLS. The results of this study show that Brand Awareness and Religiosity have a positive and significant effect, partially and simultaneously. Keywords: Brand Awareness; Religiosity; Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study seeks to assess the influence of influencer marketing and product packaging on the purchasing decision of the Reyshaka Interior product. The research used a quantitative descriptive design. The survey included 270 participants, including a sample of 100 long-time consumers of Reyshaka Interior. Data gathering methods entail distributing surveys to participants. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is employed for data analysis. The study started in November 2023 and was completed in March 2024. The study reveals that influencer marketing and product packaging significantly influence purchase decisions for the Reyshaka Interior product. The predominant element is the influencer marketing variable, which surpasses consumer behavior. Consumer behavior can significantly influence purchasing decisions through influencer marketing and products. Keywords: Influencer Marketing; Product Packaging; Purchasing Decision

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of free shipping, trust, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee in Tambakrigadung Village. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are customers who online shopping through Shopee in Tambakrigadung Village. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection technique uses online questionnaire distribution via Google Form which has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and f-test using SPSS 26. The results of this research state that the free shipping, trust, and online customer review variables partially and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee in Tambakrigadung Village. The trust variable is the most dominant variable among other variables on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Free Shipping; Trust; Online Customer Review; Purchasing Decisions
