Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa baru Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Bali dalam memilih Program Studi Pariwisata pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Sebelum dilakukan analisis menggunakan model tersebut, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik sebagai prasyarat uji regresi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang memilih program studi pariwisata pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Bali. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan menggunakan kriteria mahasiswa yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa baru tahun akademik 2020/2021.

Abstract

This community service learning program is an implementation of the Independent Learning Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) "Teaching in Educational Units" with the object of service at PAUD and Neo Genesis Kindergarten. The goal of this activities are encourage the students to be more familiar with their natural environment. The methodology of this community service learning are to apply PjBL and PBL learning to PAUD and Kindergarten School, so that students are more familiar with the environment. The results of this community service learning program are provide a positive response for students of the natural environment, interact and do activities in nature through handling common cases. In this service, the PjBL project is to invite children to harvest rice and problem-based learning (PBL) is a case of analyzing why plants wilt. The results of learning are the formation of structured concepts and mindsets in analyzing problems and practicing them in everyday life. The conclusion of this community service learning activities is that the PjBL and PBL learning methods are able to further develop students' cognitive and psychomotor aspects towards the natural environment.

Abstract

This research Identify Industrial Work Practices in the Food and Beverage Product Department of Kayumas Seminyak Resort. It can be used as a guide to improve the quality of work and creativity in entering the tourism industry. Increasing student knowledge in the Food and Beverage products field and implementing training will be helpful later when facing the industrial world. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The document used in this research is taken from Industrial Work Practices in the Food and Beverage Product Department of Kayumas Seminyak Resort Students' report. After carrying out industrial work practices, the researcher gained a lot of useful work experience in the form of theories and practical knowledge regarding the Food and Beverage Product field and the ability to work together. In addition, the author has carried out one of the requirements for completing the Food and Beverage Product Study program by carrying out industrial work practices. Abstract

Triatma Surya Jaya Foundation (YTSJ), which manages education ranging from early childhood to postgraduate education established in 1992, is very thick with an organizational culture that upholds kinship. This organizational culture gives colour to every activity carried out to achieve the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of the organization. The purpose of this research is to analyse the organizational culture of Triatma Mulya University (UNTRIM) and identify whether it reflects the sustainability of the organization in the future. The respondents of this study were 173 employees of UNTRIM. Data validity test and descriptive analysis showed that only 149 respondents' data were valid for further analysis. Organizational culture was analysed by referring to the theory of Cameron and Quinn (2006), where there are four organizational cultures namely hierarchy, market, clan, and adhocracy. The instrument for processing this data is the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) analysis, with six key dimensions of organizational culture, consisting of 1) dominant characteristics, 2) organizational leadership, 3) employee management, 4) organizational glue, 5) strategic emphasis, and 6) success criteria. The finding of this research is that the organizational culture at UNTRIM is CLAN. In CLAN organizational culture, UNTRIM governance is more collaborative oriented, conducted by leaders who act as mentors, facilitators, and team builders so that good communication is formed, and high commitment to achieve organizational goals is built. This research shows that UNTRIM also gives enough priority to the market culture that can increase the spirit of competition, consistency, and efficiency to achieve goals within timelines. This is also a reflection of the sustainability of the UNTRIM organization

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy for the Batur Volcano Museum as an educational tourism attraction. Research Methodology: This was descriptive qualitative research with seven key informants. The research analysis technique uses SWOT analysis. Results: This study were that the position of the Batur Volcano Museum is in quadrant I (one), namely in the growth phase, with an IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Score) of 3.13 and an EFAS (External Factor Analysis Score) of 2.98. The appropriate strategies implemented in this study are market development, market penetration, and product development. Activities suggested are offline and online promotions through social media, collaboration with schools for the tourism programs at museums, cooperation with travel agents, and information updates through digital marketing. Limitations: of this research is that it focuses on SWOT analysis techniques on marketing strategies, which need another approach to explore using another kind of analysis. Contribution: The contribution of this research was supporting the sustainability of the destination, especially for education tourism.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu wilayah yang mendapatkan dampak dari Erupsi Gunung Agung adalah Desa Ababi, Kecamatan Abang, Kabupaten Karangasem. Ibu-ibu di daerah ini banyak yang kehilangan pekerjaan kesehariannya. Walaupun terdampak erupsi, ibu-ibu PKK di Abianjero benar-benar tangguh dalam menghadapi tantangan ini. Dalam penerapan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat dengan metode palaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat dari kegiatan menghasilkan luaran dari mitra adalah: (1) Produksi Canang Sari meningkat; (2) Ekonomi serta jiwa wirausaha masyarakat meningkat. Hasil dari kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah: (1) Pembinaan pengelolaan usaha; (2) Pelatihan pemanfaatan serta penggunaan sarana dan prasarana yang ada untuk memaksimalkan fasilitas yang ada; (3) Pelatihan pada bidang pengolahan produk; (4) Pelaksanaan pelatihan distribusi dan pemasaran; (5) Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan.Kata kunci : pemberdayaan, ekonomi kreatif, canang sariABSTRACTThe economic restoration after Mount Agung eruption has taken quite a long time, it is also related to the vigilance of the residents and some of the surrounding residents whom each lived outside the village. Meeting the daily needs of the family certainly cannot be delayed. Being the head of the household faces many challenges of daily living. Mount Agung eruption affected the surrounding area. One of the areas that were affected was Ababi Village, Abang District, Karangasem Regency. Many women in the area have lost their daily jobs. Despite the impact of the eruption, PKK women in Abianjero staying resilient in facing this challenges. The implementation of the Community Partnership Program through the method of implementing the Community Partnership Program, the activities resulting: (1) Increase in Canang Sari production; (2) The improvement of community economy and the entrepreneurial spirit. The results of the Community Partnership Program activities are: (1) Guiding business management; (2) Utilization training and the use of existing facilities and infrastructure to maximize existing facilities; (3) Training in the field of product processing; (4) Implementation of distribution and marketing training; (5) Financial management training.Keywords: empowerment, creative economy, canang sari
