The number of new students registering at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Purwokerto from 2010 to 2023 has increased and decreased. This fluctuating pattern is a problem faced in determining strategies to attract new students to register. Large fluctuations in student numbers can cause instability in school revenues, which affects all operational aspects and will impact the school's reputation in the eyes of the community and prospective students. In this regard, it is necessary to take action, namely forecasting the number of new students registering for the 2024/2025 academic year. The aim of this research is to determine the prediction of the number of prospective new students at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Purwokerto using theDouble Exponential Smoothing Brown in the 2024/2025 academic year. From the research results, it was obtained that the number of new students in the 2024/2025 academic year was based on overall data on students who registered with the best α parameter α = 0.2 with a value ofMAD = 6,02, MSE = 68,37, andMAP= 20.23%, namely 42 students. The forecast for the number of new students registering at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Purwokerto based on overall data from the school has increased from the previous year. Value resultsMAPshows that the forecasting that has been carried out falls into the category of adequate forecasting method capabilities so that it can be used to predict the number of new students enrolling at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Purwoketo and the predicted value for the following year can be known.Keywords: predictions, forecasting, new students, Double Exponential Smoothing Brown

Introduction: The study conducted by researchers aimed to examine the correlation between pricing and digital marketing, as well as the impact of a halal-friendly atmosphere on the robustness of non-bank sharia-based property purchasing choices. Methods: The research methodology used in this study is quantitative, using the software SmartPLS 3.0. The collection of primary data was conducted by sampling respondents, namely non-bank sharia housing customers, via the purposive sampling method. A total of 500 samples were used for the study. The data was obtained via the use of Google Form, with the indicator assessment being conducted using a Likert Scale. Results: The study findings indicate a favorable correlation between pricing and digital marketing in connection to the decision-making process for purchasing non-bank sharia property. The establishment of a halal-compliant setting enhances the correlation between pricing and digital marketing in the context of consumer choices about non-bank sharia-compliant housing. Conclusion and suggestion: The objective of this study is to identify market opportunities and offer guidance to sharia housing developers in developing innovative housing concepts that align with market demands. Additionally, the study aims to enhance developers' understanding of and ability to respond to the needs and preferences of buyers seeking a halal-friendly living environment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the ability to think mathematically and solve problems of students who are members of the SIBABA Bimbel. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Participants in this study were fifth grade elementary school students who were members of SIBABA Bimbel. Data is collected through observation, documentation and relevant references. Students are given tests that assess their reasoning abilities, problem-solving skills, and understanding of mathematics. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that students had difficulty in reasoning because they did not fully understand the concept of reasoning itself. This causes difficulties for students in solving problems, finding solutions, and answering questions. However, students were able to solve problems well and achieve all the maximum indicators, demonstrating their understanding of the form and meaning of problems and how to solve them. Therefore, further guidance in the aspect of reasoning is very important for student progress.

This study aims to explore the phenomenon of code mixing in the speech of coastal communities of Karang Tawulan Beach, Tasikmalaya Regency. This study describes how local communities utilize code mixing between Sundanese, Indonesian, and foreign languages ??to form and maintain their linguistic identity. In addition, this study identifies the complexity of the influence of globalization that arises from interactions with tourists and immigrants from various backgrounds. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a sociolinguistic approach, emphasizing in-depth analysis of oral and written data. The results of the study indicate that code mixing is in the form of word insertion, phrases, and word repetition. Influencing factors include speech partners, communication situations, and communication goals. This study provides important insights into communication strategies in multilingual societies and suggests significant contributions to the development of language and education policies in the era of globalization, with the aim of supporting the preservation of regional languages ??in Indonesia.

Choosing a school and university that does not match students' interests and talents often leads to regret later on. According to Irene Guntur, an Educational Psychologist from Integrity Development Flexibility (IDF), 87% of students in Indonesia feel they are in the wrong major. In addition, the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Mendikbudristek) Nadiem Makarim stated that 80% of students in Indonesia do not work in accordance with the major they took. This is due to students' lack of understanding of their interests and talents, as well as the influence of friends, family, or people closest to them in the decision-making process. This study aims to develop an integrated e-report system that is able to identify students' interests and talents based on academic data from elementary, junior high, to high school levels. This system provides recommendations for relevant schools and universities, and functions as a promotional platform for educational institutions through profile information, vision, mission, and blogs. The development of the system follows the Waterfall method which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. . Student academic data in grades 6, 9, and 12 is the basis for system analysis. The results of the study show that the system is able to increase the accuracy of recommendations by up to 95%, while providing an effective promotional medium for schools and universities. This system is expected to help students make better educational decisions, minimize external influences, and encourage educational institutions to improve their competitiveness and service quality. These findings contribute to the development of innovative, effective and predictive technology-based educational information systems.

