Abstract

Hasil belajar mahasiswa dapat menjadi sebuah informasi yang sangat penting terhadap kemajuan pembelajaran di sebuah Perguruan tinggi. Evaluasi hasil belajar diperlukan untuk menghindari mahasiswa yang lulus tidak tepat waktu, mahasiswa mengundurkan diri, meningkatkan prestasi mahasiswa, dan bahan evaluasi perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya. Evaluasi mahasiswa dilakukan secara terus menerus minimal sekali setiap semesternya, apabila dilakukan secara manual maka membutuhkan upaya dan waktu tersendiri sehingga tidak efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini mengajukan analisis hasil belajar mahasiswa dengan teknik clustering. Clustering merupakan metode data mining untuk pengelompokan data, salah satunya adalah metode K-Means. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: data collection, preprocessing, seleksi fitur, clustering menggunakan metode simple K-Means dengan tool Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis (WEKA) dan perhitungan jarak menggunakan Euclidean Distance dan analisa cluster. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengelompokan hasil belajar mahasiswa menggunakan variabel IPK memberikan Sum of Squared Errors (SSE) lebih kecil dibandingkan pengelompokan dengan variabel nilai di setiap mata kuliah. Rata-rata SSE yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,1135 dari 4 kali percobaan. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode clustering menggunakan K-Means bisa digunakan untuk mengelompokan nilai mahasiswa dan menganalis hasil belajar mahasiswa setiap semesternya sehingga memudahkan dalam evaluasi mahasiswa.

Abstract

The number of new students registering at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Purwokerto from 2010 to 2023 has increased and decreased. This fluctuating pattern is a problem faced in determining strategies to attract new students to register. Large fluctuations in student numbers can cause instability in school revenues, which affects all operational aspects and will impact the school's reputation in the eyes of the community and prospective students. In this regard, it is necessary to take action, namely forecasting the number of new students registering for the 2024/2025 academic year. The aim of this research is to determine the prediction of the number of prospective new students at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Purwokerto using theDouble Exponential Smoothing Brown in the 2024/2025 academic year. From the research results, it was obtained that the number of new students in the 2024/2025 academic year was based on overall data on students who registered with the best α parameter α = 0.2 with a value ofMAD = 6,02, MSE = 68,37, andMAP= 20.23%, namely 42 students. The forecast for the number of new students registering at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Purwokerto based on overall data from the school has increased from the previous year. Value resultsMAPshows that the forecasting that has been carried out falls into the category of adequate forecasting method capabilities so that it can be used to predict the number of new students enrolling at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Purwoketo and the predicted value for the following year can be known.Keywords: predictions, forecasting, new students, Double Exponential Smoothing Brown

Abstract

Pacitan memiliki banyak tempat wisata menarik namun Pacitan belum memiliki sistem untuk pengelolaan informasi wisata. Pengunjung harus mengumpulkan informasi wisata satu per satu dan ada banyak objek wisata Pacitan yang belum diketahui untuk dijadikan alternatif kunjungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pariwisata di Kabupaten Pacitan berdasarkan System Usability Scale (SUS). Tahap penelitian yaitu studi literatur, pengumpulan informasi, perancangan dan pengembangan sistem serta analisis kepuasan pengguna menggunakan metode SUS beserta perbaikannya. Tahap analisis menghasilkan kebutuhan pengguna dan diagram aktivitas serta diagram use case. Tahap perancangan menghasilkan Class Diagram dan ERD serta perancangan antarmuka sistem kemudian dilakukan implementasi yaitu pembuatan program, pengujian dan implementasi. Sistem dianalisis skala kebergunaannya menggunakan metode SUS. Skor SUS diperoleh nilai 71 dengan nilai C. Net Promoter Score kriteria pasif, acceptable dan adjective dengan kategori ok. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi sarana bagi pengunjung Pacitan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pariwisata di Pacitan.

