Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal provisions of boycotting Israeli products in the perspective of Ijtihad Nahdhatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. The method used is a descriptive-analytical method with a qualitative approach. The source of this research data comes from litelature studies. Data analysis is carried out through the process of inventory, classification, and data analysis. The results of this study are: 1) the boycott law of Israeli products in the concept of ijtihad NU is mandatory if it is believed and known that profits from the sale of such products by Israel are used to help launch attacks against Palestinians. However, if it is not believed and it is not known for certain that the profits obtained from the sale of these products are to help fight the Palestinians, then buying Israeli products is not obligatory but makhruh because in a war situation that allows the use of profits for war; 2) In the concept of Muhammadiyah ijtihad, boycotting Israeli products becomes fardhu 'ain for Palestinians and fardhu kifayah for Muslims in other countries. Likewise, the law of boycotting products from branch companies and parties that clearly support Israel is mandatory, while boycotting products from local shops and hawkers is discouraged because it results in greater madharat. So that compliance with the MUI Fatwa related to boycotting Israeli products must be adjusted to the situation and conditions.

Abstract

The study of the Qur'an is a fundamental obligation for every Muslim, playing an important role in shaping religious character from an early age. This research explores the problems and solutions in learning to read and write the Qur'an at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) Al-Huda, Darat Sawah Village, Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency. The main focus of this research is to analyze the learning process, identify the obstacles faced, and develop effective solutions to improve the quality of education in TPQ. The methodology used is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The research subjects consisted of the head of TPQ, educators, students, guardians of students, and students. Data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The data credibility test was carried out by extending participation, diligent observation, triangulation of methods, and data sources. The results of the study showed various problems in learning to read and write the Qur'an, including the difficulty of students in understanding the material, lack of family support, low interest in learning religion, the number of materials taught, monotonous teaching methods and media, limited facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of quality of teachers. The solutions identified include more attention from teachers, memorization at home, giving supportive assignments, variations in teaching methods, support from the government, counseling on the importance of religious knowledge to the community, regular meetings with students' parents, providing motivation to students, and teacher coaching or training. This research contributes significantly to the field of education by providing in-depth insights into the challenges and solutions in learning to read and write the Qur'an. This finding is expected to be a reference for other TPQs and similar educational institutions in an effort to improve the effectiveness and quality of Qur'an education in Indonesia. The results of the study also emphasize the importance of collaboration between teachers, families, and the government in creating a conducive and sustainable learning environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMPN 35 Berasrama Kaur dan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam meningkatan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMPN 35 Berasrama Kaur. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat diskriptif. Waktu dan tempat penelitian ini yaitu bertempat di desa Gedung Sako II Kec. Kaur Tengah Kab. Kaur yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 Juli S/D 6 Seftember. Data dan sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, Tekhnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tekhnik Keabsahan data pada penelitian ini yaitu mengunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tekhnik. Tekhnik analisis data yaitu menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Adapun Hasil dari penelitian yaitu menyimpulka bahwa strategi dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap siswa di SMPN 35 Berasrama Kaur yaitu, 1. Mengutamakan adab dari pada ilmu (fauqul i’lim) artinya adab lebih diutamakan dari pada ilmu 2. Menjadi teladan (uswatun hasanah) yaitu memberikan contoh yang baik dari segala aspek 3. Pembiasaan, dengan adanya pembiasaan maka akan terbentuk dalam dirinya zaukiyah atau perasaan atau iman yang kuat yang terpancar dihatinya, 4. Nasehat, nasehat yang dilakukan baik secara berkelompok seperti kegiatan kuliah subuh ataupun secara individu. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap siswa yaitu, 1. Faktor pendukung a). Lingkungan, lingkungan yang kondusif dapat memberi ketenangan bagi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar b). Adanya program-program keagamaan yang terstruktur yang mengharuskan anak-anak untuk mengikutinya. 2. Faktor penghamabat a). Latar belakang pendidikan, siswa/siswi yang masuk di SMPN 35 Berasrama Kaur sewaktu di Sekolah Dasar (SD) bukannya siswa/siswi yang intelektual b). keterpaksaan, tempat tinggal siswa yang jauh dari sekolah membuat mereka mengharuskan bersekolah di SMPN 35 Berasrama Kaur.
