Abstract

Humans are basically inseparable from education in carrying out life. The implementation and development of educational studies must also be adapted to the conditions and social situations that exist in the community. The main focus of Goal 4 on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is to provide inclusive quality education or to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to get good quality of education. In fact, Indonesia is still struggling in the quality of teacher issue. In the school year of 2019/2020, there are 8.98% unqualified teachers and headmasters on primary school level, 6.16% on junior high school level, 10.07% on senior high school level, and 10% on vocational high school level. Cumulatively, from primary school level to vocational high school level, there are 247.462 unqualified teachers and headmasters in Indonesia. This is a serious problem, considering that teachers are important component in determining the quality of education itself. In this research, UI/UX design prototype of learning web application named “IdeIn” was developed using Design Thinking method that consists of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. The main focus of this learning web application is to provides an opportunity to the whole community to support education in Indonesia by conducting online classes.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the business units that play an important role in economic growth and development in Indonesia. MSMEs are also one of the supporters of the economy in Indonesia, especially for the lower and middle class people. MSMEs have a strategic role in the government's efforts to overcome poverty and unemployment, because MSMEs can absorb labor so that unemployment due to not absorbing the labor force in the world of work is reduced. The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the whole world, globally, including Indonesia, of course has an impact on various sectors, especially in the economic sector. The call to prevent the chain of spreading this virus requires people to stay at home and reduce activities outside the home. All aspects of life are affected and forced to change the pattern of life, work patterns, thinking patterns and other patterns that humans run. The negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has hampered the growth of MSMEs. Indonesia, which is dominated by MSMEs as the backbone of the national economy, is affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, not only in terms of production and income but also in the number of workers that must be reduced and others. MSMEs lack resilience and flexibility in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic due to several things, such as the low level of digitalization, difficulties in accessing technology and a lack of understanding of strategies to survive in business. Kata kunci : MSMEs, economy, covid 19

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh kualitas terhadap keputusan pembelian Hijab Umama Gallery di Purwakarta. Metodologi/Pendekatan: Penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. 96 responden dilibatkan ini untuk selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS v.26. Hasil: Kualitas produk dirasakan sangat kuat oleh konsumen Hijab Umama Gallery, dengan keadaan keputusan pembelian pada daerah kontinum yang kuat. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 97,4%. Implikasi Praktis: Peningkatan kualitas produk perlu menjadi perhatian dalam mengembangkan bisnis sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Kebaruan: Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan literatur mengenai manajemen pemasaran.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran promosi, proses keputusan pembelian, dan pengaruh promosi terhadap proses keputusan pembelian konsumen di Delisa Delicious Kabupaten Purwakarta Metodologi/Pendekatan: Penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan pendekatan survey, deskriptif dan verifikatif sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden untuk selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis data dengan menggunakan software SPSS v.23.0. Hasil: Promosi dan proses keputusan pembelian yang dirasakan kuat oleh konsumen Delisa Delicious. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh Promosi terhadap Proses Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 52,1%. Implikasi Praktis: Peningkatan kualitas produk perlu menjadi perhatian dalam mengembangkan bisnis sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Kebaruan: Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan literatur mengenai manajemen pemasaran.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world has had a tremendous effect on lives. PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) followed by WFH (Work From Home) and also online learning are the consequences of the Covid- 19 pandemic. The very rapid progress in the world of information technology which is triggered by the internet and smart phones has changed all aspects of human life that lead to digital life. The knowledge and abilities of SMPIT Insan Rabbani teachers in the use and utilization of information and communication technology (ICT), especially SEVIMA EdLink, are still lacking. SEVIMA EdLink as a support for online learning that adapts to the needs of the digitalization era to produce the skills of teachers and students as a skilled and skilled workforce that is able to adapt to the demands and needs of IT-based learning by considering values including economic value, functional value , psychological value and creative value and innovative value. The results obtained are that theteacher can deliver teaching materials, make assignments and exams anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Digitalization Technology is currently growing and the benefits of using the internet are felt for its users. Some people feel dependent on the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in utilizing digitalization to run their business, especially for MSMEs. The purpose of this community service is to open an alternative discourse on the marketing process of existing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) products through digital media-based marketing efforts and maximize network-based communication-based marketing efforts that lead to increased marketing of these MSME products. This is an important factor considering that conventional marketing activities are hampered due to the spread of Covid-19 and because marketing through digital media has become a very broad opportunity as an alternative solution that can be offered on the one hand, and on the other hand, the use of digital media as a marketing tool is also necessary. get a high portion of attention from the government and other stakeholders to facilitate, educate and maintain and improve the marketing activities of MSME products.

