Abstract

Abstract: The term creative economy was first introduced by John Howkins in 2001. Starting in 1997, at that time John Howkins realized there was a change in the economic industry based on people's creativity. The creative economy in the digital era is currently growing, besides offering opportunities, it also creates competition. In Situbondo Regency, the culinary world and its actors receive special attention in facing competition. One of the steps taken by the Tourism, Youth and Sports Service is to hold culinary business development training. So the authors are interested in conducting this research which aims to find out how training in culinary development influences creative economic growth. This study uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. Data collection through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaires were distributed to 40 culinary business development training participants. Based on the results of the t test, the t count value is 2.209 > t table 2.024, so it can be concluded that culinary business development training has a positive effect on creative economic growth in Situbondo Regency. Meanwhile, based on the results of the R2  test analysis, it shows that the r square value is 0.486, which means that culinary business development training has an effect on creative economic growth of 48.6% and the remaining 51.4% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: Training, Culinary Business Development, Creative Economy

Abstract

Pentingnya implementasi prinsip prudential dalam industry perbankan tidak dapat dipandang remeh, terutama dalam konteks produk tabungan. Penelitian ini membahas Upaya implementasi prinsip prudential banking pada produk tabungan easy mudharabah dengan tujuan meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah. Prinsip prudential, yang mencakup pengelolaan risiko, kepatuhan, dan transparansi, dianggap sebagai fondasi yang krusial dalam memastikan kestabilan sector perbankan. Tabungan easy mudharabah, sebagai produk berbasis prinsip ekonomi islam, menawarkan pendekatan berbagi keuntungan dan kerugian antara bank dan nasabah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penerapan prinsip prudential untuk memitigasi risiko yang mungkin timbul akibat fluktuasi pasar atau perubahan kondisi ekonomi. Kepercayaan nasabah, sebagai elemen utama dalam hubungan perbankan, menjadi focus utama dalam penelitian ini. Dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip prudential banking pada tabungan easy mudharabah, diharapkan dapat memperkuat dasar kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk ini. Ketersediaan informasi yang jelas dan akurat mengenai kebijakan perbankan, manajemen risiko yang baik, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip ekonomi islam dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih transparan dan dapat diandalkan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi prinsip-prinsip prudential banking pada produk tabungan easy mudharabah dengan focus pada peningkatan kepercayaan nasabah. Dalam menghadapi kompleksitas lingkungan perbankan syariah, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana prinsip-prinsip tersebut diterapkan dan dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sejauh mana prinsip-prinsip tesebut dapat memberikan keuntungan dan membangun kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk tabungan berbasis mudharabah. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan holistic tentang bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip prudential banking dapat menjadi pendorong penting dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk tabungan easy mudharabah, sementara juga memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan praktik keuangan islam yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the financial sector has encouraged the presence of technology-based payment methods, one of which is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). This innovation is designed to simplify and accelerate the transaction process, as well as increase financial inclusion, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the extent to which the use of QRIS digital payment methods affects the level of consumer satisfaction in Mie Samyu MSMEs, a culinary business that has implemented QRIS in its operations. This research uses a qualitative paradigm with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation of Mie Samyu MSME owners, employees, and customers. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis, which aims to identify patterns of consumer perception of the use of QRIS in their transaction experience. This research is expected to be able to fill the empirical gap regarding the impact of the use of QRIS on the MSME sector specifically and answer the research gap in the academic literature related to the relationship between digital payment methods and consumer satisfaction in the culinary sector. The results of this research are also expected to make a practical contribution in encouraging the digitalization of MSMEs in a sustainable manner and become a reference for public policies in optimizing the use of QRIS as a national digital economy instrument.
