Abstract

The data presented in this research is an observational cross-province study of life expectancy and pension funds. The data were extracted from the published database of Statistic Indonesia and Indonesia Financial Services Authority, covering a period of 2015 to 2019. The collected data were analyzed; using a panel data regression model on random effect assumptions with Generalized Least Squares. The finding of this research shows that there is a positive and significant effect of life expectancy on pension funds. This research paper data will assist in promoting the opportunity for pensions fund business or institution.

Abstract

The study specifically examines the clout of quality of service, value perception, and image of destination on visitor attitudes and loyalty. The sample was chosen utilizing purposive sampling means from tourists who visited beach tourism destinations in Lampung Province at least 2 times between 2021 and 2023, consisting of 330 respondents. In this study, data is analyzed based on the SEM method. The results of this study indicate that service quality and destination image affect visitor attitudes, but perceived value does not affect visitor attitudes. Service quality, perceived value, and destination image affect visitor loyalty, while visitor attitudes do not affect visitor loyalty. Then, visitor attitudes are unable to act as a mediating variable that connects service quality, perceived value, and destination image with visitor loyalty. The recent findings present prominent research inferences for expanding lore about the loyalty of destination means, especially those rivets on coastal tourism destinations. Studi ini secara khusus meneliti efek kualitas layanan, persepsi nilai, dan citra destinasi terhadap sikap dan loyalitas pengunjung. Sampel diambil memakai metode purposive sampling dari wisatawan yang mengunjungi destinasi wisata pantai di Provinsi Lampung minimal 2 kali antara tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2023, terdiri dari 330 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, data dianalisis berdasarkan metode SEM. Hasil kajian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas layanan dan citra destinasi memengaruhi sikap pengunjung, tetapi persepsi nilai tidak memengaruhi sikap pengunjung. Kualitas pelayanan, persepsi nilai, dan citra destinasi berdampak pada loyalitas pengunjung, sedangkan sikap pengunjung tidak berdampak pada loyalitas pengunjung. Kemudian, sikap pengunjung tidak mampu berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang menghubungkan kualitas layanan, persepsi nilai, dan citra destinasi dengan loyalitas pengunjung. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penelitian yang signifikan untuk memperluas pengetahuan tentang proses loyalitas destinasi, terutama yang berfokus pada destinasi wisata pantai.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has triggered the journey of life with a new order, in order to adapt to the situation in dealing with disruptions caused by the pandemic. The government, through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, implements standards and guidelines for the protocol for Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability in the tourism sector. Of course this must be applied to all business actors in the tourism industry, including service and beverage providers, which is one of it is bakery. As a tourism owner or entrepreneur and employer, it is important to participate in implementing the CHSE protocol in the business environment. For this purpose, it is important to evaluate the application of the CHSE. In order to achieve that purpose, it is necessary to conduct a research by analyzing the internal factors, the strengths and weaknesses, in the implementation of CHSE, as the objective of this research. This research is a pilot research project. The sample of this research is a brand of bakery business with some branches in the city of Palembang. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to employees and employers during the fourth quarter of 2021. The results of this study indicate that in the bakery business it can be said that in the implementation of CHSE, the business has more strength factors compared to the weakness factor, which means that the CHSE implementation activities that have been carried out are good, by employees and employers.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether facilities affect the decision to stay at one of accommodation facilities in Palembang. This research method is a quantitative method, and the sampling method of this research is cluster sampling, namely customers staying at the hotel with a total of 90 respondents. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire survey methods and literature studies. The test of data analysis of the instrument used is a test of validity and reliability. The classical assumption test uses the normality test and the hypothesis test using simple linear regression analysis methods, the coefficient of determination, and the t test. The results of the study through simple regression analysis are Y = 14.485 + 0.571X. The constant is 14.485, meaning that if the facility variable has a fixed or constant value, then the overnight decision is 14.485. This means that it is not affected by the facility variable, then the stay decision will still be valued at 14,485. The regression coefficient of 0.571 means that if the facility variable increases, the Stay Decision will increase by 0.571 units assuming the other variables remain constant. The results of the R2 value analysis of this study are known to be 0.326. So that the influence of facilities on the decision to stay at the hotel is 32.6%, while the remaining 67.4% is influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that facilities influence the decision to stay. The resulting t-test value is 6.517, while the ttable is 1.662. Therefore H0 is rejected, which means that there is an overall influence of the facility on the decision to stay.

