Abstract

Colles fracture is 15% of the whole fracture incidents in adults, and joint stiffness is the most common complication. Anxiety is one of a variety of factors strongly associated with an increased risk of disability and pain intensity in patients with musculoskeletal disorders. This study aims to identify the relationship between anxiety and the level of joint stiffness in Colles fracture patients. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was carried out in the physiotherapy of PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital from March to October 2018 by interview using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test. The result of the study with 13 respondents showed 9 people (69.2%) did not experience anxiety, one person (7.7%) experienced mild anxiety, one person (7.7%) was in moderate anxiety, and two others were in severe anxiety (15.4%). Meanwhile, in terms of the level of joint stiffness, three people (23.1%) were in mild stiffness, three people (23.1%) were in moderate stiffness, six people (46.2%) were in severe stiffness, and one person (7.7%) was in highly severe stiffness. Statistical test of the relationship between anxiety and the level of joint stiffness in patients with Colles fracture showed no significant correlation (p=0.808). It can be concluded that there was no relationship between anxiety and the level of joint stiffness in fracture patients.

Abstract

Pendidikan jarak jauh (daring) dan kemajuan teknologi serta konsep yang baik dapat memberikan alternatif sebagai suatu metode pembelajaran. Suatu metode pembelajaran jarak jauh memerlukan konsep yang baik agar mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Dalam suatu eksperimen pembelajaran menggunakan video conference untuk suatu pengawasan klinik, setiap peserta memiliki persepsi yang beraneka ragam. Mereka mengalami permasalahan mulai dari teknis, akses hingga komunikasi, protokol yang jelas sangat dibutuhkan hingga kompetensi dari setiap pengajar yang belum tentu sama. Konferensi melalui media konferensi online dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi pelajar dan pengawas untuk saling bertatap muka sehingga respon emosional dapat dibaca saat melakukan tinjauan terhadap suatu kasus atau materi pembelajaran. Hal ini menjadi nilai positif bagi pendidik untuk menilai secara langsung apakah pelajar mengalami kesulitan dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Kegiatan pembelajaran secara online tatap muka memiliki hal positif lainnya berupa efisiensi secara waktu dan tempat, baik mahasiswa maupun pengajar tidak perlu meluangkan waktu menempuh perjalanan dan berkumpul di suatu ruangan untuk belajar. Peneliti ingin melakukan evaluasi metode pembelajaran jarak jauh untuk mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Kedokteran yang sedang menjalani stase di Bagian Ilmu Bedah. Metode yang akan dievaluasi adalah dengan melakukan pengawasan jarak jauh latihan menjahit luka mandiri mahasiswa menggunakan media zoom meeting. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh berlatih mandiri di rumah dengan supervisi via zoom meeting terhadap kecepatan dokter muda menjahit luka teknik simple interrupted. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Jenis metode eksperimen semu (Quasi experiment) yang digunakan adalah jenis One Group Pretest-Postest. Pada penelitian ini peneliti berusaha menyelidiki pengaruh suatu perlakuan yang sengaja ditimbulkan terhadap suatu subjek. Peserta dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang sedang stase di Bagian Ilmu Bedah RS. PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping periode Februari s.d Juli 2023 dan telah menyatakan bersedia dengan menandatangani informed consent. Hasil Penelitian dilakukan penelitian terhadap 16 mahasiswa Pendidikan profesi yang menjalani stase di bagian Ilmu Bedah, diperoleh Dari hasil Uji Paired T-Test didapatkan nilai P<0,05, yang artinya terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam kecepatan menjahit luka mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah berlatih mandiri dengan supervise via zoom online. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa metode berlatih mandiri dengan supervisi secara online dengan media zoom dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran yang efektif, melalui penelitian ini terbukti secara statistik memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah berlatih baik dalam hal peningkatan kecepatan maupun ketepatan dalam menjahit luka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe gender equality in the field of education proposed by Muhammad Sa'id Ramadhan Al-Buthi. The qualitative research method is a literature study that is primarily sourced from the book Aisyah Ummul Mu'minin Ayyamuha Wa Siratuha Al-Kamilah Fi Shafahat. The results of this study indicate that gender equality in Islamic education according to Sheikh Buthi: First, the treatment of the Prophet Muhammad towards his wife. Second, the level of Aisyah's knowledge in this book can be seen in several fields of knowledge that Aisyah mastered. Third, Aisyah's role for women is to revive the women's assembly with her activities providing education for women. Fourth, Aisyah's sincerity is proven by the various worships she performed, including fasting for a whole year and spending most of her wealth
