Abstract

This business study aimed to discuss the motivation of bank customers to choose Internet Banking. We believe that customers choose internet banking for various reasons and motivations, so most bank service users switch to the Internet service system. We do the proof and discussion by obtaining supporting data from various sources of data information such as books and other scientific data. Before completing the discussion, it goes through an in-depth analysis process and accurate data hypotheses to get a valid answer. Based on the study and discussion, we can conclude that the motivation of customers to choose internet bank services includes convenience, cost-effective, flexible transactions, and following the technological era where services are getting more accessible, cheaper, and faster. It is hoped that this will be important for further studies.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how Increasing Online Marketplace as a Strategy to Increase Income for Micro Business Actors. The method of this research is This research is a type of literature research; This means that the information materials used come from library sources in the form of books, encyclopedias, magazines, journals, newspapers, journals, and others. The form of this research is descriptive, analytical, and critical. Therefore, the author can comprehensively describe how Local Marketplace Development is a Strategy for Increasing Income of MSME Actors. The results of this research are Good business education and financial management are essential to strengthen micro businesses in the long term. The key to success for micro businesses lies in adapting to market changes, product innovation, and efficient management, while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study explore the effect of Product Quality on Repurchase Intention, mediated by Word of Mouth, in traditional Dayak cuisine restaurants in Palangka Raya City. The research aims to analyze how product quality influences customer satisfaction and the likelihood of repeat visits. Employing a quantitative descriptive method, data was collected from customers of Kedai Om Nun and Rumah Makan Samba using a structured questionnaire. The findings reveal that product quality significantly affects repurchase intention, both directly and indirectly through word of mouth. High-quality products lead to positive consumer experiences, fostering word-of-mouth promotion that encourages repeat purchases. These results suggest that maintaining product quality is essential for enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction in the culinary sector.