Abstract

Penelitian terkait kinerja karwayan, motivasi kerja, maupun disiplin kerja karyawan sudah banyak dilakukan. Namun, dari sejumlah penelitian yang ada, beberapa penelitan masih kurang dalam membahas validitas konstruk pada instrument yang dipakai di dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas skala motivasi kerja, skala disiplin, dan kinerja karyawan perusahaan bank di Palembang Sumatera Selatan. Uji validitas yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur seberapa valid dan reliabel instrument dari motivasi kerja, displin, dan kinerja karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) serta software Mplus 8.0 untuk menguji validitas alat ukur. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas konstruk menggunakan CFA diperoleh bahwa alat ukur kuesioner motivasi kerja dinyatakan fit dengan model multidimensi. Untuk model skala disiplin kerja, uji CFA menunjukkan nilai RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error Of Approximation) Estimate sebesar 0,151 90 Percent C.I. 0,112 0,190 Probability RMSEA <= .05 yang berarti model skala disiplin dikatakan tidak fit. Hal ini dikarenakan terdapat 2 item skala yang tidak signifikan (<1,96). Model skala disiplin kerja pada penelitian ini telah dimodifikasi dengan menghilangkan 2 item dan hasilnya fit. Maka uji validitas pada skala disiplin kerja telah dinyatakan fit. Maka skala motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan yang telah dimodifikasi dan divalidasi secara signifikan mampu mengukur indikator-indikator yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility is mandatory for companies in Indonesia. It is primarily implemented in the company's Ring 1 area, namely in areas where communities are most disturbed by the presence and activities of corporations and are directly involved with corporate activities. One of the implementations of corporate social responsibility at PT Pertamina EP Prabumulih Field is through the Empowered Women, Managing Waste Together (MUDA BERSAMA) Program. This research took the form of qualitative field research to examine the program. The research results show that the Empowered Women, Managing Waste Together (MUDA BERSAMA) Program is a community development activity in the field of environmentally friendly, healthy and sustainable agriculture in Patih Galung Village, West Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City. The main actor running this program is the Kemuning Women Farmers Group (KWT). Some of its activities include planting organic vegetables and Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA), making processed products, making compost, Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) and Local Microorganisms (MOL). There is also the Matoa Women Farmers Group (KWT) which focuses on managing organic waste in their area. The MUDA BERSAMA program has directly benefited 30 members and indirectly benefited 657 residents of Patih Galung Village. The program has four impact categories, which also represent concrete examples of the Village SDGs launched in Indonesia: nature, economy, well-being, and society.

Abstract

Poverty is the socio-economic condition of individuals or groups whose fundamental rights to maintain and develop a decent life are unmet. The poverty rate in Bojonegoro was 12.21% in 2022. In order to solve this problem, a poverty model is needed to serve as a reference for the further development of Bojonegoro district. This study aimed to determine the impact of social aid and APBD on poverty in Bojonegoro district. The methodology used in this study is his SEM-PLS quantitative research modeling of poverty using the WarpPLS application. The data sources for this study are the following secondary data in the form of Bojonegoro District Poverty Data, Area Appropriations Budget (APBD), and Social Aid (Bansos) from 2019 to 2022. Survey data were accessed online through the official website. Information from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Satu Data Bojonegoro website. The results of this study show that SEM-PLS was applied correctly, and satisfactory results were obtained in terms of overall fit size, measured fit size, and structural fit size. The analysis results show that the variable APBD significantly impacts poverty with a proportion of -0.91. It means that the higher the realization of APBD, the lower the existing poverty rate. Social Aid variables up to -0.09 do not significantly impact poverty. It means that the amount of social benefits you receive does not affect poverty. The conclusion is that the factors that influence poverty in Bojonegoro district are its APBD variables.
