Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan tingkat kesetiaan pelanggan antara platform e-commerce Shopee dan Tokopedia, dengan penekanan khusus pada bagaimana program bebas ongkir memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan retensi pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat utama untuk menilai tingkat kesetiaan pelanggan serta Net Promoter Score (NPS) di kedua platform tersebut. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesetiaan pelanggan yang merekomendasikan dan terus membeli di Shopee lebih tinggi daripada di Tokopedia, dengan 87% dan 54% masing-masing. Fokus penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana program bebas ongkir memengaruhi minat dan retensi konsumen di dua platform tersebut. Salah satu hipotesis yang muncul adalah bahwa program bebas ongkir dapat berdampak besar pada tingkat kesetiaan konsumen di kedua platform e-commerce tersebut.

Abstract

Pada era digital yang terus berkembang, literasi web dan keterampilan digital menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi Generasi Z. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam menggunakan internet secara bijak serta mempelajari pembuatan situs web menggunakan WordPress. Kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi mengenai literasi digital, pentingnya keamanan internet, serta pelatihan praktis dalam pembuatan dan pengelolaan situs web. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi web dan kemampuan teknis siswa. Program ini juga memperkuat kolaborasi antara Universitas Pamulang dan SMP Negeri 274, membuka peluang untuk kerjasama lebih lanjut dalam bidang pendidikan digital. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal yang efektif dalam membentuk generasi muda yang tidak hanya cerdas secara digital tetapi juga bertanggung jawab dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

Abstract

This research presents the development of a web-based cashier application aimed at enhancing transaction efficiency at Clean Laundry. The growing demand for laundry services necessitates the implementation of an integrated system to manage transactions effectively. The application is designed to facilitate various functions, including order processing, payment management, and customer record maintenance, thereby minimizing manual errors and reducing transaction times. By utilizing modern web technologies, the application provides an intuitive user interface that allows staff to navigate easily and perform tasks swiftly.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the determining factors for the development of a company. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of service, price, quality, and brand on customer satisfaction at PT. Mighty Steel Facilities. The research method is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all visitors to PT. Mighty Steel Facilities. The sample determination method in this study used simple random sampling, which had a sample size of 70 after adjusting to the specified criteria. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the SPSS 24 application. The data analysis technique involved testing classical assumptions, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The research results show that simultaneously the service, price, quality and brand variables influence customer satisfaction. Partially, the service and quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the price and brand variables do not affect customer satisfaction at PT. Mighty Steel Facilities. The overall influence of the independent variables on customer satisfaction is 50.4%. Keywords: Service, price, quality, brand. Customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Motorcycles are a means of transportation that has been known to consumers for a long time from year to year until now it has experienced rapid development. The purpose of this study is to analyze The Influence of Green Product and Green Advertising on Purchasing Decisions of Honda Beat Motorcycle Buyers with ESP Features in Medan Area District. This type of research uses quantitative research, data collection techniques using questionnaires and samples in this study amounted to 80 samples. The results of the study concluded that partially Green Product has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and Green Advertising has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously Green Product and Green Advertising have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Indonesia wants to achieve the WHO 2025 tuberculosis eradication strategy with a target incidence of less than 55 cases per 100,000 people. The Ministry of Health recorded the highest number of cases ever in 2024 with the number of cases reaching 1,060,000. Tuberculosis, which generally attacks the lungs, is expected to kill 40 million people in the world by 2050. Without intervention from various fields, this TB outbreak will have a terrible impact on the world's population, especially India and Indonesia, which occupy the 2 countries with the highest number of TB cases. The purpose of this study is to produce an analysis and design of an application that involves a drug swallowing supervisor (DSS) so that it can provide better control in order to increase the cure rate of pulmonary TB. In addition to supervisors, stakeholders involved can be patients, families, doctors, clinics, health offices, and the health ministry. Like Covid control, which is considered successful with the PeduliLindungi application which has now changed to SATUSEHAT, it is hoped that the results of this study can follow the government's success in significantly reducing the rate of pulmonary TB. The method used is the Design Thinking (DT) Framework. DT is a consumer-centric approach. User-centric UI/UX designs will have a higher acceptance rate. DT has been successfully applied in various fields such as healthcare, education, marketing, sales, management and so on. DT includes 5 phases, namely: 1) Empathize, 2) Define, 3) Ideate, 4) Prototype, and 5) Test. The result of the study was a UI/UX design evaluated by the SUS (System Usability Scale) method which achieved an average score of 82.5. The interpretation of the number shows that the UI/UX design is acceptable to respondents with category A (very good).

