Abstract

This research is aimed to determine the influence of fathonah value actively rolling in every aspect of business management at Pesantren Mukmin Mandiri Sidoarjo. Pesantren Mukmin Mandiri is one of pesantren based on agrobusiness and agro-industry which graduates entrepreneurs every year.This research used the qualitative research method and case study as the strategy. Data collection was done by interviewing and observing the research object directly. The qualitative explanatory was used as the technique of analysis by explaining the results of the interviews and of the direct observations.The results of this research shows that value of fathonah has a good influence in business management at The Pesantren Mukmin Mandiri, it can be seen from the innovation on marketing, production, increased sales, good financial management and proficiency of students in the entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Project Based Learning is a learning model that need collaboration from group member in each stage, so that students can develop their critical thinking skills. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of PjBL to students’ critical thinking skills on electrochemistry material.  The research design used true experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design and sampling technique is cluster random sampling. The data collection techniques used pretest-posttest to understand 10 critical thinking indicators, observation sheet used to understand students’ project activities and questionnaire to know students’s responses. Data Analysis techniques that used in this study are average difference test, significant test, product moment correlation test, coefficient of determination test. Analysis of product moment correlation value is 0,67 for students’ critical thinking skill with significant test result is 7,10 indicate the significant effect of PjBL to students’ critical thingking skills on electrochemistry material. The effect of PjBL to students’ critical thinking skills pointed by coefficient of determination  44,89%. Based on the results of the study, it was conclude that PjBL had positive effects on students’ critical thinking skills on electrochemistry material.

Abstract

This study seeks to assess the influence of influencer marketing and product packaging on the purchasing decision of the Reyshaka Interior product. The research used a quantitative descriptive design. The survey included 270 participants, including a sample of 100 long-time consumers of Reyshaka Interior. Data gathering methods entail distributing surveys to participants. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is employed for data analysis. The study started in November 2023 and was completed in March 2024. The study reveals that influencer marketing and product packaging significantly influence purchase decisions for the Reyshaka Interior product. The predominant element is the influencer marketing variable, which surpasses consumer behavior. Consumer behavior can significantly influence purchasing decisions through influencer marketing and products. Keywords: Influencer Marketing; Product Packaging; Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Islamic Kejawen tradition is carried out by most Javanese. Islamic Kejawen is an acculturation process between Islamic values and Javanese values, especially in the mysticism aspect. This writing aims to analyse the Islamic Kejawen tradition in Sendang Village and its role in increasing community awareness in dealing with disasters. This research employs a qualitative method including library and field research. The data was obtained using interviews, participation observation, and collecting secondary data. The secondary data was gathered from books, journals, and other scientific works. The study found that the Islamic Kejawen tradition has a significant role in developing community harmony one of which is preserving nature through the annual cultural festival. Furthermore, this tradition has a role in increasing the community’s awareness of avoiding disasters. The Tetek Melek tradition, the jaranan, Grebeg wuyen are the annuals festival conducted in increasing community awareness of their livelihood. The festival conducted is not only for blessing rituals toward the sanctification of God for their wealth but also as media in increasing community awareness for maintaining the environment. In Javanese mysticism, it is explained that God exists in every sphere of activity and natural phenomena as a manifest of the Almighty God’s rewards. The contribution of this research is to provide knowledge about local wisdom in the Kejawen Islamic tradition, especially those found in Sendang Village, Tulungagung Regency. The analysis of this study explains that the Kejawen Islamic tradition can build awareness of disasters.

Abstract

This study aims to understand more deeply about the communication patterns of interpersonal relationship in a mixed fsmily of Muhammadiyah and NU in Banjaranyar village, Paciran sub-dstrict, Lamongan Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with interview and documentation data collection techniques. This study found that this mixed NU-Muhammadiyah family ran very harmoniously until the third generation of the family. From this, it was found that there are two patterns of communication that are carried out in maintaining interpersonal relationships in the family, these are: first, the level of conformity to the same values and held by each family member, namely mutual respect. This is reflected in the policy of family by parents to care for diversity and the cultivation of mutual acceptance through education and marriage. In addition, the value is also reflected in the practice of mutual respect between NU and Muhammadiyah. Second, the pattern of conversation in discussing something that focuses on making decisions based on deliberation. As well as intense commucation to discuss both online and offline

Abstract

The low level of academic literacy among madrasah students presents a challenge in the field of education, particularly in writing scientific papers that adhere to academic writing conventions. This study aims to describe the implementation of scientific writing (KTI) training as a strategy to improve students’ academic literacy at MA Nurul Qadim, Probolinggo. The training included an introduction to the structure of scientific papers, proper writing techniques, and hands-on practice in writing papers based on observation or literature studies.The training employed participatory methods using a learning-by-doing and student-centered learning approach. This approach was chosen to ensure that students not only received theoretical material but also directly practiced every stage of writing a scientific paper gradually. The results of the KTI training showed improvements in students’ understanding of scientific structure and ethics, strengthened their logical thinking skills, and fostered interest in researching local issues. In addition, the training contributed to developing a more dynamic academic culture within the madrasah environment. Challenges encountered included limited reference materials, restricted training time, and varied initial abilities among students. Nevertheless, through intensive mentoring and teacher collaboration, these obstacles were gradually overcome.

Abstract

Community service activities to improve the soft and hard skills of class 1 Malang prison inmates by striving for food independence through catfish cultivation with Recirculation Aquaculture System technology and natural feed cultivation. The activity is motivated by several problems, namely the difficulty of finding work for prisoners when leaving prison and officers cannot assist prisoners, lack of leisure activities and the lack of availability of animal protein. The program implementation methods include counseling, training and mentoring. The aim is to provide skills to prisoners and prison officers on fish farming RAS technology and natural feed. Utilize free time so as to increase productive time, and meet the animal protein needs of prisoners. The program method is carried out offline by starting with counseling and training activities, making racks and stocking Tubifex sp., cultivation of Daphnia sp. Making RAS technology, stocking catfish into tarpaulin ponds, monitoring, harvesting natural food, and harvesting catfish RAS technology system. Overall, this activity has good and satisfying results. The PKM PM team routinely provides assistance in the implementation of the service. This is known from the understanding of prisoners in implementing fish farming programs with recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) technology and natural feed cultivation in Malang Class 1 Correctional Institution, namely the maintenance of fish and natural feed Tubifex sp. and Daphnia sp. until the harvesting process and the fulfillment of animal protein for prisoners. As well as the realization of additional productive time for prisoners. So that the hope is that in the next three years the prisoners can continue the process of sustainable fish farming and natural feed cultivation. The program can be realized through 10 activities that have been carried out in the form of fish farming recirculation technology aquaculture systems and natural feed cultivation.

Abstract

The study analyzed the impact of early marriage in Sapeken district, Sumenep, Madura, from the perspective of Islamic law, with a special emphasis on reproductive health, education, and the well-being of young women. This study investigates the social, cultural, and religious factors that drive the practice of early marriage as well as its negative effects. This research was conducted using a qualitative case study method. The results of the study showed that early marriage worsened physical and mental health, limited educational and employment opportunities, and increased women's economic dependence. Reproductive health education, premarital counselling, and economic empowerment programs are suggestions to address this problem. Following the principles of Maqasid Sharia which emphasizes the protection of individual life and welfare, religious leaders and community leaders have an important role in educating the public about the importance of physical and mental readiness before marriage. This method is expected to change the perspective of society and reduce the prevalence of early marriage. In addition, the study provides policy advice based on Islamic law that can improve the welfare of young women through the incorporation of social, educational, and health reforms in the island community
