Abstract

Abstrak: Kehamilan adalah proses yang berlangsung selama sembilan bulan atau lebih dimana seorang wanita mengandung embrio dan janin yang tumbuh dan berkembang di dalam rahimnya. Selama proses kehamilan banyak perubahan yang terjadi pada ibu hamil baik perubahan secara fisiologis maupun fisik. Perubahan-perubahan tersebut terjadi untuk mengkompensasi bayi yang sedang tumbuh dan berkembang di dalam rahim. Perubahan-peruubahan baik secara fisik maupun secara fisiologis yang terjadi selama kehamilan dapat memunculkan masalah gerak seperti; nyeri punggung bawah, bengkak pada kaki, dan rasa sesak ketika bernafas. Di Puskesmas Cisadea Kota Malang ditemukan banyak sekali para ibu hamil yang mengeluhkan keluhan tersebut selama masa kehamilannya dan kebanyakan terjadi pada trimester ke-3. Namun para ibu hamil ini kebaanyakan belum mengetahui cara untuk mengurangi dan mencegah gangguan-gangguan gerak yang muncul tersebut. Untuk itu kegiatan edukasi dan demonstrasi ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran serta kemampuan ibu hamil dalam mengelola gangguan gerak yang terjadi selama kehamilan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan edukasi dan demonstrasi fisioterapi terkait dengan masalah gerak yang terjadi pada ibu hamil selama masa kehamilan. Peserta dalam kegiatan edukasi ini adalah ibu hamil yang mayoritas usia kandungan pada trimester dua dan tiga dengan jumlah total 23 peserta. Dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan media edukasi berupa poster dan leaflet. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test. Hasil dari kegiatan edukasi tersebut rata-rata pengetahuan ibu hamil seputar permasalahan gerak yang dapat terjadi selama kehamilan sebelum diberikan edukasi adalah 31,3% dan setelah diberikan edukasi mengalami peningkatan menjadi 100%. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan edukasi yang dilakukan adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil terkait permasalahan gerak yang dapat timbul selama masa kehamilan.   Abstract: Pregnancy is a process that lasts for nine months or more during which a woman carries an embryo and fetus that grow and develop in her womb. During pregnancy, many changes occur in pregnant women, both physiological and physical. These changes occur to compensate for the growing and developing baby in the womb. These physical and physiological changes that occur during pregnancy can lead to movement problems such as lower back pain, swollen feet, and shortness of breath. At the Cisadea Community Health Center in Malang City, many pregnant women complained of these complaints during their pregnancy, most of which occurred in the third trimester. However, most of these pregnant women did not know how to reduce and prevent these movement disorders. Therefore, this educational activity and demonstration are very important to increase the knowledge, awareness, and ability of pregnant women in managing movement disorders that occur during pregnancy. The research method used was education and physiotherapy demonstrations related to movement problems that occur in pregnant women during pregnancy. Participants in this educational activity were pregnant women, the majority of whom were in their second and third trimesters, with a total of 23 participants. This activity used educational media in the form of posters and leaflets. Data collection was conducted using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results of the educational activities showed that the average knowledge of pregnant women regarding movement problems that can occur during pregnancy before the education was 31.3%, and after the education, this increased to 100%. The conclusion from the educational activities was that there was an increase in pregnant women's knowledge regarding movement problems that can arise during pregnancy.

Abstract

Very rapid technological developments can have positive and negative impacts on society. One negative effect that needs to be watched out is cyberbullying. This community service is carried out online targeting teenagers, educators, and parents. This service aims to provide insight related to cyberbullying, parenting, and the importance of technological literacy in assisting adolescent development so that it can prevent cyberbullying. The method of implementing this service is discussion, practice, and question and answer. Online community service by way of Whatsapp lectures was attended by 95 people. The results of the dedication showed that the participants seemed enthusiastic in attending Whatsapp lectures with this theme. Cyberbullying and media literacy become new insights for participants. Curiosity towards the implementation of the teachings of Ki Hajar Dewantara is increasing. Parents and educators should be able to attend training regularly so that they can optimally assist and develop the potential of children, especially adolescents, so they avoid cyberbullying.