This study is to see the effect of digital marketing, brand image, and sales interaction on purchasing decisions mediated by customer satisfaction. This research uses the SEM method using 250 respondents at Mobile Phone Dealers at Shopping Centers in Jakarta. Research results of direct hypothesis testing show that Digital Marketing has a significant effect on Sales Performance, but not on Customer Satisfaction. Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and almost significant on Sales Performance. Sales Interaction has a significant effect on Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has a very significant effect on Sales Performance. Indirect Hypothesis shows that the relationship between Digital Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, and Sales Performance is not significant. However, Brand Image and Sales Interaction have a highly significant effect on Sales Performance through Customer Satisfaction. The research concludes that Digital Marketing affects Sales Performance, while Brand Image and Sales Interaction affect Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has an effect on Sales Performance.

Abstract This study explored how differentiated instruction was implemented in the English subject at SD Al Khairiyyah Tahfizh International Full Day School Kota Tegal academic year 2024/2025. This study employed a qualitative descriptive research design to gain of how differentiated instruction is implemented in English sibject at SD Al Khairiyyah Tahfidz International, Kota Tegal. This research use qualitative data. The qualitative data were collected through teacher interviews, and student questionnaires. The participants consisted of five students and one teacher. The data were analysed and interpreted from the data finding. Based on the closed-ended questionnaire the teacher used the of differentiated instruction in the classroom. The study revealed that English teachers at SD Al Khairiyyah Tahfidz International apply differentiated instruction primarily through variations in content delivery, classroom activities, and assessment methods. Regarding to the finding the differentiated instruction approaches affect the student’s engagement in the English subject at SD AL Khairiyyiah. The differentiated instruction approach can help students more understand, comfortable, engaged and focused, helpful, flexible and creative. Implementing differentiated instruction presents several challenges for teachers. The teacher highlights that managing a large number of students is a primary concern, as the preparation of varied materials and activities for diverse learners demands significant time and effort. Overall, the research highlights the differentiated instruction to transform educational practices and improve learning to ensure equitable access and benefits for all students. The findings and discussion showed that the use of differentiated instruction makes students more understand, comfortable, engaged and focused, helpful, flexible and creative.

Baitul Maal Wat Tanwil is a microfinance institution whose service products help make it easier for customers or members to check their balances without coming to the office. This application is also an addition to service. Apart from services provided directly by BMT employees, this application is also a service that functions online and makes it easy to operate at any time. The aim of this research is to analyze the application of Internet Banking (Ibs Mobile) in improving services and services at Kspps Bmt Artha Buana Metro Lampung. In this research, descriptive field research (Field Riserch) was used. The research approach method uses qualitative. Data sources use primary and secondary data sources. The data collection technique is by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is deductive by deducing general principles into specific ones. Based on the results of data analysis, KSPPS BMT Artha Buana Metro Lampung has implemented the IBS Mobile application which aims to increase competitiveness with other BMTs, keep up with current developments and increase public trust in customers. So based on this, the author concludes from the research results that at KSPPS BMT Artha Buana Metro Lampung, the implementation of the IBS Mobile application is able to improve services and services for members. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan komponen vital dalam organisasi yang berkontribusi langsung terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan, dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai elemen penting yang memengaruhi produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan. Camp Hulu Cai Resort, sebuah resort yang memadukan wisata alam dengan penginapan modern, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan kerja, baik fisik maupun nonfisik. Berdasarkan survei dan analisis, ditemukan bahwa fasilitas kerja di beberapa area, seperti ruang marketing dan front office, masih kurang memadai, yang berdampak pada kinerja karyawan dan pencapaian target penjualan. Perusahaan telah mengambil langkah untuk mengatasi sebagian masalah ini, seperti mengatur ulang tata letak ruang kerja dan memperbaiki peralatan yang rusak, namun beberapa aspek masih memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi lingkungan kerja di Camp Hulu Cai Resort, mengidentifikasi masalah utama, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan, efektivitas kerja karyawan, serta pencapaian tujuan organisasi.
