Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin masif memiliki dampak positif dan negatif terhadap kegiatan bisnis. Dampak ini terjadi akibat berbagai tindakan kejahatan dunia maya yang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang digunakan. Serangan siber terhadap pelaku atau pemilik usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dapat mengakibatkan risiko kerugian reputasi dan keuangan. Langkah-langkah perlindungan diperlukan untuk mencegah kerugian tersebut, dimulai dengan meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya keamanan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metodologi dan hasil pedoman penilaian keamanan informasi (PAMAN KAMI) yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN). National Institute of Standards and Technology Interagency Report 7621 Revision 1 (NISTIR 7621 Rev 1) adalah kerangka kerja keamanan siber untuk mengukur usaha kecil, namun perlu disesuaikan agar mudah dipahami dan digunakan. PAMAN KAMI mengubahnya menjadi pertanyaan yang dapat dijawab sendiri. Kesadaran dan kematangan keamanan siber diukur pada tahun 2020 - 2022 dengan total 964 UMKM berpartisipasi. Namun, hanya 844 UMKM yang mengisi PAMAN KAMI dengan hasil penilaian didominasi oleh kategori BURUK dan KURANG. Penelitian ini juga memvalidasi tingkat literasi keamanan informasi, terutama di UMKM, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk langkah-langkah mitigasi siber

Abstract

Pemilihan duta Generasi Berencana (GenRe) bertujuan tegar remaja yang berperilaku sehat, terhindar dari resiko tiga kesehatan reproduksi remaja, menunda usia pernikahan, dan memiliki perencanaan kehidupan berkeluarga untuk mewujudkan keluarga kecil bahagia dan sejahtera. Pemilihan Duta GenRe dimulai dari tahun 2010 hingga saat ini, dimana jumlah peserta setiap tahunnya ± 30 pasang dan hanya 1 pasang yang terpilih. Masalah yang muncul masih ada unsur penilaian secara subjektif dan ada beberapa peserta yang memiliki nilai yang sama sehingga menyulitkan pihak pengambil keputusan untuk menentukan mana yang terbaik, untuk itu diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan.Metode yang digunakan adalah SMART. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, sistem ini dapat membantu pihak pengambil keputusan dalam menentukan alternatif terbaik menjadi duta GenRe untuk Laki Laki dengan nilai tertinggi 0,8 dan Perempuan dengan nilai tertinggi 0,9 dan dengan adanya sistem ini proses pemilihannya menjadi lebih objektif dan mudah.

Abstract

This research examines the use of taboo language in the film Uncut Gems, focusing on identifying the types of taboo language and their functions. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study analyzes linguistic features within the film. The findings reveal four types of taboo language: vulgarity (69 occurrences, 61%), epithet (30 occurrences, 26%), obscenity (12 occurrences, 10%), and profanity (3 occurrences, 3%). Each type serves distinct functions in the narrative, including being provocative, showing contempt, drawing attention, and mocking authority. The most frequent function was provocation (65 occurrences, 61%), followed by showing contempt (23 occurrences, 21%), drawing attention (19 occurrences, 17%), and mocking authority (1 occurrence, 1%). Taboo language plays a crucial role in intensifying the film's emotional impact and enhancing the portrayal of complex social dynamics. This study contributes to understanding how language in film serves as a tool for narrative depth and audience engagement, offering insights into the interplay between language, story, and social context in cinema.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of learning motivation, learning style, and learning environment on social studies learning outcomes for class V students. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research (Ex Post Facto). The subjects used in this research were class V students with a total of 83 class V students in Gugus I Panakkukang District, Makassar City. The instruments used in this research are instruments, namely tests, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive tests and inferential tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, path analysis, simple and multiple regression). Abstract

This study was prompted by the importance of technology in language learning, especially in improving students' speaking abilities. One of the technologies used is the Loora application, a mobile-based language learning (MALL) application that uses AI to provide automatic feedback and simulate everyday conversations. This study investigates how the Loora application improves students' speaking ability. The study population was 9th-grade students at MTs Al-manar in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, with a sample of 20 students selected through purposive sampling. The research method used was classroom action research, which consisted of two cycles. Data collection was conducted through a pre-test as a diagnostic test, and a post-test was conducted each cycle to measure the improvement of students' speaking ability and interviews to understand students' experience using this application. The results showed a significant improvement in accuracy (pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar) and speaking fluency. The highest increase occurred in the vocabulary aspect, with a percentage increase of 38.49%, followed by grammar by 22.05% and pronunciation by 17.72%. Meanwhile, speaking fluency increased by 17.57%. From the analysis, the accuracy aspect experienced a higher increase than fluency, where the accuracy score increased by 21.22% and fluency by 17.57%. The interview results confirmed the students' improved speaking skills and highlighted their favorable experiences with the Loora app. They felt more confident in speaking after using Loora, and they appreciated the automatic feedback feature that helped them correct mistakes and better understand English. This positive experience underscores the app's user-friendliness, which is encouraging for both educators and app developers. This research shows that the Loora application can be a learning media that significantly improves students' speaking abilities. Educators are advised to consider using MALL-based technology when teaching languages, as it can enhance students' speaking ability. These findings can potentially be used by application developers to increase the interactive elements of their language learning apps, hence increasing their potency in developing students' speaking abilities.

Abstract

Work station. This study is a type of case study. The data collection technique used is to collect defective product data at each observation and documentation station. The data analysis technique used in this study is (1) collecting information about the number of defective products. (2) Processing the data to find out which sector has the most potential to cause product damage. (3) Analyzing the processed data using the FAILURE Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) methods. The results of the study prove that FAILURE Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) determine the SOD and RPN values derived from determining potential failure modes. This was obtained through field studies by looking directly at each work station that was a failure factor. in the production process, looking directly at the production process data for 1 month, then making a weighting table, Occurrence.

Abstract

Technology is developing very rapidly and continues to change from year to year. Therefore, the latest digital marketing trends will continue to emerge which are adapted to the conditions and situations of that year, but there are still some groups of people who do not understand the importance of digital trends, because competition for marketplaces or online shopping sites in Indonesia is currently getting tighter, the competition that is happening is not only from domestic shopping sites but also foreign ones that have entered the domestic market. This research aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction, trust and ease of use on customer loyalty in the Shopee marketplace in Dwikora sub-district, Medan Helvetia sub-district. This type of quantitative research with the independent variables used in this research is satisfaction, trust and ease of use and the dependent variable used is customer loyalty. The population used in this research is all people in Medan Helvetia sub-district. This research took samples using a purposive sampling method and there were 100 respondents who were deemed worthy of being research criteria. The research results show that partially and simultaneously satisfaction, trust and ease of use have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.