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has had a significant impact, one of which is as a medium for transmitting information from one place to another, making information access easier for many people. However, the ease of access to communication media also poses challenges for information security, as information becomes more vulnerable to being accessed, stolen, or manipulated by irresponsible parties. To protect the confidentiality of information, specific methods are needed, one of which is cryptography. In cryptography, there are various algorithms, including DES, AES, IDEA, Blowfish, Twofish, and RC4. This research aims to compare the performance of several cryptographic algorithms in the data encryption and decryption processes, focusing on processing speed and the size of the encrypted file. The results of the research show differences in processing time and file size of encrypted and decrypted data for each algorithm. Keywords: Aglorithms, Decryption, Encryption.

Abstract

One of the problems often faced in several educational institutions today is the lack of information related to scientific databases, resulting in a lack of interest in high school students in studying this field. We all know that currently Information and Communication Technology (ICT) continues to develop rapidly, both devices or machines and so on. So in the future there is the potential for the world to be flooded with latent data problems. Thus, of course, human resources are needed who have special knowledge in the desired field. One way is to prepare the current young generation to play an active role and contribute in this matter. Therefore, training solutions are needed to trigger and strengthen understanding of basic database concepts that are applied and adopt the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in class X SMA Negeri 2 Binjai so that they can overcome difficulties in understanding basic concepts, using database software and understanding data models and writing questions.

Abstract

Transformasi teknologi terjadi kian masif di Tengah era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Hal ini pastinya memberikan dampak perubahan yang sangat luar biasa terhadap setiap lini kehidupan manusia, termasuk di dalamnya adalah sektor kewirausahaan. Teknologi yang terus berkembang membawa perubahan yang sangat signifikan terhadap arah pekembangan bisnis di masa depan nantinya. Berangkat dari pernyataan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya perlu adanya praktik penggunaan teknologi oleh generasi muda guna mampu bersaing dalam membangun ataupun mengembangkan suatu usaha kedepannya. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh yang diberikan digital literasi dan kreativitas terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan penggunaan metode purposive sampling sehingga setiap populasi memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk dijadikan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 83 mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara yang sudah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwasanya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel digital literasi terhadap niat berwirausaha. Begitu juga dengan variabel kreativitas yang dinyatakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlu dilanjutkannya pemberian edukasi terhadap cara penggunaan teknologi secara efektif secara konsisten dan perguruan tinggi perlu terus menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung munculnya ide kreatif yang mampu menjadi solusi pemecahan masalah yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat luas. Technological transformation is happening more massively in the midst of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This certainly has a tremendous impact on every line of human life, including the entrepreneurial sector. Technology that continues to develop brings very significant changes to the direction of business development in the future. Departing from this statement, it can be concluded that there is a need for the practice of using technology by the younger generation to be able to compete in building or developing a business in the future. This study aims to see whether there is an influence given by digital literacy and creativity on entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Tarumanagara University Business Management Department. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods and the use of purposive sampling methods so that each population has the same opportunity to be sampled in this study. The sample in the study amounted to 83 students of the Tarumanagara University Business Management Department who had taken entrepreneurship courses. The results of this study state that there is a positive and significant effect of digital literacy variables on entrepreneurial intentions. Likewise, the creativity variable is stated to have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. The conclusion of this study is that it is necessary to continue providing education on how to use technology effectively consistently and universities need to continue to create an environment that supports the emergence of creative ideas that can be a solution to solving problems felt by the wider community.
