Abstract

Global warming is a central issue, so it needs strategic steps for organizations or companies to find solutions because it threatens the future. This article aims to provide an overview of the importance of research on the role of green marketing and customer retention in improving business performance, using the factor of tacit entrepreneurial knowledge as a moderating variable. This research is qualitative, using a library research approach. The results obtained six preparations: First, the more effective the implementation of green marketing by the organization, the more it will improve customer retention patterns. The second proposition, the more effective green marketing is, the more business performance will be—the third proposition, the stronger the customer retention, the stronger the effect on improving organizational performance. The fourth proposition, the higher tacit knowledge about entrepreneurship possessed by organizations and individuals followed up intensively through interaction with customers, the customer resistance will increase, and the higher tacit knowledge owned by organizations and individuals in it, the more effective it will be. Green marketing. The fifth proposition, the higher the organization's tacit knowledge and the individuals in it, the higher the organizational performance will be.

Abstract

When managed well, an organization's workforce's diversity of abilities may be a huge strategic advantage, fostering innovation and aiding in problem-solving abilities. Employers may encounter difficulties when employees work remotely and possess implicit knowledge. It is possible to transform seemingly ordinary knowledge into extraordinary knowledge when trustworthy management is in place. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this research attempts to examine the best knowledge management concepts, particularly those linked to tacit knowledge management. In order to obtain relevant and reliable results, we employ discourse analysis and narrative analysis procedures after accumulating data from literature, articles, and prior study notes using documentation techniques. This will also assist in developing the concept into a large, clear, and understandable thought. These results suggest that only in organizations with robust knowledge management systems can organizational innovation and issue solving take place. These results support the knowledge management hypothesis and offer further evidence that entrepreneurs can overcome the challenges posed by distant workers who possess tacit knowledge by maximizing knowledge management.

Abstract

AbstractThere is still little empirical research that has been conducted on the impact of internal and external integration on the innovative capabilities of companies and competitive advantage through shared knowledge. Barriers to the KM process hinder the generation, storage, distribution and application of knowledge, which in turn will hinder OL. This study aims to combine the concepts of internal knowledge sharing, coopetition and the concept of external knowledge integration, as well as organizational learning capabilities by controlling barriers to the knowledge management process to produce innovation and increase organizational competitiveness and become a characteristic of a new leader. Using a critical review approach, we combine it with the Islamic worldview, namely taqwa, so that a single stone concept emerges which we call Taqwa Sharing Knowledge Integration. The birth of this new concept will have an impact on the birth of a leader who is able to overcome obstacles and invite people inside and outside the organization to share knowledge and be able to capture and integrate their knowledge to be processed into innovation and increase competitiveness based on taqwa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap potensi storytelling dalam melestarikan budaya lokal dan mengembangkan pariwisata di desa wisata. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis peran storytelling dalam membangun identitas lokal, mempromosikan destinasi, dan memberdayakan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa storytelling memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk menjadi kekuatan pendorong dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Cerita rakyat yang kaya akan nilai-nilai budaya dapat diadaptasi menjadi berbagai bentuk narasi kreatif yang menarik minat wisatawan. Selain itu, storytelling juga dapat memperkuat rasa memiliki dan kebanggaan masyarakat terhadap warisan budayanya. Namun, pengembangan storytelling di desa wisata masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti kurangnya sumber daya dan kapasitas. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak untuk mendukung pengembangan storytelling yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini mengevaluasi Program WASESA (Warga Semarang Sadar Adminduk) di Kelurahan Nongkosawit, Kota Semarang, yang bertujuan menjembatani kesenjangan digital dalam layanan administrasi kependudukan (adminduk). Kesenjangan digital terutama dialami warga lanjut usia yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami aplikasi digital seperti Si'Dnok dan Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD), serta rendahnya pengalaman dan minat terhadap teknologi. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, tim mahasiswa Universitas Wahid Hasyim menerapkan pendekatan edukatif melalui sosialisasi kelompok kecil, penggunaan bahasa yang mudah dipahami, dan praktik langsung menggunakan gawai.  Metode yang digunakan dalam Kegiatan ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggali dan memahami pengalaman serta prespektif terkait masyarakat layanan adminduk digital. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap layanan adminduk digital. Keberhasilan program didukung oleh keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa sebagai pendamping digital serta kolaborasi dengan pihak kelurahan dan Disdukcapil. Namun, memiliki keterbatasan terutama dari sisi durasi pelaksanaan yang singkat dan jumlah pendamping yang terbatas. Program WASESA berpotensi untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain, sejalan dengan arah kebijakan nasional mengenai transformasi digital. Keberlanjutan program membutuhkan strategi jangka panjang yang melibatkan sinergi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan lembaga pendidikan. Pendampingan lanjutan juga diperlukan agar masyarakat tidak kembali bergantung pada layanan manual, sehingga digitalisasi adminduk dapat berlangsung secara konsisten dan inklusif

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam layanan administrasi kependudukan menjadi prioritas nasional untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas publik. Pemerintah Kota Semarang merespons dengan meluncurkan aplikasi SiDnOK (Sistem Informasi Dokumen Online Kota Semarang) sebagai bagian dari program WASESA (Warga Semarang Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan). Artikel ini menyajikan kontribusi nyata dalam praktik pengabdian masyarakat melalui kegiatan pendampingan individu terhadap warga Kelurahan Nongkosawit dalam pengajuan pindah domisili secara daring. Pendampingan dilakukan selama satu hari dengan pendekatan personal dan edukatif, melibatkan mahasiswa, Ketua RT, serta warga yang belum familiar dengan layanan digital. Kegiatan meliputi edukasi penggunaan aplikasi, bantuan teknis, hingga monitoring proses pengajuan dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi pendampingan dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kemandirian warga dalam memanfaatkan layanan digital. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur praktik PKM berbasis teknologi dan menunjukkan efektivitas kolaborasi antara masyarakat, tokoh lokal, dan institusi pendidikan dalam memperkecil kesenjangan literasi digital di wilayah pinggiran

Abstract

The Sultan Agung Syariah Consumer Cooperative (KOPMENSA) faces challenges in enhancing its performance due to ineffective management and insufficient revenue sources. Strengthening internal regulations is deemed crucial to address these issues, focusing on the formulation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the selection of competent leaders. The community service method involved assistance in administrative improvements and entrepreneurship training for members. The results indicate that the implementation of sound regulations and adaptive leadership can significantly enhance KOPMENSA's performance. These findings underscore the importance of developing internal regulations and selecting the right managers for the sustainability and effectiveness of the cooperative