Abstract

Education plays a vital role in a nation's progress, particularly in the digital era, which demands the integration of technology into teaching and learning processes. Digital-native generations, such as Generation Z and Alpha, who are familiar with technology, require a learning approach based on digital tools. However, in Pacitan Regency, the implementation of digital learning media faces challenges such as inadequate facilities, limited training and low digital literacy among teachers. This study aims to enhance teachers' competencies through training in the use of digital learning applications, namely DGMATH (Digital Mathematics) and DGDL (Digital Differentiation Learning). DGMATH is an Android-based application designed for elementary school students, offering mathematics content in an interactive educational game format.DGDL, a web-based application, supports differentiated learning,  enabling teachers to adapt materials   to students' individual needs. Both applications have been tested and proven to increase students' motivation and learning outcomes.  The training was conducted at AKN Pacitan, involving 30 elementary and junior high school teachers. Evaluation results showed that all four trainin indicators—content, facilitator quality, facilities, and benefits—received scores above 80%, indicating the effectiveness of the training. Participants reported increased confidence in utilizing technology to create interactive and meaningful learning experiences. This training contributes to improving the quality of education by empowering teachers with digital literacy skills. Recommendations include sustaining the training program, developing application features, and expanding participant outreach to support the transformation of technology-based education in remote areas like PacitanPelatihan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Digital (DGMATH dan DGDL) bagi Guru SD dan SMP di Kabupaten PacitanABSTRAKPendidikan berperan vital dalam kemajuan bangsa, terutama di era digital yang menuntut integrasi teknologi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Generasi digital  native  seperti  Generasi  Z  dan  Alpha  yang akrab dengan teknologi memerlukan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis digital. Namun, di Kabupaten Pacitan, implementasi media pembelajaran digital masih terkendala kurangnya fasilitas, minimnya pelatihan, dan rendahnya literasi digital guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran digital, yaitu DGMATH (Digital Matematika) dan DGDL (Digital Differentiation Learning). DGMATH adalah aplikasi berbasis Android yang dirancang untuk siswa SD, menghadirkan materi matematika dalam format game edukatif yang interaktif. DGDL, berbasis web, mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, memudahkan guru menyesuaikan materi sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Kedua aplikasi ini telah diuji dan terbukti meningkatkan motivasi serta hasil belajar siswa. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di AKN Pacitan dengan partisipasi 30 guru SD dan SMP. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan keempat indikator pelatihan, yakni materi, kualitas fasilitator, fasilitas, dan manfaat, memperoleh nilai >80%, menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan. Peserta  merasa  lebih  percaya diri  dalam memanfaatkan  teknologi  untuk menciptakan pembelajaran interaktif dan bermakna. Pelatihan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan  melalui  pemberdayaan  guru  dalam literasi digital. Keberlanjutan pelatihan, pengembangan fitur aplikasi, serta perluasan jangkauan peserta menjadi rekomendasi untuk mendukung transformasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi di daerah terpencil seperti Pacitan.Kata Kunci :DGMATH; Pembelajaran Diferensiasi; Media Pembelajaran Digital

Abstract

Technology has the potential to improve the quality and effectiveness of education, especially in remote areas. In Pacitan Regency, East Java, the challenges include limited educational resources and a lack of teaching methods capable of accommodating the diverse needs of students. This gap may impact educational quality, particularly for students with varying levels of understanding and interest. This study aims to design and develop the DGDL (Digital Differentiated Learning) to support differentiated learning in primary and junior high schools in Pacitan. The research employed a development research method, following a systematic approach to designing, developing, and evaluating the DGDL application. The process involved requirement analysis, system design, implementation using PHP, and iterative testing. The development process involved collaboration with the Pacitan Regency Education Office and several local primary and junior high schools. The application was tested through a series of trials involving representative teachers from these schools. Feedback from 17 respondents showed an average score of 4.43 on a scale of 1 to 5, this application was evaluated based on four key aspects: functionality, usability, security, and system performance indicating a high level of appreciation for the application's benefits. This application had proven to be an innovative and relevant solution to address educational challenges in Pacitan, particularly in promoting equitable understanding and enhancing learning quality for all students. Furthermore, future development is expected to adapt the application to various dynamic field conditions and improve its effectiveness in other remote areas.

