Abstract

This study examines the transformative role of digital tools in reshaping key functions of Human Resource Management (HRM), including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement. Employing a mixed-method approach, it integrates quantitative survey data with qualitative insights from HR professionals to assess the impact of digital technologies on HR functions. The results indicate a 35% improvement in recruitment effi ciency, enhanced employee development, and significant advances in perfor- mance management through the adoption of digital tools. Moreover, digital engagement platforms have reduced employee turnover, particularly in remote work environments. Despite these benefits, challenges such as resistance to change and digital skill gaps persist, requiring attention for successful imple- mentation. The study contributes to academic literature by addressing these challenges and offering practical guidance for organizations. Future research should explore the long-term effects of digital transformation and the role of emerging technologies like blockchain in further revolutionizing HRM prac- tices.

Abstract

This study examines the potential of collaborative learning platforms to promote edupreneurship in underprivileged regions, with a specific focus on the role of persuasive communication by volunteers at Gubuk Literasi. During the COVID-19 pandemic, increased smartphone usage led to a notable decline in children reading interest, particularly in rural areas. Gubuk Literasi addresses this issue by fostering a reading culture through innovative volunteer-driven approaches that emphasize personalized communication, engaging language, and effective time management. This research employs a qualitative methodology, collecting both primary and secondary data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that persuasive communication significantly influences children willingness to read, with strategies such as active listening, collaborative discussions, and reward systems proving particularly effective. This study underscores the importance of volunteer efforts in creating an inclusive and sustainable learning ecosystem. By leveraging collaborative platforms, initiatives like Gubuk Literasi not only enhance literacy but also serve as a model for edupreneurship, empowering communities to address educational disparities and drive socio-economic growth in underprivileged regions. These insights contribute to a broader understanding of how localized educational innovations can align with global development goals, providing actionable strategies for expanding access to quality education.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving landscape of social media, effective communication adaptation is crucial for enhancing user interaction and engagement. This study explores the role of AI-based decision support systems in innovating how social media users adapt their communication styles to diverse contexts and audiences. Leveraging intelligent algorithms, the research investigates mechanisms that enable dynamic analysis and personalized recommendations to improve message clarity, relevance, and impact. By integrating data riven insights and machine learning models, the system supports users in crafting adaptive and persuasive communication strategies that resonate with their network. The findings highlight the potential of combining expert systems with advanced computational techniques to facilitate real-time decision making in social interactions online. This approach not only enhances the quality of communication but also fosters more meaningful connections across heterogeneous user groups. The study contributes practical implications for developers and practitioners aiming to design intelligent platforms that empower social media users with innovative tools for communication adaptation, ultimately driving more effective and engaging digital experiences.

Abstract

Digital transformation (DT) is essential for enhancing competitiveness, ef- ficiency, and innovation in the digital era. However, Small and Medium En- terprises (SMEs) in Indonesia face significant barriers to adopting digital tech- nologies due to limited resources, lack of digital skills, and environmental con- straints. This study aims to assess the organizational readiness and identifybarriers to DT adoption among Indonesian SMEs using the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) framework. A survey of 210 SMEs from various sectors was conducted to evaluate their readiness levels and perceived barriers. The results indicate that while SMEs show moderate technological readiness, organizational readiness remains low, primarily due to inadequate human re- source competencies, resistance to change, and limited financial capacity. Addi- tionally, environmental factors such as regulatory uncertainty and weak institu- tional support further impede progress. This study contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the specific challenges faced by SMEs in emerging economies, particularly Indonesia. Based on the findings, the study offers prac- tical recommendations for policymakers, industry associations, and SME own- ers to enhance organizational readiness and mitigate barriers, accelerating the digital transformation process for SMEs in Indonesia.
