Abstract

Perkembangan terakhir, di Kalimantan Selatan misalnya, sosok ulama dari kalangan perempuan mulai muncul dalam berbagai majelis taklim. Peran mereka sebagai pendakwah agama untuk umat tidak dapat dinafikan. Hal ini kemudian direpresentasikan dalam bentuk pemahaman mereka terhadap sumber agama, yaitu al-Qur‟an dan hadis. Dalam konteks hadis inilah, maka pemahaman mereka terhadap riwayat yang terkesan merendahkan perempuan menjadi penting untuk dikaji, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan fiqh al-hadits, melalui teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi, diperoleh temuan bahwa persepsi para ulama perempuan terhadap sejumlah hadis misoginis ini memiliki kesamaan, yaitu tidak memandang hadis-hadis tersebut berkonotasi misoginis. Dari tujuh sampel ulama perempuan yang diteliti, hanya ditemukan satu ulama yang menangkap kesan “keras” dan “diktator” dari hadis tersebut. Meski demikian, ulama tersebut hanya berani mengatakan “kesan”, bukan kenyataan hadis yang sebenarnya. Karena hanya kesan, maka ulama tersebut berusaha mencari makna lain agar kesan tersebut hilang. Penerimaan seluruh responden terhadap hadis-hadis ini dipengaruhi oleh perspektif mereka yang masih kuat memegang nilai-nilai “tradisi”. Nilai-nilai tradisional biasanya memandang hubungan antara laki-laki dan perempuan secara hirarkis, yaitu menempatkan yang satu lebih tinggi atas yang lain.Kata kunci: misoginis, persepsi, Ulama perempuan.The current trends in South Kalimantan has indicated that women moeslem scholars start to emerge from many religious gathering. Their roles as preacher cannot be neglected. This fact, furthermore, is representated in the form of their comprehension to their religion main guidance—Qur‟an and Hadith. From the context of Hadith, the comprehension of women moeslem scholars on the notion that tends to degrade women becomes significant to be investigated through interview and documentation technique, the writer utilizes descriptive method and fiqh al-hadist approach. It is found that the perceptions of women moeslem scholars to the misogynistic Hadith have a similarity that is, not looking these Hadiths as having misogynistic connotations. Among 7 sampels of the scholars being investigated, only one scholar has the impression of “hars” and dictator” from the Hadith. However, the scholar only dares to say “impression”, not the actual fact from the Hadith. Since it is only an impression, the scholar tries to seek for another meaning to delete the impression. The assumption of the respondents from the hadith is much influenced by their perspectives that strongly hold “traditional” values. The traditional values usually look the relationships between men and women hierarchically, that is placing one higher that the other.Keywords: misogynistic, perceptions, women Islamic scholars.

Abstract

Proses  perdamaian di Aceh  adalah  satu  proses  yang  penuh  dengan  liku-liku dan tantangan.  Proses  perdamaian di Aceh  telah menghabiskan  waktu  yang  cukup lama   untuk mencapai hasilnya.   Proses   panjang   menuju  perdamaian  di Aceh  bukan  lagi  sekedar   menjadi   catatan  sejarah,  tetapi sekaligus  menjadi  prestasi  bagi bangsa  Indonesia.  Mengakhiri   perang yang  disebabkan  oleh  adanya   kelompok  yang  sudah   begitu  lama  mengangkat  senjata  bukanlah  sesuatu yang  mudah. Perdamaian  Aceh  pernah mengalami  beberapa  kali kegagalan di lapangan. Perundingan pertama dan lahirnya jeda  kemanusiaan. Ketika jeda kemanusian tidak lagi  dipatuhi oleh kedua  belah pihak  yang  berkonflik  maka dirintislah  perundingan kedua  dan lahirnya COHA. Apabila COHA gagal dalam implimentasinya  maka diggas perundingan ketiga  dan  lahirnya  perjanjian damai Helsinki. Oleh karena itu  wajar  jika  disebutkan perdamaian Aceh   melalui  jalan  berliku. Namun  Aceh kini   bukan  lagi   tempat  latihan  perang  bagi tentera  Indonesia dan  juga   bukan  arena   konflik bersenjata di Nusantara  melainkan  sudah   menjadi  laboratorium  yang  mengajarkan  arti  demokrasi  sebenarnya bagi  Indonesia.

Abstract

Analisa Rancangan Konverter DCke ACmenggunakan IRFZ44Nsebagai saklar elektronik dibangun dengan menggunakan inverter 12 volt DC ke 220 volt AC. Rangkaian ini menggunakan IC CD4047 sebagai bagian pembangkit pulsa Trigger untuk drain IRFZ44N transistor. Tegangan output AC yang di analisa pada rangkaian masih 12 volt AC, maka diperlukan sebuah transformator step up untuk menaikkan dari 12 volt AC ke 220 volt AC. Kegunaan alat ini nantinya salah satunya akan sangat berguna pada penggunaan listrik sel surya pemakaian rumah tangga.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan energi listrik ditengah menipisnya cadangan sumber energi konvensional, telah mendorong upaya-upaya untuk mengembangkan energi terbarukan. Salah satu sumber energi terbarukan yang mempunyai potensi yang sangat besar khususnya bagi Indonesia yang berada di daerah tropis adalah energi surya/matahari. Sel surya atau komponen fotovoltaik dapat mengubah sinar matahari menjadi energi listrik yang bisa dimanfaatkan secara langsung oleh beban atau disimpan dalam baterai. Penggunaan bahan bahan yang mempunyai efesiensi besar dan bahan yang digunakan mudah didapatkan merupakan tujuan dari pengembangan sel surya ini. untuk menunjang tercapainya sebuah sel surya yang mempunyai ekonomis murah dan efesiensi yang tinggi kita melakukan sebuah percobaan dan analisa efesiensi dari transistor jengkol 2N3055. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menserikan dan memparalelkan transistor jengkol 2N3055 sebanyak 48 buah, maka dapat menghasilkan tegangan output maksimum sel surya sederhana 6.20 volt DC dan arus output 0.2 mA.