Abstract

Proyek akhir digunakan sebagai syarat kelulusan umum bagi mahasiswa diploma atau strata satu. Banyak mahasiswa yang terkendala kelulusannya atau mungkin harus menambah beberapa semester karena proyek akhirnya yang belum juga diselesaikan. Hal inilah yang banyak terjadi pada beberapa mahasiswa semester akhir perguruan tinggi termasuk di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Pacitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Monitoring Proyek Akhir mahasiswa Akademi Komunitas Negeri Pacitan. Sistem ini akan memberikan informasi tentang progres pengerjaan PA dan hasil bimbingan mahasiswa sehingga riwayat proses bimbingan dan aktivitas mahasiswa dapat terekam dengan detail, tepat dan akurat. Desain kontrol dititikberatkan pada keamanan pengaksesan halaman, data dan informasi yang ada dengan menentukan tiga tingkatan user yaitu kepala program studi, dosen pembimbing dan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Tren peningkatan minat masyarakat untuk memelihara ikan hias selama pandemi covid-19 telah membuat permintaan ikan hias meningkat. Hal ini ditangkap oleh banyak kelompok masyarakat sebagai peluang usaha yang penjanjikan. Salah satu kelompok masyarakat ini menamai dirinya GCP (Grosir Cupang Ponorogo). Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya GCP mengalami kendala yakni komunikasi antara bagian pemasaran dengan bagian pembudidaya dan pemelihara. Melalui penelitian ini, dengan mengikuti kerangka daur hidup pengembangan perangkat lunak, dikembangkanlah pemecahkan masalah dengan membangun aplikasi katalog online berbasis mobile.

Abstract

The utilization of technology in education can be a key factor in enhancing the quality of learning, especially in areas with limited access, such as Pacitan Regency, East Java. The main challenges in this region include insufficient educational resources and a lack of flexible learning approaches to meet the diverse needs of students. These issues can result in disparities in learning quality, particularly for students with varying levels of ability and interest. This study focuses on developing a web-based Digital Differentiated Learning (DGDL) application using PHP programming language. The application is designed to assist teachers in creating, managing, and customizing instructional materials based on individual students' abilities, needs, and interests. With this approach, the learning process is expected to become more effective and inclusive. The development of DGDL was carried out in close collaboration with the Pacitan Regency Education Office and several elementary and junior high schools in the region. The application trial involved 17 teachers as representatives, and the evaluation results showed an average score of 4.43 on a scale of 1–5. This outcome reflects a high level of acceptance and appreciation for the application's benefits in supporting more targeted teaching. The findings of this research confirm that DGDL has the potential to be a relevant innovation for addressing educational challenges in Pacitan, particularly in promoting equitable access and quality of learning. Future development plans include adapting the application to dynamic field conditions and expanding its implementation to other regions facing similar challenges.

Abstract

The use of technology-based media can support students' creativity and optimize their learning outcomes, especially in mathematics, where many students often face difficulties. DGMATH AR is an augmented reality (AR)--based mathematics learning media designed to bring virtual animations into the real world in alignment with the learning material. This study aims to design AR-based learning media. The material used focuses on the properties of solid shapes for second-grade elementary school students. This research is a quantitative descriptive study involving users of the learning media, including teachers, students, and parents, as the subjects. The method employed is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The instrument used was a questionnaire based on the USE Questionnaire, comprising 30 statements grouped into four dimensions: usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, and satisfaction. The questionnaire was administered to 100 respondents. The results of the USE Questionnaire showed scores of 81.12% for usefulness, 82.25% for ease of use, 82.31% for ease of learning, and 80.11% for satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that the AR-based DGMATH is highly suitable for use as mathematics learning media in the digital era.