Abstract

This year the world is experiencing a COVID-19 pandemic, so educators are witnessing the development of technology in all fields, including in the field of education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, educators must be brave in taking steps to make online learning an opportunity to transform education. There are several steps that can be considered together in transforming education, especially regarding online learning. The purpose of this service is to take this step by sharing knowledge regarding online learning methods which are currently very much needed during the COVID-19 pandemic by making e-learning training based on virtual classes with Google Classroom as a learning medium in Hudallinnas tutoring. Google Classroom is an internet-based service provided by Google with an e-learning system. So that it can be used as an efficient, effective and interactive learning media to support technology-based learning. Hudallinnas Tutoring plays a role in maintaining the continuity of learning so that it continues to run well during the pandemic. While the method used is the practical training method through the transfer of knowledge through training and simulations of Google Classroom application training which are carried out virtually with the hope of achieving equitable abilities in understanding and mastering the Google Classroom application to support online learning with the aim of increasing and increasing the knowledge and abilities of students. educators in using the Google Classroom application so that online learning activities can run effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is as a tool to find out what entrepreneurship means, because in a general sense, an entrepreneur is a person who carries out business activities that are characterized by intelligence or talent in recognizing new products, determining new production methods, arranging operations management for procuring new products, marketing them, as well as manage its operating capital. In addition to understanding the meaning of entrepreneurship, what must be owned by an entrepreneur in building his company. Then another goal is to find out what operational management is in the MSME business. Operational management itself has a meaning as a business area that focuses on the production process, as well as ensuring that maintenance and development take place effectively and efficiently. Operational management itself has the benefits and objectives of changing or transforming various resources owned by a large or small company, namely to organize and manage materials, production, inventory control, product quality control, and maintenance. Another purpose of this writing is to find out the operational management of the digital MSME business, namely INSOVIA. INSOVIA has implemented various operational management practices to build and develop its business in this digital era.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an activity that is consistently carried out to turn ideas into profitable business activities. Profitable business activities can be realized well if everyone can first cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship spirit itself has several characteristics, including forming an entrepreneurial spirit with an innovative and creative character so that the dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur will come true. In Indonesia very minimal employment has resulted in low employment, coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic which has disrupted the economy and workforce, thereby increasing the unemployment rate due to a large wave of layoffs. Entrepreneurship based on a creative and innovative attitude is expected to be one of the solutions in reducing unemployment because entrepreneurship based on a creative and innovative attitude will survive and thrive in difficult economic conditions. This activity is carried out online. The purpose of this activity is to take steps to realize entrepreneurship based on a creative and innovative attitude by sharing knowledge related to the formation of an entrepreneurial spirit with a creative and innovative character, facilitating and educating to commit to doing business until it succeeds.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the performance of public junior high school teachers in Purwakarta Regency by strengthening organizational culture, personality, trust, and work motivation. The research used Path Analysis and SITOREM Analysis to analyze the data. The study involved 1,831 teachers across 78 schools in 17 sub-districts. Results showed that organizational culture, personality, confidence, motivation, trust, and motivation significantly influenced teacher performance. The indicators that were maintained or developed were conscientiousness, agreeableness, emotional stability, support from superiors, teaching planning and preparation, application of teaching methods and strategies, use of learning media, and behavior in managing classes. The study also identified indicators that needed immediate improvement. The findings will be used as recommendations for teachers, principals, school supervisors, and related education offices.
