Abstract

Media sosial menciptakan perubahan pada dunia penjualan dan pemasaran khususnya pada promosi dan periklanan yang mengakibatkan terciptanya tren bisnis online. Instagram menjadi media sosial yang memberikan wadah bagi para penjual online dalam menjual dan memasarkan produknya. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada penjualan online menggunakan media sosial Instagram sebagai alat promosi utamanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan media sosial instagram bagi penjual online dan strategi pemasaran seperti apa yang akan berdampak kepada tingkat penjualan produk. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram dalam memasarkan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaataan media sosial di Instagram dengan mengunggah konten dan menggunakan fitur yang disediakan Instagram untuk berinteraksi dengan pengikutnya. Semakin berkembangnya zaman, Instagram semakin mengembangkan fitur fitur baru yang menarik dan bisa digunakan untuk menarik target pasar, contoh fitur Reels, Share stories, Messenger, Video, Shopping; dan Share & explore.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan brand produk terhadap konsumsi masyarakat muslim kota medan. Populasi masyarakat muslim pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia tidak diketahui (Uknown Population) maka jumlah sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 100 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel uknown population. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh pengaruh yang signifikan digital marketing terhadap konsmsi masyarakat muslim kota medan (studi kasus penggunaan aplikasi Tokopedia) secara parsial. Berdasrakan hasil penelitian yang dialakukan diperoleh pengaruh yang signifikan brand produk terhadap konsumsi masyarakat Muslim Kota Medan. pada hasil uji F penelitian diperoleh secara simultan digital marketing dan brand produk berpengaruh terhadap Konsumsi masyarakat Muslim Kota Medan (Studi kasus pada penggunaan aplikasi Tokopedia). Hasil perhitungan pada koefisien Determinasi diperoleh variasi variabel Konsumsi Masyarakat Muslim Kota Medan (studi kasus pada penggunaan aplikasi Tokopedia) (Y) dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel independen yaitu digital marketing (X1) dan brand (X2) produk dan sisanya dilura variabel yang diteliti.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that the majority of the population in Labuhanbilik Village works as fishermen with a relatively low level of community welfare, and several factors such as working capital, work experience, education level and catch on fishermen's income are still inadequate because if the supporting factors are not met, the fishermen's income will decrease. This study aims to find out and explain the influence of working capital, experience, education level, and catch on fishermen's income in Labuhanbilik Village, Central Panai District, whether it has a significant effect partially or simultaneously, and which variable is more dominant. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative using data collection techniques such as questionnaires, interviews, and observation. Data analysis techniques to answer hypotheses use multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The study results show that working capital, work experience, and catch per day significantly affect monthly income. In contrast, education level does not affect monthly income. And the variable for Fishermen's Income in Labuhanbilik Village is the working capital variable with a calculated T value of 2,792 with a significance value of 0.008.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of internal and external factors on the financial performance of Sharia-based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The internal factors analyzed include managerial capabilities, operational efficiency, and compliance with Sharia principles. Meanwhile, external factors encompass government policy support, access to financing, and market dynamics. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple regression analysis based on survey data collected from Sharia MSME actors across several regions in Indonesia. The findings indicate that both internal and external factors significantly influence the financial performance of Sharia MSMEs, with internal factors having a more dominant role. These results provide valuable insights for formulating policies and strategies to enhance the competitiveness of Sharia-based MSMEs at the national level.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what marketing strategies are implemented by the Umi Erni Syayuzi Muslim Clothing Store. Descriptive analysis is one of the data analysis strategies used in this research project using a qualitative method approach. Information was collected through documents and direct conversations with Erni Umisyayuzi, the shop owner. The author conducted research at the Erni Umisyayuzi Muslim Clothing Shop which is located in Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra, Jln. Sena Direction Clear Citakan, Kampung Tempel. Based on the research results, the Syar'i Erni Umisyayuzi Muslim Clothing Store uses sponsored advertising, social media marketing, and collaboration patterns to market its goods online and offline. Apart from that, the Erni Umisyayuzi Muslim Clothing Store also implements a marketing strategy by creating a marketing mix consisting of four components, namely product, price, location and promotion, which adheres to Islamic economic marketing principles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the 2021 UPZ scholarship program for its recipients, namely North Sumatra UIN students. This research is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to students receiving UPZ scholarships in 2021 and obtained 50 people as research samples. The results show that the effectiveness of the 2021 UPZ Scholarship program for North Sumatra UIN students has been running effectively because it has received a percentage of 79.59% which has exceeded the 61% figure which is the benchmark that a program can be said to be effective if it exceeds that percentage. This scholarship is given for the collection of zakat funds for all lecturers and workers in the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The distribution of zakat funds can be carried out if there are mustahik groups in the environment or related agencies.