Abstract

This study tries to picture the shift in gender relations discourses in the interpretation paradigm in Indonesia by comparing the interpretation (tafsir) of ‘Abd al Rauf Singkel and M. Quraish Shihab. The result of study shows that there are some similarities and differentiations in the pattern of the compared interpretation of the two Indonesian Malay scholars on gender versus. ‘Abd al Rauf Singkel’s interpretation generally follows the traditional interpretation paradigm, yet the creativity elements still can be found. As the main source, The interpretation of Al-Mustafid which refers to al-Jalalain interpretation may describe the mindset of ‘Abd al Rauf Singkel whose his is in the traditional interpretation mainstream and which is gender bias. It is reflected in some of his interpretations. However, His views are more moderate and tolerant as shown in his interpretation on the issues of women creation and leadership. The shift of gender relation discourse is more visible in the interpretation of Quraish Shihab. He seems to have his own interpretation which does not fully follow the view of both traditional and contemporary interpretation. He, for example, interprets ‘nafswahidah’ as ‘Adam’ whose couple is Eve. However, he does not agree that Eve was created from Adam himself, but from Adam’s type. Thus, he is in a position between the traditional and the contemporary. A similar tendency can also be seen from other themes. These interpretations are a step further than the previous Indonesian commentators (mufasir), not least ‘Abd al Rauf Singkel.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze social interactions between teachers and parents during the era of war and peace in Aceh. This study employs qualitative method. During the war, the educational institution was one of the institutions which was affected badly. Social integration was so weak that interactions among parents of students, teachers and students were unstable. Within the war situation, social interactions were badly influenced hatred, suspicion, and revenge. The social interaction outside the school was contagious to that inside the school. But when the peace memorandum was signed on August 15, 2005, between the Indonesian government and Independence Aceh Movement (GAM), social interactions in schools began to show significant changes. When the war ended, people began to interact and socialize in good faith. Social interactions involving parents of students and teachers were also changing towards social stability and harmony so that they could inter-act without the feelings of fear, suspicion and revenge. Peace accord means that the enmity has significantly reduced. Hence, the teachers are effectively playing their fundamental role in teaching and socializing the younger generation of Acehnese.

Abstract

Many Islamic studies, recently, have emerged along with the rise of gender discourse and women issues in many Islamic and public colleges in the country, including in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. One issue arising is that the women’s reproductive rights in religious perspective seems to be underestimated. This view is of course influenced by the role of Muslimscholars as Muslims role models and mentors. Thus, it becomes significant to investigate the perception of Muslim scholars on the women’s reproductive rights in order to find out their insight and appreciation on women’s rights. The conducted field study employs descriptive method and normative-sociological approach and it is found that the Muslim scholars have relatively the same level of appreciation. According to them, the women’s reproduction rightswhich includes in the period of menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and raising children, is a matter that must be considered and met by the men in the family. Some factors that have influenced the Muslim scholars’ perception are devided in two dimensions—frame of reference which includes education, reading sources, and results of study, and frame of experience which includes self-experience, and the surrounded cultural, political, and social environment

Historically, the process of tadwîn was through by the phases of a long and complex historical and colored many controversies. The controversy intensified when considering stream factor in it. Three traditional currents in Islam, Ahl al - Sunnah wa al - Jamaah, Shiites, and Kharijites, proved to have a history of their own tadwîn traditions were different from each other. Concurrently with the tadwîn process of hadith, the scholars also put its methodological tools. Methodological tools that in turn give effect to other disciplines, including Islamic historiography. This study tried to discover more about the dynamics that occured in the tadwîn tradition process and to what extent it impacted to the Islamic historiography. Through the method of historical - comparative historical or combined with Usul al - hadîts, this study revealead that the hadith tadwîn basically been going on since the period of the Prophet and continued in subsequent periods until finally composed " Six Major Hadith Compilation " among the Ahl al - Sunnah wa al - Jamaah and the " Four Major Hadith Compilation " ( al -Kutub al - Arbaah ) among Shiites. The study also showed that tadwîn of hadith clearly had a contribution which was not only limited to providing abundant material for writing the history of Islam in the form of biography (sirah) and military raids or attacks (maghâziy), but more importantly also about resource gathering methods, method of source criticism, and methods of preparation work of Islamic history

Study of fiqh hadith Sharh Hadith is one of interested topic to discuss. Study of fiqh al-Hadith is a multidisciplinary field of study that involves almost all branches of hadith disciplines, involving sanad sciences, Rijal al-Hadith sciences, as well as matn sciences. The science is in its infancy still simple, then grow gradually and extends to become an independent branch of science known as Sharh Hadith al-hadith or fiqh.
